Bitcoin doesn't destroy you. If you can see the huge potential of Bitcoin in the future, then you can quietly hold your bitcoin, and don't pay attention to the recent price, you can temporarily forget it for a while.
Looking at the price every day is not good for you. Investment requires a process.

What was your initial reason for investing in bitcoin? It should have been because of the technology and the potential for mass adoption. Well, that hasn't changed in the last year. All that has changed is the price. Perhaps you never should have invested in the first place.

not only do you experience losses, but there are many participants who suffer losses, so I think this is a disappointment for profit. bitcoin is in a drastic downturn and this can be an opportunity to buy and if you already have you can hold it.

Wow,I can't imagine myself investing 150000 USD into bitcoin.This is huge risk.What were you thinking back then?
You should have bought smaller amounts of btc consistently,instead of buying a big amount of btc at once.
Just HODL your btc and wait,there's no other way to get around such loss.Bitcoin might recover after 2 years.
