641  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: September 14, 2021, 08:36:21 PM
I think the fact that Baryom give aways some bitcoins to top players, VIP program, XP Contests, BTSLR Challange, Drops & Wins, Hourly Lottery, Billion Bets Event, bitsler forum promos/contests are just great and doesn't deserve 2. I haven't seen so many promotions with such a high rewards on many websites.
Maybe that's where the problem lies actually. I myself play at bitsler multiple times a week but the bonuses you are talking about are not public it seems because I don't know how one can reach Baryom so it must be invitational or something.

They have a super cool XP contest indeed which also counts sports bet so that is amazing, I agree. Drops & Wins and those tournaments are mostly done by the provider itself and I think I saw a similar promotion on many other casinos.

It's quite surprising they ask for details because if I am not mistaken, they have the same license provider as stake and stake never asked for details to play the slot games.
642  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 vaccination becoming a criteria to live in the world on: September 13, 2021, 06:08:03 PM
I'm a little confused by this situation. Actually, the vaccine is the right of every human being, so it means that every human being has the right to refuse not to be vaccinated. but most places require visitors to bring a vaccination card, so this is equivalent to forcing someone to receive the vaccine. super markets, tourist attractions, government offices, tourist attractions, and even going to other cities must bring a vaccination certificate.
Mate, I don't think getting vaccinated is a "choice" anymore given the severity of this virus. You need to understand that by not getting vaccinated you are not only risking your own life but also putting other's life at risk. No doubt, you have the right to suicide by not getting vaccinated but you cannot transmit the virus to others just because of your "choice".

Anyone who is against the vaccination process, please think about it twice, you are not just risking your own life but you might end up transmitting the virus to your loved ones.
643  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you want to quit trading ? on: September 13, 2021, 05:31:46 PM
For me biggest reason why I dont do day trading is getting tired. You need to be almost 24h in the game to follow everything if you want to have bigger chance of earning. For me if you are not playing with big money it's not worth the time and health.
You don't "need" to be on 24 hours. However it is highly recommended to be online as much as you can because the longer you are on, the more chances of profit you will catch. I personally do not trade that way at all, I feel like it is a game, I have some money in binance, and I trade whenever I want to, I open up the charts, I check what is doing what, and then either trade if I see something or maybe I do not even trade.

You do not open a game and play it 24 hours (well not anymore at this age for me at least) you just open it and play a few hours and be done with it. That is not a full time crypto trading as a job, that will not make you a lot of money, that will not even make you a little money, it will make you tiny profits however it is still profitable instead of losing. This is why if you really want to have fun, then you could trade however you want.
644  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador has just bought it’s first 200 coins on: September 12, 2021, 06:02:45 PM
I believe in totality, President Nayib Bukele has done a lot of good for the country and the citizens and the lots that are still against it will catch up later once they see what Bitcoins investment will bring to the country.
The other time I saw a news about some retirees who were protesting against the decision of the president of El Salvador. I guess they don’t have a clue about what cryptocurrency and blockchain is all about. But, with time they will get to understand it,and also get to know that the president is doing his best to make the best decision for the country. With a decision like this there’s sure going to be a lot of development coming their way soon.

It is now part of history that El Salvador is the first country that accepted Bitcoin as a legal tender, and that’s going to make the cryptocurrency community to stand strong with El Salvador.
645  Economy / Economics / Re: China cracking down innovation on: September 12, 2021, 10:51:18 AM
We have know that China has many times expressed and effectively carried out all shorts of moves against bitcoin, but recently they have made very serious moves that not only send a message for the future but also had very real implications for stock owners.

- Serious warnings to Ali Baba owner.
- A "voluntary" donation from Tencent to the "common good of Chinese people".
- A clear warning against any entrepreneur that has "too much public success".

Could this be dampening or even killing the expected growth of the Chinese economy? Are they, after all, still communist enough?
The Chinese system of government has always been the communist type for years. They set up a government that likes to control their people and then countries like this user not really giving 100% freedom to do however they like. Compare this to USA you’ll see that they see a lot of difference, it’s not like in the US where people are free to express themselves to the fullest and cell whatever they want to say.

Take for example the Alibaba owner that you have pointed out, you can read the story and everything that happened to him and how it all ended. So their government has been against cryptocurrency for a long time because it was giving their citizens that freedom which they did not like.
646  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: September 12, 2021, 09:24:32 AM
Inactive gamblers shouldn't receive the bonus all the time. Big or small depositor doesn't matter. If a gambler stay active, regular place bets and makes a good wager then he/she should receive the bonuses. I have good wager in Bitsler but I was inactive since last few months. And I'm not dissatisfied as I haven't received the bonus.
Well there's nothing to discuss this as the word active itself makes a gambler deserves to the bonuses what a casino to give to their gamblers, and its so unfair for active gamblers that inactive will receive that to and hence they win a huge amount on the game. And also as you said other gambler who's inactive in the platform would understand on why they didn't receive the bonus since activity really matter on any casino where we go.
That is literally the reason why there are gambling requirements in places. I understand it could be dropping, like let's say there is something that you get when you wager 100k, and it is a monthly thing. I would understand if you reach 100k gambled in a month and got it and keep getting it each month you gamble 10k. That type of lowering requirement would be fine, but not like it would go down to 5k after that and 1k after that, no it is 100k first and 10k forever after that. Only thing that I would understand for lesser requirement would be that. Aside from that, zero is definitely not acceptable. It would definitely be unfair to active ones.
647  Economy / Economics / Re: El Salvador retirees protest against Bitcoin as legal tender on: September 11, 2021, 08:55:44 PM
El Salvador already must have made a profit by buying more from the drop, on the next increase they are going to be so much in profit as a nation they will be doing a lot better. This is just the start in the future they will be even better. I do not care what 60+ year olds are saying about bitcoin, you do not have to expect them to understand it, and the people behind them are basically ruining the nation and that is why they want that bitcoin law to be withdrawn because they would be hurting financially if this continues, which it will and they will lose.

Crypto is not for the retirees, it is for people who imagine a better retirement for themselves in the future, it is not even for me, it is for younger kids, people who are in college right now, thanks to bitcoin they will be able to live a life that is a lot more just and fair financially.
648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dont get sad over what could have been on: September 11, 2021, 06:14:12 PM
Interestingly experts have even bigger losses as well. A friend of mine turned 4k dollars into nearly 180k dollars, he thought that's enough for him, he bought a nice car (Mercedes s series, it is so awesome) and for the rest he just put some back into crypto and the rest into savings account. What happened? He bought 60k dollars worth of a token that was obviously a scam, and got scammed, how can someone who was smart enough to turn 4k into 180k ended up getting scammed on the most obvious way?

Well, he wasn't caring anymore, he was just idling by and didn't have the hunger. That's the most important thing when you are in the crypto world, to have that hunger. If you do not care and do not check then even when people around you warn you, you still do the wrong thing.
That is usually what happens when you reach a goal in your life until you find another goal. He probably wanted that car for a long time, couldn't even imagine how he could buy one since it is expensive and he didn't had the money for it, so when he reached to a point where he could buy that, then he didn't had any goals left. That is what happened to me back in the day, I wanted something and then after 5-6 months of hard work I got it, it took me like 16 hours of work for 5 months, 7 days a week, non-stop hard work.

It was hell at first, got used to it at one point but when I finally got it, my life became empty and meaningless because I had zero goals left. Nowadays I have another goal, probably not a good goal at all right now (build a mining rig without overpaying) and that is what I am working towards, before that it was really boring and I would have lost a lot of money as well if I had any.
649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: September 10, 2021, 06:02:02 PM
[DOTA 2, Thursday September 9th] It’s time for the grand finals of OGA Dota PIT Invitational. PSG.LGD vs Team Spirit. China vs CIS. Best of 5 series.

PSG.LGD vs Team Spirit: PSG.LGD ML | ANALYSIS & ODDS
Not following up on this tournament and neither I am here shill for stake but they had a nice promotion where you can double up your win if either team wins the match 3-0.

Regarding your pick, I have not even seen the match or whether it's over or not but psg.lgd is a way better team than someone like Team Spirit, who on the contrary are a much better CSGO team Grin.

I am personally waiting for the LOL world championship to happen.
650  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in 2017 again? How do you feel about the price chart today? on: September 10, 2021, 03:02:56 PM
Now, in 2021 we're at a +25% after about 50% loss before. When I hear into my feelings, I think we could end up in another winter till the next having. It does not feel like 100k will happen. I don't care and it's not important to me, just stock-to-flow and all the 2021 BTC News seemed way stronger than in 2017... but is it strong enough for 100k? I don't think so. Many people still hate BTC for a lot of wrong reasons, because they're not educated enough right now. In my real life I'm more or less the outsider with my Opinion about BTC changing the whole Currency System.
Many people are seeing 100k+ and more as an option because of the huge possibility that Q4 holds. Crypto is known to be going up during these periods and all the big increases happened during this period. Last year around these days we were close to 10k, by the end of Q4 we were around 30k, that was 3x and the same would see us at around 150k price if it were to happen again.

It obviously requires a lot of money to increase that much but at the end of the day it could be 2x instead of 3x and still be 100k. Obviously we need to be more careful because 2018 Q4 saw us fall from 7k levels to under 4k levels as well so that could be a problem as well, we need to be careful which one it will be like.
651  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: September 10, 2021, 01:40:31 PM
Real gambler doesn't rely on the free bonuses. Almost 90% of real gambler place bets with the bonus/free money without making instant withdrawal. They don't claim the bonus amount for farming. Only abuser do something like that.
Doesn't matter if you are a "real gambler" or not, if you are given free money then you will gamble with it. Do you really think that if you went to Jeff Bezos, and say that you are giving him 1 million dollars for free, only to be used in a gambling situation, and offer him red or black, would he say no? I mean if he was busy then maybe yeah Cheesy. Dude worths maybe like 200 billion, but you get the point. In the end if you are given free money, you will gamble with it, doesn't mean that you will abuse it, but you may just use it until you lose it.

Hence, why I gave the example from someone who would have some chance to win a huge amount and then lose it all, not a rich guy normally, a poor person that deposited very little, got lucky and won a lot, and either withdrawn or kept gambling and lost. Would that guy still get free money even though he doesn't gamble?
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin recovery? Can someone please help on: September 10, 2021, 06:04:23 AM
On my old laptop I had my doge wallet installed. When I open the wallet i cannot locate the key file anywhere.

So the wallet cannot open any file. Every file produces an error, I must have accidentally deleted the wallet file.

I have my private key and password saved but cannot use it due to the wallet file missing.

I was using the dogecoin core wallet for Windows.

Is there a way I can get to my dogecoins?
That depends on what you mean, as long as you still have your private keys you can still retrieve your wallet. Maybe you should try entering your private keys into another wallet to see if you can retrieve your coins or you can try reinstalling the wallet And after installing it you can enter your 12 word recovering Phrase. The most important thing when making use of a cryptocurrency wallet is to back up your wallet using that 12 word recovery phrase. as long as your wallet is backed up using the 12 word recovery phrase, then you are safe. So, I don’t think this is much of a problem.
653  Economy / Economics / Re: Where to invest my 10,000 USD on: September 09, 2021, 07:41:03 PM
I recently got 10,000 USD after my FD (Fixed deposit) matured and now i want to invest all those in the crypto world as the returns are best here.
Please suggest me different places where i can invest these 10,000 USD in the crypto currency world as i never done big investement in crypto before so please give me some ideas.
I don’t know whether you have invested or not, but if you have not then you should check out all the top alternative coins in the market. Bitcoin too is a very good investment to make. The price of Bitcoin seems to be approaching the all time high price again and before December if it should continue like this then we are likely to get past the last all time high price to another high price.

As for the cryptocurrency Ethereum, we have seen that it has reached a new all time high price, a price of around $4000 and it has been going further. This has been the same for so many  other alternative coins, such as Tron, Binance coin (BNB), even dogecoin, etc.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin, Dogecoin Gain After Musk's Tweets, But Will There Be Another Bull Run? on: September 09, 2021, 11:43:31 AM
I can't believe that people would actually be believing these type of people saying something should somehow have any impact on bitcoin. That is the thing about this deal, dude has so much influence that, his words are powerful enough to make coins go up or down. How could you actually believe something like that? I do not get it, I do not understand why people think that it is quite easy to handle something this simple, somehow gets this complicated.

All we gotta do is ignore him, if we ignore him then we will not have to deal with him and that is the most powerful thing we can do for ourselves. If he writes "bitcoin is awesome!" on one of the his tweets, do not make it go up just because he said it, believe that it is actually awesome, or do not sell your coins that are so valuable and undervalued right now, just because he said "bitcoin is using too much electricity for my liking", that is not even a proper no on investing into it.
I do not get why people are still hyped about it, at the end of the day there are other ways that these could go up. Like take a look at bitcoin right now, is it higher because of Elon Musk? It is not then there are other ways to make that money. Think about it this way, if we could reach to 50k on bitcoin from 30k without Elon's help, then why shouldn't we be able to do that from 50k to 100k without his help as well? That is what we should be considering and that is what people are mistaking right now.

Let's hope that people will realize soon that crypto doesn't help need from anyone to go up, it can do that all by itself without any problem at all. I personally believe that community hype is the biggest reason coins go up, and as long as we can keep the current hype going for another few months then reaching above ATH will not be that difficult.
655  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do Not Sell! Don't Let The Whales Get Your Precious BTC! on: September 09, 2021, 11:02:22 AM
I totally agree with what you said, HOLD is the best decision to get the perfect profit. So many people make the wrong decision because they panic sell when the bitcoin price drop. When it comes to the crypto market, we are faced with two choices, profit or loss. These two element cannot be separated, but we also need strategy and courage to make a profit. Why do reliable investor always get big profit when investing in cryptocurrency? The answer is they dare to take risks and fight fear to get multiple profit.
I believe that people who do not hold and end up selling during this period will be losers and will be crying when they see bitcoin at 50k+ again in a week or at most two weeks. We had these type of drops twice already and this is the third time, which is why I do not believe that it is something extraordinary that we didn't see coming. I could see these drops coming from a mile away, do not know the timing of it because if I did then I would be rich, but I knew that it would happen.

The only reason to sell would be to sell before the drop, since the drop already happened then there is no point in selling right now. I personally believe that we should totally keep this going as long as possible without selling. Let others sell and you will be doing better. I personally feel fine right now, this drop is definitely not close to being big enough to make me sell.
656  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Bull market is back on: September 08, 2021, 05:55:45 PM
There were no positive news and events that did happen on the market but it do end up on having some good significant increase to its price specially with Bitcoin and so as with other altcoins in the market.

Some had even said that August is over which said to be a ghost month and now that its over then prices is starting to cling up but we cant really tell that bulls are back.

We are just starting on BER months which it do always having that impression that times like these are the best ones on every year.
Bitcoin never really "needs" a reason to go up, there were few stuff, there was a period when people thought amazon was adding crypto as payment option (which turned out to be wrong but nobody cared) and there were a period when El Salvador made the news, and there were few other things. However bitcoin never needed it to go up. Of course, it is a lot more entertaining when there is actually a good reason for bitcoin to go up, after all we could at least base our increases depending on that.

However that rarely is required, it is just "nice to have" and not "must have" for bitcoin. I personally believe as long as we end up buying, then we could do it whenever we want to and sometimes there is a big increase because of some small increases, like when it goes from 30k to 33k then people get hopeful and buy it, making it 35k and others start to jump in and make it 40k and so forth. A snowball affect basically.
657  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥Sportbook and Casino: BITSLER > $10,000 DAILY Wagering contest < on: September 08, 2021, 02:05:49 PM
I think it was based on the level but the requirement of $100 USD wagered was put in place to ensure that only active players get the bonus.

So basically each VIP level has a fixed amount to be sent (I think) but will only be claimable if you have at least wagered $1000 within the last month.

I don't mind this limitation in place but last month they sent a coupon with no limitations so expectations were high of getting a similar coupon. I wish bitsler can be more consistent in whatever promotions they do. Innovation is important but not at the cost of stability Wink
I still believe that they needed to do this because in the case of someone who once had a huge win by luck and gambled a lot, and lost it then they would not have any money left to gamble and would claim this forever without gambling at all. Just because you gambled once upon a time doesn't mean that you get to gamble for free forever, you need to keep gambling in order to win something.

I believe that is $100 and it is not even a huge amount, even I gamble that much and I am not even a big gambler, I just gamble consistently with small amounts instead of gamble once in a while with big amounts. If I can reach 100 bucks per month then I am sure any proper gambler would reach that too. At the end of the day gambling is for fun and if you are going to get stressed in order to reach a certain level then you should forget about it, but if you are having fun then 100 bucks shouldn't be a problem.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum signaling the next bull run for other cryptocurrencies on: September 07, 2021, 08:19:20 PM
I agree that Bitcoin signifies the next bullrun for altcoins, and even then not all altcoins. So it's not Ethereum that marks the next bullrun, but Bitcoin that is very influential on the market. Even the increase in Ethereum is also influenced by Bitcoin, because if we look at market it always Bitcoin dominates the market. Therefore everyone is now focusing on Bitcoin price movements, to find out where the market is moving.
When you are looking for the bull runs, it is usually bitcoin that goes up first. Remember all the other alt seasons and you will realize that first it is bitcoin that goes up, meanwhile alts go up only in fiat but not too much in bitcoin price, even maybe drop in bitcoin price sometimes as well. When bitcoin reaches to a point where it is hard to make more money or at least keep making that type of return that ends up with a lot of altcoins start taking turns and going high. I believe that the same thing will happen this year as well, first bitcoin and ethereum will go up to high levels, then it will pour into other coins as well and go super high.
659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 07, 2021, 07:08:02 PM
Even though Ronaldo is taking around 26 million pounds a year at 36 years old, dude is Ronaldo and they just got him so it is not an option to get rid of him. However Cavani is 34 years old and getting 13 million pounds, that is like half of Ronaldos salary is already paid. I would assume that if they get rid of Cavani, they could even give him for free just to get rid of that big bulk salary, but if they end up finding some sucker that would be willing to pay 13 million pounds more on top of that? They literally will be paying Ronaldo with the money they made on a Cavani deal for a whole year.

I would assume that it is possible they could consider it, they have enough players on the team that makes so much profit, so why shouldn't they actually end up selling Cavani? It financially makes sense and roster management would be fine as well.
660  Economy / Economics / Re: Recent advertisement for Visa - what a joke on: September 07, 2021, 04:28:51 PM
It's not so much the claim itself that bothers me.  More the attempt to blur the lines and make it more difficult for the uninitiated to tell the difference between what's on offer.  It feels to me like that was the intent behind it.

As others have already pointed out, they're not likely to get many new customers from advertising.  So the only reason I can think of why they would want to broadcast this message is to influence the mindset of the customers they already have.  They don't want to lose their fairly dominant position in the market, so it's in their interests to convince people that they've already got everything they need.  It's better for Visa if people aren't looking at other options, so they want to give people the false impression that Visa is offering all the same benefits as the competition.

I know pretty much all advertising is dishonest in one way or another, but this just seems more pernicious.  Like they're co-opting the narrative.  Using our own words against us to make it sound as though we can't offer people anything different.
Well, that's basically an advertisement is, trying to make you think that they are the best option for your own good whereas they are only caring about money. Like do you really think that Apple cares about making world's greatest phone or computer? That's by-product of what their real aim is, they want to make a lot of money, if you told apple that they could make a horrible phone for 1 dollar each and sell it for 1000 dollars then they would do that, they wouldn't just make a good phone out of their own good heart, they would make a horrible one and sell it for very expensive amount and get rich, however they know that there is competition so they need to make a good one in order to profit.

Long story short, it is basically just same situation for Visa, they are trying to make it look like you should use Visa because it is good for you, but the reality is you should use it so that they could make more profit.
