641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman on: March 17, 2023, 11:45:40 PM
Yeah, a single lucky converted punch from Thurman. He can make Spence to kiss the floor. We would see that during the live event we can expect an upset indeed as, like what you said, both are power punchers and if Thurman will be given a chance, then he will not waste any to convert that winning punch.

But, on the other side, Spence is really smart expect him not to be careless and to just play it and bring the game to his favor.

I'm not doubting Keith Thurman can find a good opening for a supposed lucky punch. But the question is, even Thurman will find many ways to penetrate his lucky punches, I'm doubting the power of those punches if capable of taking down Spence. Thurman is not that heavy puncher and since not active in big fights, that might result in his punches being soft, while on the other hand, Spence is currently at his peak so a simple with strong body resistance that a lucky punch can't just give a heavy toll on him.

Thurman is not also used on 154, and even the same with Spence, which is also not used on 154, it now depends on how active they are and maintain their shape during their training. If only Thurman remains active after losing to Pacquiao, he might have had the chance to pulverize Spence even at 154.
642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical gambling and internet gambling which is more fun. on: March 17, 2023, 11:40:12 PM
As we grow up and progress, we will really feel the difference between playing physically and online. Before, we are dreaming to have new gadgets and devices while playing physical games, even not gambling. When we grow up and are now capable of buying things that were just a dream before, we will realize that the same feeling during the time we don't have these gadgets are not present anymore.

If the fun we are looking for is currently not present anymore, we should adjust to the new things.

Same in gambling, if the usual physical gambling that we mostly aren't present anymore, time now to adjust and go with the flow.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 17, 2023, 11:34:32 PM
Just my own cent,  Wink and who knows if they can pull and upset to a heavy favorite (which I doubt they can  Roll Eyes  )

SMB peeps are used to playing pressure games unlike the newbie Converge that don't have any experience yet feeling the pressure in a close playoff match.

What is also worst, they replaced import at the point of this stage where they are already on the brink of being eliminated. If only they allow keeping their previous import with an ego problem, they might have a chance to upset the SMB. Their import-related problem can be worked out with the right serious talk and that might settle the internal problem of the team.

I wonder what the odds of this game. For sure, Converge will be the underdog and I'm guessing their odds would be around @6 to win the game.
644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: March 17, 2023, 11:25:22 PM
Well, that 4 game losing streak by the Nuggets really affected Jokic's MVP race.
On the other hand, Embiid deserves it as well as he is performing very well in their last games. It will be a close duel between these 2 Centers on who will be the MVP now that we only have few games left on the regular season. I'd want to see Jokic making history though as the 4th NBA player in history to have 3 consecutive MVP titles. Smiley

Actually, regardless if the Nuggets are losing, if Nikola Jokic was able to maintain his stats, he will continue to clinch the weekly top.

But let's take a look at the fact that Joel Embiid is showing top of the line stats every game. Not just in offense but Embiid is also showing consistency in providing good defense. That consistency help him push his way up on the MVP ladder rankings and put Jokic on a brink of a possible failed attempt in getting his 3rd consecutive MVP award.

I'm more looking forward that the season MVP award will now finally being achieved by Joel Embiid this time. It's been several years since the "Trust the Process" commenced and he never failed to become the only consistent Sixers player to show good performance every season.
645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Random Number Generator and it's importance in Online Casinos on: March 16, 2023, 11:59:34 PM
As a gambler have you ever read up on how the RNG works in online casino games, or do you simply trust that it's functioning properly?

Personally no. I don't bother to read anything about RNG, Provably works, and anything about fairness.

The reason is, there should be many technical people that will look further at it and that's what I'm waiting for.

Aside from that, reputation is what matters to me. I doubt a reputable site will ruin its reputation to do some cheating.
646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: March 16, 2023, 11:59:28 PM
I think Fajardo being out in a conference where teams have import doesn't have any impact on the team.

Their import can cover the absence of Fajardo and many ways as they shared roles on the court.

If we are on All-Filipino, and Fajardo is out, I would say other teams have an advantage over San Miguel Beermen.
647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The journey of successful business man who were professional gamblers on: March 16, 2023, 11:59:19 PM
Because these big people do have a strong and solid source of income, they can sustain their gambling activity and are able to afford to lose big money.

In most cases, those people who reached the stage of being professional gamblers are already financially-stable that's why they can just easily throw big money into their gambling we already know that the bigger the bankroll, the larger they can gamble, the more chances, and possibility that they can win big.

Good for them and fortunate that they can enjoy gambling without worrying of a big loss as they can easily cover it with their big investments and businesses.
648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 16, 2023, 11:59:11 PM
Well, we cant really tell out on how this fight would conclude out
even Inoue supporters are already making up conclusion but we shouldn't really be having that kind of mindset as long theres no one had been KO'ed or been beaten up then its not over yet.

We just have to wait for the fight to see what happened. Inoue supporters obviously will just think of Inoue being the winner here for an obvious reason. Fulton on the other hand, should just take his performance level to something very higher and try to spoil the expectations of Inoue fans.

Not just that, as a champion, Fulton should show us an explosive fight regardless if he loses here as if he wasn't able to show us that, he doesn't deserve the title and being a champion in the first place. It's also good to see him leaving the 122 being a champion.
649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs John Ryder - May 6th in Mexico on: March 16, 2023, 11:59:03 PM
The moment this was announced, lots of boxing critics on social media said that it was a clear cherry-picking for Canelo.

What do you think guys? Who should be Canelo fighting instead of John Ryder?

I think the rematch with Bivol does have prerequisites and it's something that can be materialized that easily. Moving forward though, this was all set and Canelo should be considered as HEAVY favorite, not just a simple favorite.
650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about stop gambling services issued by gambling platforms? on: March 11, 2023, 09:12:58 PM
Not that bad for a gambling company to implement such a service to help gamblers minimize or lessen their gambling activity.

Although I just wonder if there are really gamblers that will consider being in service to control their gambling addiction.

Those said users will just stop using that site but just by simply browsing the web, lots of gambling sites around to attract them to play again.
651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue - WBC and WBO 122 lbs bout - May on: March 11, 2023, 09:08:43 PM
It might be a huge disappointment to us fans that we haven't got the chance to see the Crawford-Spence fight, at least they are still doing their part to make the other fights happen for us to enjoy. Like this fight, we are all expecting this to happen and fortunately, Al Haymon didn't interfere as Fulton is his cow.

And one of the said reasons why the Crawford-Spence fight didn't materialize is that Crawford was a free agent and don't have a big promoter company that will handle business and negotiations against the big promotional company that Spence is currently under contract.

Sad to see Crawford end up fighting against not that ranked boxers just to keep him active in the ring after being parted with the Top Rank Promotions. Here in Fulton vs Inoue fight, it's good to see that this fight was organized and boxing politics did not take place between the 2 big promoters.
652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Is for the strong. on: March 11, 2023, 09:02:51 PM
What do you mean by strong? Strong to resist the effects of the negative impact of gambling?

Actually, it's common to feel regrets and big disappointment after a big loss as that was human nature. We can't avoid that feeling that even professionals and big gambles also feel that feeling. But what matter here is, keeping in the state of a calm mind and being responsible after every big loss.

Gambling is for strong can be rephrased as "to always try to be a responsible gambler" as much as possible.
653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A remark on casino bonuses on: March 11, 2023, 08:58:38 PM
Enticing promo banners but tncs that make these promos largely useless and these tncs aren't obvious from looking at banners. Upon click they redirect you to login/registration page whereas I feel click on to banner should redirect user to that particular promo's tnc.

Do your part, mate. It's not that things will always be spoonfed to make people satisfied.

It's been ages already that any promotions or bonuses do always associated with a Terms and Conditions. That's usual to expect.

Can you share some examples of promo banners that literally just redirect to the sign-up page? I said, promo banner exactly and not a marketing banner.
654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: who would you trust? on: March 11, 2023, 08:52:35 PM
Since strategy are always changing in trading, what is the relevance of experience? Who would you trust the most for trading tips,
An old trader who has had better days and mostly still relevant because they have a strong reputation for the fact that he has been trading for a while, or would you trust a new trader who is hot in the market and fresh with new strategies?

Trusting someone for your future trading actions? That was crazy. What if a certain action got wrecked?

It's good to use their analysis as our reference but to put trust in it is highly subjective regardless if the winning rate of that trader is impressive.

Why not just contine to build experience? The longer we are involved in doing trades, the better we become as we progress.
655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will Gambling Legalization Reduce Gambling Rings? on: March 11, 2023, 08:49:36 PM
When we talked about illegal gambling activities being reduced, then we can expect that to happen once gambling legalization takes place as long as the law will be implemented strictly and with strong teeth. Legalization is necessary for gambling businesses, for gamblers not to patronize illegal gambling. Gamblers will also have the assurance that they are safe when gambling only on a legal gambling service.

I don't want to be involved in illegal gambling as I want my gambling experience freely as I want without worrying that I will face legal problems. Being legal to is my basis before using any gambling site that I considered playing with.
656  Economy / Economics / Re: less risk or big profit? on: March 11, 2023, 08:44:11 PM
The less riskier from Real Estate and cryptocurrency is Real Estate, but less risk,, less reward. The risk that come with the higher volatility of cryptocurrency makes the profit that can be gotten bigger. Will you go for less risk, or big profit?

Risk is the measurement of how tough and difficult a certain investment is.

Regardless if it's low risk or high risk, the success of any investment will depend on how we will properly manage it along the way.

If low-risk investments are bound to be always a success, why are there still established and recorded failures at those considered a less-risk investment? It just means that as long as there is a risk, there is no success in any investment without having a serious approach.
657  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: March 11, 2023, 08:40:17 PM
There are some old loyal members who don't want KYC rules for bunos claims and they will switch to another casino if the bunos claim requires completing the KYC stages,

Let's say KYC is now a requirement, where these users you are referring to will experience the same bonus as what Stake is giving especially in their VIP program? I don't think there's another crypto-gambling site that is close to what Stake is giving to their users especially loyal ones regardless if these players are winning or losing much.

I'm sure KYC might be mandated in the future, due to hard and strict regulations for any crypto-related services, to claim these bonuses. But even if that happened, I'm sure most users will comply with it especially if they are really actively playing in Stake and already established a high-tier level account.

Let's not think about it yet and just enjoy the no-KYC experience here in Stake.
658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Wrong Bets !!! on: March 10, 2023, 06:58:04 PM
oh, I had similar situations  Grin. After them, I made a rule for myself never to sit down to play sleepy or in a poorly controlled state. So I always check the bet several times to make sure that I entered everything correctly. My advice to you is not to be upset, you lose not a very large amount, next time you will be more careful.

Some bettors even mistakenly input the wrong bet amount in their fiat local currency value, what's more when dealing in decimal in bitcoin.

To minimize the risks, having it shown to our local currency might help us to avoid that kind of mistake.

Fortunately, most crypto-gambling sites now do have an option to show BTC value in fiat value to have the bet amount more specific.
659  Economy / Gambling / Re: No bet is a waste on: March 10, 2023, 06:49:44 PM
Please if you guys will allow me, from now onward I will be dropping daily 3 odds here on this thread, if you want to stick, stick with little amount.

If you can, try also to include some analysis. There are lots of tipsters wannabee here before that will just place bets and that's it. With no shared analysis involved or even brief information on why chose that bet. And the worst part is, those bets are purely just a guess and no money at risk.

What does it mean? If that tipster wannabee will able to make more winning rate on their tips, that's the start of offering the service in exchange for money.

I hope it doesn't turn this thread that way. Smiley
660  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Trade on Emotions on: March 10, 2023, 06:39:12 PM
You can't avoid being emotional in doing trades. That was human nature and just a common and usual thing in everyone.

Even professional traders today are dealing with their emotions when doing trades. There's no perfect trader where being emotional can be set aside.

What matter here is, being still responsible and having a calm state of mind even during an emotional breakout due to some trading-related problems.
