641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most trusted stable coin currently (in your opinion)? on: September 15, 2022, 03:42:59 AM
if i choose between usdt or busd. both are currently the most popular stable coins. busd no negative news and I think binance is still the most preferred exchange product to date, so no worries about it. On the other hand, USDT, there was indeed some negative news that hit him, but so far it doesn't seem to have affected its development much, especially during a bearish season like the current stable coin.
642  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin versus Banks on: September 14, 2022, 03:59:19 AM

This picture really explain it very well, with time Cryptocurrency will unseat our traditional backing system, that the reason most Banking institution I'm not happy with the cryptocurrency emergence.

There  is alot of mixup in your writeup. I noticed you are a newbie, it would be fine if you can locate this thread again and read.

Firstly, cryptocurrency is a general name for all the coins, so when you say cryptocurrency, you are not being specific. In this thread, there is a nice degree of specifity and what we discuss here is bitcoin.
If there is anyone to fight bitcoin, it is the government and not banks. Banks are like exchanges, they don't have the power to fight bitcoin.

Finally, for bitcoin to unseat our traditional banking system, that is neither the goal nor objective of bitcoin. Bitcoin is an alternative to fiat. Which means it is giving you the liberty and right to choice.
In this context, the most important role is the government. without legalization from the government, no matter how good the system used by bitcoin is, it cannot run according to its main purpose. Therefore, until now, there are still a few countries that ratify bitcoin as a currency, and even then, it is a country that has difficulties in the economy. maybe it will be a different story if developed countries announce the legalization of bitcoin as an alternative currency, of course bitcoin will be quickly adopted by the public
643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Several Phases of the Bitcoin Bear Market on: September 14, 2022, 02:52:01 AM
interesting topic,, in 2021 bitcoin experienced a very high price, and now the price has gone down. and that in my opinion is the impact of the sluggish world economy that makes people finally sell their bitcoins, or it can be called, many people take advantage of their investments because the market is bull. and finally the price of bitcoin fell because many were selling. and finally there is a bear market. now the existence of a bear market means opening up good opportunities for those of us who are interested in investing in bitcoin. and will hold it until one day there is a maximum profit.
World economy is tied to bitcoin because both of them are tied to us. If the price of bitcoin goes up then that means we have money to buy it, if the price doesn't go up then it means we are selling since our money situation is bad. This also goes well with stocks or gold or oil or whatever as well. When we have no money to buy something and we need to cash something out, then we do it and the price goes down and same would apply to all markets.

This is why I believe that crypto is not so different from other markets. What its different for that it is decentralized, can't be regulated in a way to change the blockchain codes, and it is in a way free to roam however you want with your investments without SEC worrying you.
the crypto market is no different from other markets, it's just that it has high volatility, so speculators will prefer to invest in the crypto market considering it will be easier to get a lot of profit. when the market is bearish as it is today, don't let us regret in the future for not taking advantage of the opportunity to buy. what are we afraid of when investing in bitcoin, eth or bnb, I don't think it contains a big risk
644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Things to keep in mind before accumulation of Bitcoin on: September 14, 2022, 02:35:43 AM
3: Do not freak out:

One of the biggest benefit of long term investment is you don’t have to check market again and again. Thus you will face no tension. But to do that you have to build patience in yourself. Which you can do by not becoming a prey of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out).
FOMO, freaking out, panicking, these are the feelings that will never be gone to anyone. An old-time investor or a newbie will have to feel this from time to time.
Even if you're confident with the market, it's true that this feeling won't be gone. It will be there for a few minutes then it's gone again. Also me, still feels it but I'm not letting myself to manifest it and do panic selling.

i guess, that's a normal reaction of any investor in this market. but the difference is how each one of us decide on how to manage our portfolio. panic selling is common especially if there is terrible news going around. but if you are long enough in this market, you should know by now how to handle the situation to avoid huge losses. and this is when your belief in this market is being tested.
This is where experience and practice are needed so that we can control our emotions to stay calm and be able to carry out the strategies that we have previously planned. For novice investors, panic may occur when FOMO or FUD is a normal occurrence, so self-control is needed by continuing to practice it. Moreover, waiting for a bullish market cannot be predicted by everyone, it could take longer than our analysis. Therefore, you have to prepare mentally from the start
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trading strategies how to turn 50$ into 100k$ in a month ? on: September 11, 2022, 10:37:48 AM
hello I have seen the best profits to be made are in projects like shiba inu before it became huge or currently on BSC and ETH chain on new projects.

There have been People who with the help of bnb chain even turned 50$ into 150k$ in a months time.
it sounds very interesting, but we also have to consider the risk, remember this is real money not play money, and if we can think clearly we will certainly move logically, even though it can happen, but we don't know which altcoin will grow by thousands of percent, and of course it will happen during the bullish season, where many coins are pumped like crazy. but if the amount of $50 you can afford to lose and is a small part of your capital, then there is nothing wrong with staying there
646  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's next for cryptocurrency? on: September 11, 2022, 10:06:27 AM
So,friends
What do you think about today for cryptocurrency?
What do you think,is it the beginning of a bullish period?
Looks like a good correction in a positive direction
I guess no one knows yet if this is the last bearish season. it certainly doesn't hurt to buy a clear asset for now, for example bitcoin, ethereum or bnb, by choosing crypto I think there is no more worry even though the crypto market will go down again and we actually get a better price to buy, because later the market will be able to recover and I am very confident with the above three coins to place assets there
647  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Enter the market with a loss mindset~what you can afford to lose on: September 11, 2022, 09:58:45 AM
Crypto market is always considered to be a risky market. While there is a huge profit to be made in case of investment, there is always a risk of losing all your capital. Because it is a market that fluctuates all the time.  The market may dump or a project in which you have invested may fail. Global news may influence. So enter the market with the intention that you may lose. And  Always invest the same capital in the market whose loss will not affect your daily life. Invest your capital which is more than you need. You come to the market with the intention of losing your capital that you will not need in a difficult situation۔You can only afford to lose money that is more than you need۔
I would say that if you are investing into bitcoin or ethereum then this shouldn't really be true, at least I do not believe that it is true. If you are investing into those then there is a good chance that you could make the money back and profit from it, on the other hand if you are investing into some small cap coin then there is a chance you could lose.

Even some top 10 coins could drop because if you check the past top 10s then you will see that btc and eth are the only ones that stayed, and now bnb is staying as well but all others changed constantly. Stablecoins stay too, but they are not crypto, the price is always the same, so they do not count.
bitcoin, ethereum, and also bnb are the least risky investments, we don't even need to worry as many people worry that a panic sell will occur. buy and save and don't ignore it anymore, of course if the market turns bullish there will be a lot of news about cryptocurrencies that accompanies it, so we don't have to worry about missing the moment, and for sure there will be profit, it's different if we want a thousand percent profit on projects that don't clear
648  Economy / Economics / Re: Energy FUD!!! on: September 10, 2022, 05:04:14 AM
I can't fathom why Bitcoin keeps getting targeted for all kinds of reasons, from it being a bubble to consuming too much energy. This is clearly not the first time Bitcoin mining operations have been targeted for their energy efficiency. The image posted by the OP is true. Bitcoin operations only account for less than 1% of the total electricity consumed. Some will claim that 1% is too much, but I beg to differ for something that is practically generating wealth. In my opinion, we're bound to see more enemies of mining operations in the upcoming months due to the energy crisis.

On top of that, Bitcoin mining is mostly operated in Asian countries; there are hardly any operations in Europe, which is facing the largest threat from the energy crisis, but still, it's constantly being targeted for consuming excessive energy.
this is seen because there is no legality from the government. when the legalization occurs, the government will look for alternative solutions to overcome the energy crisis. on the other hand because of the war and only a few European countries that have the natural resources needed, then defeating bitcoin seems to be an easier way to go, this is different from Asian countries which have many abundant natural resources. especially for now European countries are experiencing an energy crisis and high inflation, so mining bitcoins may not be profitable
649  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Russia Emerge As The Next Dominant Superpower on: September 10, 2022, 04:52:31 AM
International relations have gained new dimensions with various concepts in each period. I think we will hear more frequently in the coming years the concepts in which regional power actors come to the fore. In this context, I think the era of global hegemonies is over. After that, we may not see another country like the USA that can be the dominant power alone. We are now entering a new political era in which regional actors come to the fore, and we must admit that Russia is a very powerful regional actor. Countries such as Russia, China, India, Türkiye and Iran act with the desire to be playmakers for their own interests. Polyphony can make noise, and it can also create wealth. My only wish is to enter a period where cooperation is preferred over conflict, but for now we cannot say that things are going very well...
Russia and America have always been two superpowers. In the past, military power was more prominent, but for now, military power seems to be a support, and economic power can be a real war today. we see that Russia is currently at war with western countries, but they still look strong, because they hold the key to oil and gas natural resources, which of course are much needed by western countries. actually there are more countries that are the mecca of economic might, namely China, where this country has production costs that are very competitive with any other country.
650  Economy / Economics / Re: Working hours | How many are too many? on: September 10, 2022, 04:44:24 AM
The work week will be 4 days much better than 5 days a week. Reducing the working hours imposed on a person gives a lot of positive results while carrying out the required work better. A little work gives the person comfort and makes him more energetic, energetic and motivated to work, I was a full-time employee and now I quit the job and work on my own, I realized the big difference between being an employee who is forced to work a set number of hours every day throughout the week and being free to work at times of your own choosing and not being forced.
With fewer working days, of course, the level of thinking about work will be more focused. but if working hours are reduced, of course the problem is how the level of production effectiveness in the company decreases, if it decreases, the company's burden will be even greater. and an employee if added days off, usually they will look for additional work to earn money, the result is the same as there is no reference to their brain to prepare to go back to work
651  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: That's why I really like bitcoin :) on: September 09, 2022, 07:28:16 AM
Bitcoin is indeed bringing changes to how a lot of things are being done, but on the part of fighting corruption in the government, I am yet to see any proof on that. I think a corrupt government still stays corrupt and wouldn’t be changed by bitcoin. If the people really wants to combat corruption in their country, then it is their duty to do so by voting in the right candidates for the job and also holding them accountable for the decisions they make.

Bitcoin doesn't fight corruption directly, it's a symbol of transparency and the government hates transparency because they feel the people will see everything they are doing. If the government adopt bitcoin as a means of payment, legally adopted within a country as a legal tender, the rate at which people will still mass money will be cut down to zero. Imagine where the government allocated $4 million for a mass project, the wallet address is visible to be public and everyone else is seeing the balance, do you think they wouldn't hold public leaders accountable for missing funds, stealing will become difficult and corruption will become completely eradicated.
which is why it is one of the reasons bitcoin is still difficult to accept in government. From the very beginning, bitcoin had a loophole to do money laundering, and that happened a lot in several countries with officials who committed acts of corruption. if this can be legalized, of course their scope for money laundering will be non-existent, because it can already be protected by law and can be accounted Moreover, bitcoin is a very profitable investment tool, so storing it in the long term will provide even greater profits
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are people doing except holding Bitcoin? on: September 09, 2022, 06:55:42 AM
What is called investment is a kind of savings for the future and they are still doing something so they can buy their daily needs. Those who work elsewhere and earn a salary set aside some of their money to invest in bitcoin. It's the kind of investment they've made in the real world. The difference is that bitcoin does not have a physical form like previous investments. While rich people can have whatever they want and if they have bitcoin, they are adding to their wealth list.
like what I'm doing now, where I work real in the office sector, so even though bitcoin has decreased, I don't feel too panicked about it, because what I use is cold money, in fact I can still buy it with the rest of the salary I receive to invest in bitcoin if decreased again. that's why many people can't control themselves when it's bearish, because they use money for their living needs in investing
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your plan with Bitcoin? on: September 09, 2022, 01:43:03 AM
to be honest there are no specific plans towards bitcoin. I work in an office and earn a salary, when bitcoin has a bearish season it means there is an opportunity to buy. if at this time I buy and the price goes down again, then I can still buy it again with the analysis that we have planned. we know bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrencies, so it is safe to invest even long term
654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and financial planning. on: September 08, 2022, 03:30:24 PM
Quote
*Don't rush into any investment or trade without a safe financial plan. As this could save you from any form of financial wreck.
Well, of course, financial planning is very important, and to have clean support in regards to budget for trading. However, this is not how trading becomes profitable, what we just need to do is to have an effective trading strategy and knowledge as planning won't simply work without proper execution and turns useless. I'd say that it was very important to have all of these things works together in order to become successful otherwise, it is a failure. Perhaps, being smart traders have always a plan and are patient.

need a process to be able to run all that, because not all traders can do it well. Trading knowledge becomes mandatory to know in advance in order to understand how market conditions are and apply it with a good strategy, and then financial planning or financial management is carried out to manage and distribute funds to carry out good investments and trades. without doing financial management, of course, you will not get satisfactory results because money only revolves around one asset.
basically in this case the success of a trader can be determined by 3 things, namely psychological, money management, and analysis. The most affecting of the three is psychological, where many people fail as a result of panic selling, while with wrong financial management, of course, they will get less than optimal results, because we have to maintain the security of funds for the main thing. and technical analysis is precisely the thing that most traders are hunting for in order to master it, it is actually the smallest determinant of success among the others.
655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [Take advantage of crypto volatility] bear or bull market on: September 08, 2022, 03:20:57 PM
I mean Bitcoin have high volatility which is every investors or traders are choose Bitcoin because of it, so it's not surprising if Bitcoin have a bear and bull market much easier than other commodities. With this, everyone aware and already take advantage due to high volatility, it's either they convert to stable coin or hold it. If anyone can't face bear or bull market on Bitcoin space, they're shouldn't buy Bitcoin and need to learn first.
Some says it was the altcoins which volatility is higher than in bitcoin but I think I can agree with you better that it was really btc and not altcoins as I also observe the movement of btc from time to time.

High volatility works best in trading than in investing because you can frequently buy and sell and make unlimited profits than if you are only hodling them for long term which can give you a lot of delays since the price can't really go up consistently. The bears and bulls on the other hand doesn't occur because btc is volatile but it occurs because this is how a financial market works. Stocks and other markets do also have this kind of phenomenon.
in dealing with high volatility, altcoins are indeed more volatile than bitcoin, but in anticipation of a bearish season, I think investing in bitcoin or altcoins at the top will be better, given the high level of investor confidence and high market volume, in that case it seems not easy to be played by a few people, and later when the bull market comes it will be able to enliven the cryptocurrency market
656  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Scalping, my best trading strategy on: September 08, 2022, 03:11:49 PM
As crypto trading may be difficult if ones doesn't understand the technical analysis in trading cryptocurrency. Scalping may be a good option for traders with little crypto trading experience. Now, what is scalping?
Scalping is a short-term trading strategy which a trader adopts to make frequent small profits from small price movement each day. This small profit add up to generate a substantial amount over time. Scalping comes with low risk when compared to day trading. Scalping is best done in a ranging market. Below is an example of a ranging market

This is my best method of trading and I have been making successful trades with this method.

NOTE: This isn't a financial advice.

CONCLUSION
Every traders should have his own trading techniques in which he/she make profit the most. Stick to this technique as long as it's profitable to you.
a good scalping strategy, you combine the reference support resistance with an oscillator indicator, and of course there will be many strategies to respond to each market with different conditions, but still in my opinion psychology is the most influential for launching that strategy, in my opinion Scalping is a short-term trading strategy that adopted by a trader to make a profit even though it is small but repeatedly the opportunities exist. this is caused by using a small time frame, so that in a day it can make several transactions, depending on the trading style of a scalper. but this technique is not easy, because it requires high discipline to carry out the analysis that has been made in the previous framework. On the other hand, mental resilience must also be maintained, for example the market is against or out of our framework then a cutloss needs to be executed, as in your picture of course one day the price will break, even though it sounds easy, but not everyone can do it. especially with wilder candle movements, of course it will spur our adrenaline.
657  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which token should I use for my investment ? on: September 07, 2022, 06:35:16 AM
There are different coins in crypto space but we have to be careful when investing so that we won’t end up investing in a scam project, I will recommend just three projects for you which I know they will do well. You can invest in bitcoin, Eth and BNB. I know if you invest in this 3 coins they won’t disappoint you I know there are more coins which you can invest in but I just believe this 3 is a safe investment. Also you can listen to other peoples decision and do your own research before investing.

indeed the three coin recommendations from you are the coins that are the main choice among other coins. And frankly I agree with you.  if I have confusion in choosing alt as a means of investment that I will do, then I will choose these three coins btc, eth and bnb as the main alternative
as a safe alternative in investing. all three coins are safe coins. even should be the first choice to invest before choosing another. many people are too ambitious to leave these three coins, and ultimately disappointed because the new coin they chose did not live up to expectations where there was hype and went down the abyss and didn't come back up again. and indeed it is better in our trade it is better to go with the flow
658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Help me choose on: September 07, 2022, 02:45:18 AM
Between Skale Network, Satoshi Island or Lido Dao which one do you think will be better investment in this bear market.
among the three I think you can invest according to DYOR. but I just emphasize here to use a little capital to put assets in the altcoins you mentioned. it would be better if the main choice for investing is on bitcoin or ethereum. especially if you are still a beginner, of course, you have to secure the capital you have first. don't have the thought of doubling our money to thousands of percent in a short time, because it can happen that you will actually fall into disappointment.
659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which crypto has the highest potential?? on: September 07, 2022, 02:33:31 AM
If you want the best advice mate, then it is DYOR, that is the first and most important thing to do before any investment whatsoever, after doing your own research, you might not need anybody's advice on what to do or the right steps to take; you should also take into cognizance that most altcoins are short term projects and hodling them for quite a long time might not be the best thing to do.

Having said that, Ethereum has been the best altcoin for quite a long time now, with many Eth killers coming and failing, i have to select Ethereum as one of the best altcoins an investor can invest in; and if you are to choose Ethereum, then you don't have to buy any other coins because you think you want to diversify, you are only trying so hard to lose money, if you choose one coin, and you want to diversify, then you look outside of the crypto market for another investment.
In every investment you take, it is always a must to make a thorough research first before starting to invest. That way, you will know the risk in every investment and the probability to which investment you will succeed most. For me, I also see ethereum as the most promising altcoin, though it’s high risk but its also capable of high rewards. Bitcoin and ethereum could be perfect investments which will bring huge profits in the future.

For retirement, I will go with both BTC and ETH. I mean, if you are talking about future and you are not

good at monitoring the market from time to time better to invest with assets that already established communities, if
you want to buy and hold, then the two mentioned projects are good enough, though likewise, you don't need any advice
if you will perform your deeper research and analysis, everything will be revealed from the knowledge you learned.
btc and ethereum are the best coins and altcoins to date. but based on the list that op made, maybe I will add a polygon that will become an altcoin that can be used as an investment. indeed the percentage increase is not as big as new projects that can reach thousands of percent, but in investing in the long term we must prioritize security and risk. Therefore, we often see someone who is stressed by investing in crypto and tells his story dramatically, when in fact he himself does not want to learn crypto before deciding to invest, so his understanding is not good.
660  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: buying low and selling high on: September 05, 2022, 03:04:42 AM
is using spot trading to buy low and sell high for few dollars a good practice? a close relative said he was able to grow his crypto portfolio this way, is this a good practice?

Spot trading is the safest way to trade but you still need to have a lot of strategy to avoid loses specially this bear market. Buy low, sell high is the common strategy in trading but you should learn other tactics everytime you trade. Market is volatile and trading is not easy as what you think.

Buy low sell high, this is what everyone wants, not only for newbies but also experienced traders. It's easy to say, but it's not as easy to put into practice as we think. But starting with spot trading is a good thing and should be encouraged, start with spot trading and combine it with knowledge, so we learn and practice will bring good results for us. Spot trading will also have losses but the risk is not as high as futures trading, if wrong we can try again from the beginning without losing too big.
Buying low and selling high doesn't sound as easy as others think. There are still things that have to be considered and risks that have to be faced. Spot trading will be a good practice but a beginner should learn how to deal with the risks of trading first. It isn't as profitable as others think and there will always be losses that may come along our journey so we have to be firm and have the eagerness to do continuous learning.
what becomes our difficulty is usually when the price drops, whether it is already a low price or not, and things like that make us afraid to buy it. therefore it would be better if we have drawn our strategy to predict the market journey, so that we have the possibility of price entering the support area to make a purchase. if it turns out that the price is back down, then we can wait at the next support area to make a purchase. so I think the thread title has a broad meaning
