To choose ico that is not a scam, you should first read the whitepaper of the coin you are to invest to. That is probably the thing that you need to do in order for you to do. And if you found out that their project has a cause, then go and invest.

This happened to me also when I was trying to send my .05 btc from hitbtc to binance. But that was on binance at that time. They didn't responded on me and declared my issue solved. WOW. In hitbtc part, I believe there were a lot of things in the system until now. Make it unstable.

Somebody might use a beginners luck . I started trading ad if I don't have any knowledge about it.  But right now, since I met many people who are trading,  I got to  know patterns and many movements of coins.  Also what coins to buy. So, try to trade but more on hodl.  Hodl for months.
