I think Litecoin is firstly more estabalished with new features being introduced along the way like the Pay feature in addition to better acceptability & recognition vis-a-vis NEO (as of now) and should touch $1000 in 2018 before NEO.

Yes, litecoin is established already way far from NEO but litecoins movement in the market is not as fast as NEO coin. Litecoin is so lousy. Seems that every movement of the market he doesn't want to follow fast. So i'll go for NEO to get to $1000 first than litecoin. |

I guess so. Ethereum after bitcoin is the best investment for best investments among other cryptocurrency. Other altcoins for best investments are those in the top 50 in the coinmarketcap. Refer always to cmc for top altcoins you wish to put your investment. |

Bcash will rise to 20,000 by the end of the year. Bitcoin did it last year.. I have a feeling bcash will do it this year.
If BCH or bitcash reached 20000 this year then bitcoin or BTC will be around 50,000 anyway because as I see it bitcoincash will or may not yet surpass btc this year. Many things are still blocking the bitcoincash to surpass bitcoin because of antagonism it create when the fork happened. |

Facebook have it new policy pertaining to initial coins offerings 'ICOs' . The policy specifically prohibits ads that promote ICO on it platform.
The banned is due to the fact there are so many companies who are advertising ICOs that are not currently operating in good standards and faith.
In the meantime, Facebook is encouraging people to report content that violates this new policy.
What effect do you think this will have on ICOs and future of cryptocurrencies?
It does not affect all ICO on facebook. Those who violated the policy are affected. People are just hyping that facebook is banning all ICO but in real, I still see many advertisement associated with ICO. |

Just recently, I observed there are many cryptocurrency mining offered from cpu to android. And they have there own wallet. I was able to manage to join one of them the twist and eyeing the crepcoin but. scrolling the thread, there are pools which are suspicious to join. What do you think of them? Please advise if you know how they work. Are they safe to join?

Your attempt might just fail considering that your timeline is only 2 weeks? Make it at least 2 months and make sure the market is in dip so that when it turns bullish, then you make some, then buy again when it goes low and when the coins price rise up sell again until it becomes double. In two months maybe possible but not sure because the market always playing against us. Maybe choose any cheap coin. |

I can't name any other coin/token, which failed more times than ETH. It's not about loving or hating it, it's all about people losing money, because of situations which can be avoided. I would care less if these ETH based projects were not asking money from the masses, but that's not the case. And believe me when I'm saying that Ethereum has some powerful lobbyists. Otherwise its price would be probably 1/5 from the current one.

ETH is still powerful despite price dropped. Not only ethereum drops its value but also all other cryptocurrency. Maybe those people losing money focus their investment on a few altcoins only and ethereum hit them hard. If ethereum bounce back which I believe when bitcoin goes up its value, they will be glad too. |

This is a completely new and different asset class and should be treated as one when it comes to regulation. I find it ironic that there is a Securities forum to chat on here, are we trying to support uncle Sam or take him down with this forum? I do not think ICOs are securities. Most of them in my opinion, are just mere investment which involve risks because you are paying with no products but are hopeful of the project/ICO to be successful to get big gain from your investments. So in order to have less risky investment in ICOs you have to do your own research, the whitepaper, the team, and the company itself. |

Definitely not. Most people already know what cryptocurrency is. Even my friends at uni are already talking about and have a chat group for it LOL. This is unheard of in 2013. Take a look at this picture  I think we're already at stage 4 — maturity. People who joined recently are considered late majority. One thing, I really hope we don't have to see the decline of cryptocurrency in our lifetime. There are still a lot of things to be developed in crypto, a lot of innovation could be made, so that cycle of adoption could always be renewed/revised. When we do talk about bitcoin existence awareness including altcoins in the market then we are on stage on where it is already becoming the trend and i do believe we are still on the middle where theres still people which doesnt even know cryptocurrency exist. We are not on early adoption stage since bitcoin is already 8 years but one thing is rest assured this thing will really go further. Choosing on the visual i can say we are on stage 3. I would say we are still in the stage 3. Cryptocurrency are still growing and yes, not all people know what cryptocurrency is. They heard bitcoin but when you mention blockchain they are blank also about it. There are still many things to learn about cryptocurrency since many people just like I said have not heard it yet. |
