641  Economy / Gambling / Re: 0% house edge, rake and comission on: March 21, 2018, 10:38:55 AM
Their concept looks very well. I think this could have a success and attract a lot of players and investors as well.

I like this concept too. 0% edge is possible if they will have a stabile income of new players and tokens price will increase. The first problem will be that people need to understand this is possible, after it they will be one of the best. Nobody wants to pay extra fees and everybody wants to fair chance beat the casino.
Ofc the players will say that this model suits them, but who in the world operator will be willing to operate such a casino on a large scale?

Now the next level of so called "attracting people" and new members will be having house edge in "negative". That might gain a lot of traction, but again, who will run this? You ? Me?

646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bcash fanboys learned the value of BTC in these hard times. on: March 13, 2018, 06:20:26 AM
This is a good time that showed how the king bitcoin affected all altcoins, so BCash people betraying bitcoin must have taken their lesson: Promote your altcoin, do not badmouth bitcoin, that is what I say. If BTC goes down, your crappy altcoin will go down harder. It is us coiners against the nocoiners and there is no point in fighting for short-term gain.
Bitcoin is like the earth, and the altcoins are like the seeds. If you salt the earth, your seeds will not grow. Bitcoin is the king and everyone has to buy bitcoin to be able to purchase altcoins.
I don't quite agree with your opinion. First, the Bcash fanboys made enough profits from it, there was a reason why the major so called "fanboys" were supporting bcash.  It was really a nice way to make up some extra money.

Second, nowadays enough options are there to let people buy altcoins without buying bitcoin in the middle, one of them is through ethereum, another is via direct interactions with people willing to sell crypto for fiat or online modes of payment. Things are not like they used to be in the past.
647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: March 13, 2018, 05:46:23 AM
Some people think that strong feeling affect the outcome of your bet. But for me its all about luck., what do you think guys.
In the long run, house edge is a major major factor that decides whether you are in profit or in a loss. If you see mathematically then it is the house edge %age that decides the net profit of your gambling house than mere luck. Lower the house edge, lower will you loose. Its not something to feel about, it is something that is a fact.
648  Economy / Gambling / Re: $15 Free on: March 13, 2018, 05:15:19 AM
What doubts do you guys are still having about the legitimacy of this casino? They require too much of your personnel info in order to actually cashout the free money. Looks really fishy and I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this promo. Promos have nowadays become a really nice way to trap people into giving away their secret details.
649  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com service resumed! World's largest dice site on: March 13, 2018, 05:09:15 AM
...but the mystery of how the domain was taken over by hackers is a puzzle for everyone i guess.

If the domain registrant fails, it's something out of your control.Even if you have the most secure website of the world.
Anyway, I'm glad to see the domain registrant working hard to understand what happened.

I've made millions of bets on PD and other gambling sites, but I don't think I have ever hit 77.77x on any of the site. I fail to kinda understand why this number is so difficult that any other
650  Local / India / Re: Stay away from localbitcoins on: March 13, 2018, 04:53:27 AM
I found this guy on local bitcoins named Nimesh he has a very good reputation there..! He called me on whatsapp and asked me to transcat directly via whatsapp to avoid fee.. first deal went smooth. After a month on second deal he shown his true colors.
I sent him 0.4 btc to his given address.
https://blockchain.info/address/32sbjtAia13RdH9MUsBhuJSqnEfN3h6aq7
Then this guy started asking me different questions like show ID proof, show how you obtained the btc, show the source of btc and all. I sadly sent him all the details.

I know there is only a very small chance of getting this man where he deserves to be. But I'm willing to take that chance. Any support or guide will be appriciated from the community. I do have his bank details that he must have forged too. I dont get how someone can be so confident in scamming others.

Sad part is his reputation on LBC is around 100% he calls his clients and asks them to avoid lbc to save fee and transact directly via whatsapp. People will often fall for his deal. But he's seasoned scammer.

So what was the fault of localbitcoins in this? Your title is inappropriate and should be changed to come thing more comprehensive, it was your mistake that you chose not to use escrow. There is very little that could be done now.

652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What should I mine? on: January 16, 2018, 02:53:34 PM
If you tell us what hardware you got, maybe we can give you some infos about it. Otherwhise look at  https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/xmr?HashingPower=200&HashingUnit=H%2Fs&PowerConsumption=0&CostPerkWh=0.12&MiningPoolFee=1 for profitability calculator when you know your hashrate, or here for some infos about buying a good GPU for mining monero: http://monerobenchmarks.info/

I have attached the image on the thread.
I have a xeon E5 V3@2.3 Ghz with 16 cores.
According to some benchmarks I should get 800~900 H/s.But minergates GUI miner is giving me only 350 for XMR.

Will I get more hash if I switch to wolf's miner?
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / What should I mine? on: January 16, 2018, 01:47:49 PM

Should I mine monero or bytecoins?
And how much hashrate can I get? Will it be profitable if electricity cost is very low?

I think it should be removed until you have 20 or more games so the accuracy rate will be closer to the reality.

Agreed. It looks kinda misleading to me too lol

I was following one of the CSGO tipsters few months ago , and he was really good with like 7% ROI so hopefully you will be able to achieve the same thing

Thanks for the suggestion Cheesy Will update with better method after 4-5 matches.

This is very rare 100% accuracy? gonna follow your thread and will wait for your other picks for the next matches.
Because I only suggest matches with assured wins and low odds(1.3x~1.6x).But anything can happen, still I will try to suggest the safest bets Smiley
655  Economy / Services / Re: Where can I exchange coins to fiat and store it? on: December 21, 2017, 09:37:03 PM
Hey guys! Since the bitcoin is going up and down like crazy it  seems to be  a good idea to sell my savings for fiat when it is on its peak. All price changes are happen extremely fast and I need a fast way to exchange money to fiat (or anything else with good kiquidity to save the current money). It looks like I can use crypto exchanges that allow visa / master card wothdeawals but the problem is that i believe that each tome I make a withdrawal I will be charged to pay taxes and I need to avoid it.
So the best way for me will be if I find a way ho exchange by btc (and preferably hold there for faster exchange) somewhere and store my fiat untill I decide to buy BTC again. Any suggestions?

Depends on where you live and the amount of bitcoins you are talking about.
You can try selling it at localbitcoins. And buy again from a reputable trader.
Or deposit your bitcoins at neteller for USD(you will be charged with a 1% fees). You can easily buy again with neteller. Many traders accept neteller for bitcoins here.

If you are just worried about the price drop, then how about converting them to a more stable alt?
656  Economy / Economics / Re: If You Hate Poverty, You Should Love Capitalism on: December 21, 2017, 09:29:57 PM
People who agrees with old fashioned ideologies like capitalism or socialism are fools. These concepts are pegs from old civilization. The world has changes a lot since then.
There is an increase in production thus low poverty. You can't credit a concept for something.
We should look for the best solution to counter poverty.

Maybe the answer lies in a red book.It could be anything, but not just capitalism.

Tricked vs Vega Squadron

Pick Vega for map2(mirage).Don't bet at map1(Train). Tricked are strong at Train, so anything can happen.
Whereas in mirage, Vega has better chances of winning.Go for vega map 2 if you get more than 1.3X else cancel.

EDIT: Tbh, you can find equal no of reports on Nitrogen. Just google Nitrogen Scam. I am not sure what to believe in. Apparently in the accusation of 1xbit as scam, they at least gave back the initial deposit funds and they cited that the user is using multiple accounts or knew the outcome of the game beforehand. We could look more into that but I dont think it clears up that they are scamming the user. If they would have just stolen the funds, I would have agreed on scamming part.

I have been playing on 1xbit for over a year. Without any issues and hence I recommend it. If you use it without using any shady "tricks" you will have a pleasant stay.

Let the people decide which sports book to use Smiley
But compared to 1xbit, nitrogensports has more trust at bitcointalk.

658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is how Bitcoin price is manipulated on: December 21, 2017, 01:21:26 PM
Not only bitcoins but alts too.Just look at the bitcoin cash, how it went up.All because of the coinbase employees who knew about the decision.
In just 5 minutes it crossed 3,000$

And look at the market cap of bitcoins, in just one month it reached 300 Billion from 50 billions.Someone with lot of money is juggling with price.

Brace yourself, a big storm is coming this new year.
659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CS:GO Predictions on: December 21, 2017, 01:00:42 PM

Here we will discuss about the Counter strike global offensive matches.
Unlike other sports, csgo matches are more predictable with better odds.

For upcoming matches with live update follow this website: https://www.hltv.org

I could find only nitrogen sports with active CSGO matches and good odds. They also give one free withdrawal per 7 days(but you need to deposit at least 0.005 BTC).

GLHF!
You gotta try out 1xbit. Smiley You get all the CS: GO matches there and the best part is that you can stream them there too. Cheesy Unlimited withdrawals (min is 5mBTC now sadly) but min deposit is 1mBTC. Best part is that you can bet live too. I try to bet when a team is about to eco into the next couple of rounds so that I have a better chance of winning. Smiley

If you do plan to check 1xbit out. Please use my referral link and register. Cheers.

1xbit are accused for scamming its user by closing the accounts.
Scam accusation thread #1, thread #2

STAY AWAY FROM 1xbit

As I said in the post, I could only find one trusted e-sportsbook i.e nitrogensports.
Edit:You can try jetwin too Cheesy
660  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why did the price just drop 0.1%??? on: December 21, 2017, 12:50:39 PM
Right now there are many neophytes investors. Many of them see bitcoins as a jackpot lottery and not as an investment.
They are acting like a gamster instead of being an investor.Even a 100$ dip will make them think about dumping all bitcois to fiat.

Whereas veteran bitcoiners knows how to play, they will hold or convert to alts. But they will stay.
What I fear is, the number of neophytes is exponentially greater than the veterans. They might even poke a needle into this bubble.
