Если вы получите криптовалюту в декабре 2021 года, это не значит что вы должны отчитаться за нее в декабре 2022 2021 год закончился, если по2021 году лимит превышен, то возникает обязанность декларирования. Налоговый период - год, как и по НДФЛ у физлиц. Отчетный получается тоже 1 год( квартальных и месячных отчетов нет). Тот же принцип у самозанятых. Если вы открылись в сентябре, то лимит также 2.4 миллиона рублей на год. |
