641  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bill Gate against investing into bitcoin? on: December 11, 2018, 02:49:58 PM
I recently read through the comments made by Bill Gate on bitcoin and other related cryptocurrencies (https://www.google.com.gh/amp/s/www.cnet.com/google-amp/news/microsoft-founder-bill-gates-would-bet-against-bitcoin/). From the comments he made, it is obvious that, Bill Gate is against investing into cryptocurrency. Critically appraising and analyzing how helpful bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are and base on the comments Bill Gate made, I don't see the reason why he is against cryptocurrency. Probably he might be having his own reasons of which I am not aware of. Can someone help as to why Bill Gate spoke against bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies?

Obviously, he will be against cryptocurrency because cryptocurrencies pose a potential threat to his capital. If everyone starts using the crypt actively and it officially takes the status of a valid currency in the world, the cost of Fiat money will begin to strive for zero, as the need for them will slowly disappear.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you promote Bitcoin? on: December 11, 2018, 02:46:49 PM
Personally, I conduct personal conversations with friends and acquaintances and tell them about bitcoin and blockchain technology at the level of their understanding. Personal conversation is always a more productive type of communication than just stupid PR through social networks. When a person receives personal attention, he always delves more deeply into the issue under discussion.
643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Holding BTC at this satge is a bad idea? on: December 10, 2018, 10:09:23 PM
If you are new to Bitcoin and have not spent money to invest in Bitcoin then my suggestion is to wait a moment first. I mean waiting for the market to be completely healthy again, indeed no one can be sure when the market will return to health, but at least you can have free time to review about bitcoin. You can learn the characteristics of the price of bitcoin so as when you have spent money and once the market crashes again you will know what you will do next.
Your correct, for those who still newbie wait for the time it will show a good numbers so that you will not regret it. But if you already invested you should hold it  because of the current situation right now of the market  you dont want to sell it because of the low value of it. Just wait and be patient.

I think that it is necessary to keep coins not only for those who invested in bitcoin for a long time, but also for those who bought coins recently. The more people hold the coins, the faster the price will return to high levels. Especially as to sell at such low price as now nobody wants.
644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This why you shouldn't be worried on: December 10, 2018, 10:00:24 PM
Volatility is shown in the sudden drops, but also sudden rises. But now one is worried when the price is hitting the rooftop. The current drop correlates with the movement that BTC had in the past, so no big surprise there. It is scary when we don't know when will the drop stop.

The main thing is that we know that sooner or later the fall will stop and the market will start to grow. Perhaps we will not see such sharp jumps as last year, but the fact that the price will go up is unambiguous. Bitcoin has always had volatility and it is time to get used to it.
645  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin soon anniversary-10 years. on: December 10, 2018, 09:51:48 PM
Think that of course affect, this already is happening, with these changes positive.I hope for further progress.I believe that bitcoin is the optimal currency for large purchases, but in the future it will be possible to carry out small transactions with its use. This is a great start for a new big way.I liked the move of British investors. If I had the chance,I would have done the same.

And it seems to me that bitcoin is not very suitable for large purchases, especially when the market is so sick. Today, the price is one, and tomorrow it can become twice as high or less due to the strong volatility of bitcoin. Now it is best to make small purchases, as it is not very sad if the price will grow strongly.
646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for those who love Bitcoin on: December 07, 2018, 06:56:01 PM
Bitcoin prices are down sharply, but there are still a lot of people interested in bitcoin. Evidence that the number of  people discussing bitcoin on Reddit has increased dramatically. TheMos moderator is also mentioned in this article. Has anyone explained to me about Themos's information, he's simply the bitcoin community manager on the big forums: Bitcoin talk, Reddit..  Or did he participate in Bitcoin's network development department, like Vitalik Buterin of Ethereum?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/subreddit-r-bitcoin-hits-one-million-subscriber-milestone

It is obvious that we are seeing a repetition of last year's installation that bitcoin is about to die and it's time to merge everything, and then the price sharply went up and there was fixed for almost a few months. I think that you should not pay attention to gossip and continue to mine and invest in bitcoin.
647  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This why you shouldn't be worried on: December 07, 2018, 06:50:52 PM
Guys be hopeful that bitcoin will go up again based on the data yes I believe that too, but don't take it for granted that it will happen "soon" or right away in 2019 or that we have already hit the bottom. Seriously bitcoin can go as low as $800 USD based on the same data so be hopeful but be ready for this drop to happen and to have a possible low price for most of 2019.

Yet do not let this push you down, as it will come up again in due course.

It is impossible to keep the price so low for so long. A whole year to keep bitcoin below the level of $ 1000 will lead from bitcoin all currently available investors. And as you know these investors and now not very much, so this situation is very unlikely.
648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Our future with Crypto on: December 07, 2018, 06:47:12 PM
If we trust the new generation of saving money by investing it in the crypto word, its can help many people in the world to manage their money on what they want, because we can send and receive money even in times of holidays, if we need it.

Each investment is always a very clear and thoughtful financial transaction, which should have a certain package of facts and errors, and thus it justifies itself. It may be difficult to understand the first time, but I advise you to think about it at your leisure or when you will invest next time.
649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi broke the silence on: December 06, 2018, 05:27:17 PM
Satoshi's account recently made a post, the first in a long time, what can we expect in your opinion?

I hope this is news before a good flight to the moon soon. Any news from the developers always stimulate the growth of the share price and bitcoin will not be an exception. We all expected that sooner or later the Creator would return and take some steps to make the price fly up again. And this moment has come. Fasten your seatbelt
650  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Destroyed me at all. on: December 06, 2018, 05:22:04 PM
Few months back i purchased arround 15 to 16 btc when bitcoin price was 10000$ to 11000$ each btc but now arround 4000$ each btc .Just waiting for 11000$ for each btc than i should leave btc and i can see bitcoin have no future in this time.

If I were you, I wouldn't get too upset and keep holding the bitcoins you currently have. Of course, it is unpleasant when the invested funds disappear, but you must understand that the market will sooner or later return to its previous positions and the price of bitcoin will go up. No one can be sure of success without personal investment experience.
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN INVESTMENT IS BETTER THAN NETWORK MARKETING? on: December 06, 2018, 05:19:40 PM
These days all you hear in this modern world is Network Marketing and how some people claim it has really helped them. Well i don't disagree with them totally but i just want to educate some forum members about the fact that investing into bitcoin is a better form of enterpreneurship than engaging in Network Marketing.

Starting up in Networking Marketing is not an easy task at all so never be deceived by their sugar coating words about how good their lives are because some people fake it before they are able to make it Networking Marketing but may you might not be too lucky you can fake to the end. In Network Marketing you will need to stay in touch with your downlines making and ensuring that they keep up with certain tasks as this is the only way you can also move up some strict ranks to earn money. This is not the only pain people but trust me if you should skip any of these regular activities you come back to point Zero.
Yes, that is how painful it is in Network Marketing.
But it is so nice and quite fun that in bitcoin investment you do just two things:
1. Invest with what you can
2. Sit and watch your money grow

Now don't get me wrong house, I ain't a lazy dude but i don't see the reason why I should grind vegetables in an earthenware bowl when i can use a blender and still get it done nice and sweet.
What do you think fam, Is it going to be investment or network marketing?

You need to understand that no matter what a negative reputation does not have network marketing, there are always people who earn very good money from this, otherwise all this would not have happened. If in some financial scheme someone suffers losses, and someone earns a lot of money it does not mean that the scheme is bad. This means that you do not have enough knowledge to make a profit in this business.
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mainstream media more and more into bitcoin-- on: December 02, 2018, 09:32:33 PM
I have watched major news channel calling it out on anonymity and major price fluctuations after Ohio became first state to accept taxes in bitcoin. Finally, people are realizing cryptos, specifically bitcoin's worth. What do you think, are we ending 2018 on a good note?

No, 2018 is a year of calm. This is the year when people who are on the surface of the crypto currency fall away, because they do not have the necessary information about what will happen with the crypto currency and how to behave further. Maybe 2019 will be different.
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: December 02, 2018, 09:30:05 PM
I think Satoshi Nakamoto is a group of people. I think that creating Bitcoin alone is too difficult. Of course everything is possible, but ... One of the creators of Bitcoin is certainly a genius. It’s simply impossible for an ordinary person to create such an idea and bring it to life.
In any case, I'm not interested in the real identity of the creator of Bitcoin. If he (or they) wants to remain anonymous, then I respect his right to that. I think Satoshi has achieved what he wanted, so more and doesn't get in touch with the world as the creator of Bitcoin.

I also think that the Creator of bitcoin is a group of people United by one idea and moving the whole planet to progress and development. This may well be one person, but only as the author of the original idea of bitcoin, as well as managing the entire development team. I think that it would take a lot of time for one person to develop such a project.
654  Economy / Speculation / Re: "Buy the dip" is only a strategy for losers on: December 02, 2018, 09:26:44 PM
We see it every time Bitcoin goes to a new lower level.

Bitcoin "believers" will hurry to say "buy the dip" and "just wait it will come back"

Reality is that every dip is a new lower level - and after that comes another dip...and another.

In the beginning of 2017 very few people had Bitcoin - and therefore the price could quickly move up as a large number of people with zero financial understanding started buying Bitcoin.

Now a large number of people with zero understanding has Bitcoin and price moves down - there are no more new fools to get into Bitcoin to ever pump it again.

"Buy the dip" is something only fools believe - and as can be seen in here there are unfortunately many fools in here who do not understand that their money is already lost

I really don't understand, are you so little in the field of cryptocurrency to spread such information? Do you understand how bitcoin pricing works? Why does the price go up or down? If you think that the main factor is the number of people who own bitcoin at the moment, then I advise you to study the subject more deeply, and only then write what you write and sow panic.
655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A change for our financial systems on: December 01, 2018, 11:31:18 PM
In the last fifty years we have seen the following changes in our financial systems:
The removal of the Gold Standard - Gold Standard was monetary system that directly links a currency’s value to that of gold. In 1971 the U.S. completely severed the link between gold and the dollar. The U.S. now has a fiat money system, meaning the dollar’s value is not linked to any specific asset. Fractional Lending – this is a banking system in which only a fraction of bank deposits are backed by actual cash on hand and are available for withdrawal. Eg: if you deposit $1000 into your bank account the bank will hold $100 and loan out $900 which goes out into circulation and back into a different bank, this time $90 is held by the new bank and $810 is lent out and the cycle continues, making money out of thin air. Smiley

This is why cryptocurrency is so popular, your money is truly your money. Millennials! They don’t think like us - Millennials are the most tech savvy generation and are already thinking about a cashless future according to Forbes magazine –they are putting their money where their thumbs are. The millennials are a part of a different 1%, who’ve not only heard of bitcoin, but are buying, selling, and trading it on their smart phones and laptops. What’s more, some millennials are using bitcoin as the basis for their long-term savings. They refuse to be stuck in our world. Smiley

All right. People who believe that the future has not yet come very much wrong. Yes, of course my mother and grandmother do not even close to imagine what bitcoin or blockchain is, although they live in the next room and watch the same news. I think the degree of openness to the perception of new information is very important here.
656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Lose Hope Just Yet on: December 01, 2018, 11:25:14 PM
I've been in so many Cryptocurrency groups with so many regrets flying around about Bitcoin. Although I've not been for one minute discouraged about the present price of Bitcoin, because I know for ever high there's always a corresponding low. Even stocks and tech shares are falling. Came across this article and it renewed my faith in Blockchain and Bitcoin as a whole. I hope it also helps an investor feeling lost out here.

https://moneyweek.com/498164/bitcoin-will-survive-but-it-could-easily-fall-to-usd3000/

An excerpt from the article.

Thank you! Excellent article. Nevertheless, investors who study Analytics before any serious investment always assess the risks of loss of investment funds. Usually these are people who invest money equal to buying a good car or even a house. Profits from such investments, even when the market is at the bottom will always be above heaven.
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we still believe in Bitcoin? on: December 01, 2018, 11:22:46 PM
Yes I truly believe in cryptocurrency. We all know that the basic aim of everyone for participating in any investment market is to earn profits and there is nothing wrong in that. But a person should have some realistic goals. You can invest in something blindly and then expect your money to be doubled in a week. You should research and study properly and take every decision wisely.

I believe in cryptocurrency primarily because bitcoin and blockchain brings us closer to a more honest and transparent market based on trust between people. I really believe that someday the institutions of banks and governments will fall and we will live in a liberal democratic society where all transactions will be transparent and accessible to everyone.
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: DEAR SATOSHI, did you WANT an UNSTABLE coin, or why the harsh 4-YEAR HALVINGS? on: November 27, 2018, 08:35:23 PM
Well, you claim that, but that's not what basic economic and monetary theory would predict (as we've seen in fact happen) about suddenly halving the supply, inflation rate, even in the book "The Bitcoin Standard" itself.

*snip*
Though I do agree the suddenly halving the supply increases the price, we shouldn't be looking at the price here. We should be looking at the supply itself.  Also again, I really honestly don't think you can make the price stable just by decreasing the supply alone. It's still mostly due to supply and demand, like what Pursuer said on his reply.

Anyway, while I disagree with your proposal, thanks for creating a topic that's actually debatable and not bullcrap.

I think about the same as you, but there are some differences. It seems to me that a person who already has such large-scale thoughts in his head at the time of the idea can change the system as a whole. This shows us the history and so it was from time immemorial. It seems to me that this man is very brave and we just need to support him in his endeavors.
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Thing To Do When Cryptocurrencies Price Dumps! on: November 27, 2018, 08:26:47 PM
Cryptographic forms of money experience a progression of market changes, "with a large portion of the ongoing variances winding up in a sorry situation". In such occasions, individuals do get frightened and befuddled. That is on the grounds that they consider it to be a misfortune. However, for me, I don't see it that way. Rather, I consider it to be an extraordinary open door for MASSIVE speculations with HUGE benefits. How? It's simple! At the point when the estimation of the Cryptocurrency dumps, it makes purchasing considerably more reasonable. With this, I 'Purchase In Bulk', watch the market changes, and clearly, when advertise values hit their pinnacle, I Sell! Making an 'Immense' heap of benefit. what's your take? just my opinion.

Best Reguards

JellaChrist.......

You have that there is a speculation of news regarding the cryptocurrency from people buying it in bulk? It is possible, and moreover, most likely it is. Just imagine what resources owned by people in whose hands revolve such a huge amount of money! This is a great responsibility and great opportunities in regulating the flow of news in one direction or another.
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: the important role of institutional investors on: November 27, 2018, 08:22:00 PM
I still have high hopes for BTC, and I'm sure BTC will create Bullish.

this is good news for me, after the battle is over, BTC will create a Bullish market, one of the factors that can make BTC create Bullish is institutional investors.
but they are very careful when accumulating new assets, their choices are not long-term trends.

but, quantitatively, it proves that institutional demand for crypto is very large and institutional investors accumulate BTC.

I don't know where you got the information that a bullish trend is bound to happen, but it seems to me that you are too confident in your opinion on this issue. A bullish trend can't just happen. This requires certain and quite specific conditions, which are now simply impossible in the light of the events taking place now in the market. If you have other information, please share it and we will discuss it.
