What you think your mind creates see the movie secret, it's general knowledge that gambling you need luck more than anything but being positive does wonders, at first I didn't believe it. But over a period of time when I infused myself with positive energy suddenly things became different, I began to win a lot. So yes being positive will help you'll a lot. |

No, not at all. Gambling is a game of chance and everyone knows that. Regardless if you are feeling positive or negative on that day, if its your chance to win, its your chance to win. If that is the only secret of winning, everyone would be doing that and casino's will be out of business because of that feeling positing thing. However, it's advisable to gamble if you are feeling great, feeling positive because those with that kind of mental attitude even if they loose, they are still smiling. While those who played with a lot of problems and stress in mind might end up killing himself if bad luck is always on his side. |

Isn't it nice to have a mindset like that eventhough in reality our bets aren't doesn't have a clear output? Yes luck and analyzation are some of the keys to increase winning chance rate but somehow having a positive feeling that you may hit the bell will also increase your expectation to win. No need to literally point out to the person that having a mindset like that is useless as what matters here is, they are comfortable with their bets and picks no matter what the result is. Honestly Im that type of gambler since the beginning and now currently having a nice winning stats out of my sports betting activities. |

I don't think being positive will help you to win your bet in gambling, but one thing is sure being positive will increase your confidence level and you will get control on your emotions but it will not much affect to your game result. I think luck is the only thing can help us to win in gambling. |

Positive thinking works or helps at least to keep negative thoughts away. Thus a good feeling will always help you to have patience and get a good vibe which in turn can affect your game for good. Thus quite possible that your luck can start favoring you. |

Will thinking enough about cute puppies, rainbows, cotton candy, etc. change the fact that each time you roll on dice the chances of winning is 49.5% (assuming 1% house edge) to double your money? I don't think so. Silly question! The answer is too obvious! |

By strong feeling, you mean that you have a strong feeling that you will win the bet?
That's one of the most dangerous things to have, as it will make your self-confident to skyrocket, and it's really dangerous in the gambling section, as it will usually make you to bet on funds that you can't afford to lose and it may cause you to be super greedy.
It doesn't really impact the outcome as it based on true luck, but it's going to affect the level that you control yourself during the gambling experience.

Positive thinking or having a calm mind do really helps out but not totally a major thing that can really give you an edge against the house.Even how cool or positive thinker you are but if luck isnt on your side then the whole mood would really turns upside down but if you are just playing for the sake of entertainment then you will able to enjoy out the game no matter what would be the result. |

Everything is connected. The so-called "Luck" is connected to you. I am a spiritual guy, thus I do believe that even positive energy or thinking will affect you directly or indirectly. If you believe in luck, then you also should believe in positive thinking which affects everything either by doing is consciously or unconsciously. However, I have a self-rule that if you are too focused on something, it might not happen as the way you wanted it to happen.

And for me it is all about wasting money in such bad earning sources. People call it as source of earning where if luck become a companion to you someday you may manage to earn money. But majority times, we people see luck is against us. We don’t get what we want to achieve everyday so how can one even think of luck helping them every single time they bet. They need to understand this fact. |

That is superstition and people who believe this follow some patterns believing it will help them to win. I think it's very dangerous to think this way, because you can put so many positive thoughts on your mind, and they will only encourage you to lose all your money. Thinking from the point of view positive thinking affects the material world, I think these elemental, spiritual energies have more important things to affect than helping some gamblers to win money, right?

I agree with your last sentence, as usually being focused on something will make you having huge expectations, way over the real situation, usually those expectations are far from real and won't happen in any way. It's nice that you talk here about positive energy, but I still didn't understand, do you get that this positive energy only affect the amount of betting that you would make and the amount of money that you would bet, it doesn't have any impact on the outcome at all. Unless you believe in 3rd power, there's no reason to think that positive energy will help you in gambling. |

I believe that it won't affect the outcome of your bet as it is a game of chance and pure luck. Although I cannot deny the fact that I have a good friend who is always on the high rollers and keeps winning - he is but just a positive person. |

Having a strong feeling is not going to help you win the game, gambling is all about luck not hunch or feeling, and sometimes your feeling can deceive you to keep on playing and bet bigger, so good feeling can trap you into deeper lost, positive thinking maybe add joy to your gambling but its not going to affect the result

Of course its all based on luck. Those positive thinking is just wait it is, more of a mental thing. Unless you have super powers to change the outcome, I don't think that it can influence or it gives you the edge in gambling. I must admit that I used this technique, let's say in baccarat, I also think that my bet will always win. However, its not the case, as its still a 50/50 (banker/player) and no outside factor can influence the outcome. Yeah, probably will add more joy to you specially if you won the hand, but that's it. |
