I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years)  and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions? I think those you hold are not potentials, aside from that those coins are mostly pump and dump only, it never goes up for a couple of years if you know that. My advise to you is search a coin you like to hold according to the coinmarketcap top 10 coins, in my opinion only. |

Almost atlcoins now are now in dumped price value, so most of the legit and potentials coins are good to buy it now then hold due to the bull run I know is close to happen for sure. Like for example Eth, waves, Tky, dent, adx, Lnk, Maid, Bay, and Neo. |

Legitimate does not mean they will not eventually "scam" or get "hacked". Look at the two most recent suspensions in Japan. Both were perfectly legitimate, issued proper licenses and everything. But they still got compromised and as a result were forced to suspend activities. I think for me, if it comes to exchanges, I am now only going to use the ones that do not have a trading platform. Such as Localbitcoins. It is purely people buying and selling to each other, no pump and dump schemes, no hacks, because people do not store their coins there (not the way they do when they trade).
You have a point on that, actually some of the legitimate are scam but they are only few of them. So far, the good exchange platform which I think is really trusted for me was Bittrex, kucoin, coinbene and poloniex. |

Hey guys,I just wanted to share some tips when you are planning to work outside your country or if you wanted to work abroad.
First you need to know things about the country you are planning to go or work.Knowing their cultures and tradition will help you a lot when you are already there.
Second is to know the rules of your target country.Some country especially in middle East have very strict rules and if you guys come from an open city then u have to adjust a lot in their rules.
Third and most important is be mentally, emotionally and physically prefered.,you will come there to work.You need to sacrifice a lot of things and even your family.As for my experience homesickness is very hard to beat especially when you are used to do things with your love ones like celebrating ocassions.Here you will celebrate those days alone.

I have a friend and she keeps telling me that she don't to live anymore and that it is better to die, she has lot of problems but she just keep it on her own, she is so depress and i can't find the right words to make her feel better. First of thanks for every suggestion. I slowly over the years became a smoker. I became aware of my addiction. I tried quiting several timer, but every time I would come back to it and smoke even more.
I tried two things so far:
1. Fully stoping to smoke
2. Gradually reducing
But it backfired every time. How did you stop?
To stop smoking this will only be happen and begin only to yourself. Even you listen to many of your friends advise about it if your not decided to quit in it their advises and opinion is useless. |
