641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin's comeback on: July 02, 2023, 06:12:14 AM
Litecoin is one of my investments in 2017. I see it as a good coin. Litecoin has a smooth transaction speed. I once thought that Litecoin would be ranked #3 under BTC and ETH. But some problems, such as the lack of development, keep the price down.

I can't believe Litecoin is coming back. I am currently monitoring and I noticed a 41% drop in trading volume which means no steady increase in trading from Litecoin itself.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to buy BNB? on: July 02, 2023, 06:00:38 AM
If you look at the lawsuits that have been filed by the SEC I think the price of BNB will undergo significant changes. For now I've been buying some BNB and doing day trading to get some small profit. But I will continue to monitor how BNB develops in the next few weeks.

I hope Binance can win the lawsuit from the SEC but I think the price of BNB will undergo major changes regardless of what the US courts decide.
643  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could this be a trap? on: July 02, 2023, 05:45:28 AM

If you look at the current ETH price then I see this is not a bear trap. Right now ETH is still holding steady at $1,900s and I think the price of ETH will keep going up and up. But this is speculation because there is no firm theory of how the market works.
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of altcoins SEC considers securities on: June 25, 2023, 03:57:28 PM
I hope they will win. But it is very hard to think that those 4 coins would also be considered securities. I think it will. If we look at the moment, of course, this is the biggest lawsuit against cryptocurrencies. Even though it only operates in the United States, the SEC can deal a huge blow to cryptocurrencies. It's tough because they filed a lot of lawsuits against Binance and if it's going to be criminal charges, I think all cryptocurrencies will be affected.
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing Altcoin (ATC), Ethereum's alternative to Bitcoin on: June 25, 2023, 03:48:01 PM
Wait. Do you mean a project on the ETH network but has a fixed amount of 21 million coins? If that's the case I don't find anything good about this project. Sorry. I can say good because it is a fixed amount. But what can be expected by giving the same amount as Bitcoin? I think the application of Bitcoin is still too big even when compared to ETH.
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you planning to accumulate for 2025 on: June 25, 2023, 03:33:29 PM
I still somehow believe that Metaverse and A.I will generate big gains by 2025, what coins are you currently looking forward to accumulating?

I believe in the massive growth of AI but sorry I don't believe in the Metaverse. I think the Metaverse is still a long way from being realized. But sorry what do you mean by a new trending utility in the crypto space? Is it about AI-based crypto coins?
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which campaign is better? Bounty campaign or Signature campaign? on: June 25, 2023, 03:18:36 PM
I think both are great ideas. You can try to recruit heroes and senior members to join your signature campaign. And you can get junior members to participate in bounty campaigns such as social media and creator content. Both are the best choice depending on what kind of promotion is your priority.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like Meme Coins (Pepes project)? on: June 25, 2023, 03:09:53 PM
~snip
What do you mean by Pepeverse? I looked at the website of Pepe.vip,
and I didn't find any roadmap about Pepeverse, did you just make it up?

Their website is not pepe.vip but pepeverse.io. Are you just making things up? Have you actually visited that link? I'm trying to think you have the wrong link. I've seen their white paper but to be honest I haven't read all of them. But from the website it clearly says there that this is pepeverse.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy ETH as much as you can.... on: June 24, 2023, 07:14:55 AM
I see ETH to become next blessing in disguise, I remember when it was around $100 people condemned it not to go anywhere within the space of a month interval ETH shuck the price in 500% increase and today is about $1800 let's watch and see ETH will create unbreakable records, channel some useless coins you have to ETH and relax in future.

For now I prefer layer-2 like Arbitrum or networks like BNB and Polygon. What has been a problem with ETH so far is that GAS Fees are too expensive for small transactions. That's like paying $2 to make a $50 transaction. Of course that is a rather expensive price in my opinion.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How quick do altcoins pump in bull run? on: June 24, 2023, 07:05:33 AM
Any advice on how to prepare when it comes to being ready to take profit?

Simple. Sell some to cover your initial investment. Then sell the rest bit by bit to make a profit. I've already had a bull run in 2021 and I did it that way.
At least your first investment will not lose. And make an investment with the profit you have got.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MEME coins: thoughts on the future of PEPE? DOGE and SHIB? Which will be No.1? on: June 24, 2023, 06:52:10 AM
I don't think anyone will really be number 1 here. These are meme coins. They are unpredictable. Their strength is the community which I don't think is a solid foundation to be fundamental. If the community or trend changes, of course number 1 will also change.
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beginners Should Avoid Leveraged Tokens Trading on: June 24, 2023, 06:44:51 AM
Leveraged token trading carries a high level of risk. And of course most people prefer to invest in the short term. I don't like trading leveraged tokens because it's not an investment but a trade.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL or not? BTC investors need to rethink their strategy as on: June 24, 2023, 06:33:09 AM
Whatever happens, we recognize that the volatility in the crypto world is very high. Regarding all strategy and portfolio management I think HODL is still the best choice for all situations.

656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins airdrops you received so far for the year 2023 on: June 14, 2023, 11:42:58 PM
*Arbitrum 1500 tokens (free)
*Sui Network 1500 tokens ($45 for joining allowlist at $0.03 per tokens)

I've never had an Airdrop pay me as much as $45. You are very lucky with that. I've been following airdrops for a long time but I stopped for a few months because I see that now many airdrops are asking for KYC. I don't like having my personal data taken and then only paying me 10-20 dollars. Honestly, I don't like airdrop asking for KYC because I think it's very detrimental.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good ways to trade? on: June 14, 2023, 11:34:37 PM
Hi I am new to crypto and wonder what are some of the best technical indicators to use for trading?

Just buy, hold, cut losses and sell. There is no such thing as a good way to trade crypto. Just like stock exchange. You just have to look at the good coins according to you through the trading volume or read their white paper.
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana blockchain on: June 13, 2023, 11:58:03 PM
I like Solana for its transaction speed. But right now Solana is down and needs something to recover. Solana is focused on developing a highly scalable, secure and decentralized blockchain platform. These three things result in a blockchain that can process transactions quickly and at low fees, as well as an ecosystem that supports the development of hundreds of new crypto applications. This is what makes me think Solana is Layer-1 network that could be an Ethereum killer.
I see that they are still active and have appeared in several articles stating that they still have a great future as long as they can find a solution to fight the SEC.
659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: June 13, 2023, 11:12:59 PM
I think this is a natural thing that happens in combat sports. Especially in MMA. Sometimes in a division there are terms of top 5 fighters, top 10 and so on. This happens to describe the strength and competitiveness of a division.
Back in lightweight when Khabib was king there, we saw names like Tony, Dustin and Justin who dominated lightweight so they were called the top 4. Meaning that the four of them were quite competitive and the others were very difficult to crack. title fight.
The UFC needs new faces to run its business. But if the old warriors have had enough of us and are dominating then they can't do anything about it either.

I mean how could the UFC market Adesanya vs Whittaker 3?

I thought the Adesanya vs Whittaker fight would be boring. In the previous two matches, Adesanya had dominated Whittaker too much. It's not like Figueredo vs Moreno or Holloway vs Volkanovski. We are always curious about the results of their matches so they can face each other 3 and 4 times.

I mean how could the UFC market Adesanya vs Whittaker 3?

How many times Figueredo fought Moreno? How many times Conor fought Poirier ? Adesanya met Pereira 4 times... Cheesy It is so hard to get a title fight nowadays. Ranked guys dont want to fight unranked or those who are lower than they are. It is so stupid to see same guys fight each other again and again, that UFC should make a best of 3 or something like that to get a belt. Like NHL and NBA have in later part of tournament. (best of 3 or 5, I dont remember).

That is a good idea. I don't know about the NFL but do you mean like after a fighter has faced each other 3 or 5 times then they can't fight anymore? But actually what makes it difficult is if in a division there are fighters who are too dominating. For example, Adesanya is very dominant in the middle class. Then there is Whittaker who, even though he has lost 2 times to Adesanya, but he can finish off other opponents in middleweight. It's impossible for us to say "Whittaker can't go to the title fight because he has already lost 2 against Adesanya and has to wait for a new champion to get tittle shot again"
660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: June 11, 2023, 12:26:13 AM
In word underrated, I mean, other fighters don't prioritize it the way Chechnya guys do. Dustin Poirier is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt but can you compare his wrestling to Chechnya fighters? Who showed you real good wrestling skills other than Chechnya guys? Most of the time we see boxing and leg kicks, we rarely see wrestling with other UFC fighters. I don't say it's bad, no, I prefer to watch boxing and leg kicks over wrestling but all I'm saying is that, it's fact, wrestling pays back better.

I think all agree here that Dagestani Fighters are better and best in wrestling. Do you mean Chechnya is Dagestan? If so, then we both agree.

If so, then the word is that many fighters other than Dagestani fighters are below their wrestling level. That doesn't mean they put wrestling down and look down on wrestling, but the fighters in MMA come from a variety of martial arts backgrounds. It was also their previous training camp and the culture of their place that made their fighting style not wrestling.

Here are some of my predictions for main card:

Amanda Nunes  KO-TKO win.
Charles Oliveira win by submission.
Adam Fugitt
Dan Ige
Marc-Andre Barriault

Okay for my prediction in this match:
Nunes vs Aldana

Even though Nunes has lost before via submission against J Pena, I believe Nunes is still very strong, especially in the Bantamweight Division.

Oliveira vs Dariush

I see a lot of people who favor Oliveira here. I also like Oliveira but if we look at the previous matches, Oliveira still can't overcome Makachev and Chandler's level of Wrestling (Even though Chandler lost but there we can see Oliveira is struggling to submit a wrestler on Chandler's level

Malott vs Fugitt

Previously, Malott did by submission and Fugitt won by TKO. I don't know the strength of these two fighters but I think Malott will win because in previous fights Malott has also won via submission
