I agree with Lanatsa if you are going to open up your own casino you should make it unique since copying other's work is plagiarism and should not be trusted. Well copying other's design is the same thing it doesn't give much good impression specially for gamblers and It would make your casino less trusted. Yes, it is an irritating part of the Casineos withdrawal policy. Why ask from player to pay the high withdrawal fees if there is an option to combine all withdrawals together and pay the single fee for batch transactions..
You can choose, want quality or quantities. If you want a quality, the fee was based on the network condition when the fee will be always adjustable according to the current network. So when you are doing a withdrawal, your transaction can get a confirmation quickly. If you want quantities with a small fee, then do not complain when your transaction getting stuck or getting a long confirmation the worst case when bitcoin network was really high could be a few days. Can you handle that's stuck transaction without complain? It's an idiotic story, but it's completely true...
I am a nasty cyber-punk who learned about bitcoin back in 2011 and got my first bitcoins at that time, I just mined them on my work computer, while doing my own business, which did not bother me much, by those standards, my computer was quite powerful.
I didn't have many bitcoins, only around 30-40, I don't remember exactly, at that time it was only a few dollars (February)
After that, my personal life spun around, I started doing offline work and forgot about all this. Over time my computer became outdated and I disassembled it and sold the video card and other parts and left the hard drive in my closet. (more to the point)
I heard again about bitcoin in 2017 and immediately remembered my hard drive, which my grandfather had hammered into the wall of his garage as a tool holder.
So my story has come to an end, and it hurts and makes me laugh to write it. So no comment.

The two most common Ponzi scheme that I have seen is investment based pyramid scheme and MLM based cryptocurrency scheme. Both these will offer higher returns on amount invested.
It is better to stay away from such scheme if you want to protect your investment.
There are many ponzi schemes which are fooling the newbies and i like your attempt to write a detailed description about them. Another ponzi scheme is the matrix like zarfund which was very popular few years back. That was sort of MLM and it only gave benefits to the owner or who joined on top the the matrix level. |

There are many sites which pay in bitcoins but all of them have very less users registered. Not much work is available on these sites. Unfortunately the big freelancing platforms like fiver , upwork etc have not yet started to accept bitcoins as a payment. Since today (probably) minimum wagered amount to be able to chat has changed from $100 to $500.

There are times some casinos get a lot of attention and increasing numbers and there are times that number goes down significantly, that is just cycle of running a casino in my opinion, you do not always go up, it is not a straight line type of thing.
