6421  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Nababahala ba kayo sa Ripple? on: December 25, 2020, 01:19:34 PM
Tapos may isa pang balita na to:

https://crypto.co/technology/bitwise-sells-xrp-holdings-as-ripple-faces-a-new-lawsuit/

6422  Economy / Speculation / Re: How will Bitcoin trend at this time? on: December 24, 2020, 09:44:32 PM
Every year Bitcoin has not performed at its level best during Christmas and New year, but will it be different this year or else the trend will continue ? We are yet to witness any correction so far and if Bitcoin stays strong this weekend then Bitcoin will easily cross $25000 mark and if we witness any correction then it will be chaos.

Not really sure if this is correct assumption though, even at bear market of 2018, during Christmas, the price seems to spike and gain a little. Corrections? its bound to happen, we are still in the FOMO, everyone is very bullish so what do you expect?

Of course every price correction of above 10% will be chaos, in any market. But crypto is very different though, a crash of 30%-50% is possible in a single day or hours. But what's important is that how it bounce back from this pullback. Just look at the chart during March and how healthy the market was after that massive dump because of the virus news.
6423  Economy / Speculation / Re: Was 22.3K the correction? on: December 23, 2020, 11:04:30 PM
^ We will never know until the middle of next year. But for me, it is not a correction. We have to consider the fact that one of the greatest holidays of the year is about to come.  So people would consider selling and profit with their assets first then reinvest later. So for me, we will know it once we reached the next 6 months. I have been eyeing it since it hit $23k already. I was expecting a more dramatic decrease in the value as bitcoin is very volatile. But luckily, it did not. It’s slow so there is a chance that It will still increase. Remember that once there is a correction there could be a price pump in the market.
Im presuming that we would be heading back down to 20k price or lower since we are on a holiday season which same as you said where people will be taking off their profits.

Yes, there was a decrease in price but it didnt really go as bad as we presumed but we cant conclude either that was already the correction or pullback that we've been waiting.

On technicals there were several spots for some buyback but it seems the price had stabilized or moving sideways once again which make it really hard to
make up some decisions neither you do buy or sell to this point.

It didn't slow down a bit, the price is still a decent $23k++ right this Christmas holiday so it's very different as compare to lets say December of 2017 wherein there was still a big rally because of the positive news about CME and CBoE. But then again, time has change, narrative has change as well that's why we didn't see any massive dump today. Yes, there could be some pullback in the future but probably in the range of 1%++ not a huge dump. So the price today will be the next support and then it goes on.
6424  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Babagsak Pa Kaya? on: December 23, 2020, 10:41:47 PM

6425  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Whyte vs Povetkin II on Jan 30, 2021 on: December 23, 2020, 10:21:06 PM
And after he lost in the rematch, he claim and admitted that he didn't train properly and just enjoy being the Heavyweight champion and of course all the fame and money that comes with it.
This is where it is worth wondering why he makes statements that he did not train properly.  What's this?
Justification of loss or is it vice versa Threat to future rival.
Now, if I train, then ... All... You have no chance!!!. You are defeated!
All this is psychologically calculated by his managers.
Do you think this is so?
Or just an excuse, a real fighter would not say that, that's a disrespect to the winner, he should put some action in the ring and don't talk too much. There's no threat outside the ring, the real threat is in the inside and we should not easily believe what we heard as all they said might only be intended to attract the attention of the media.
You definitely noticed this.
And I totally agree with that.  It would be better if he did not say that he had not trained enough, but would simply be silent.  This statement of his sounds like an excuse, and a real strong fighter, as he should be, must grit his teeth and rush to victory without any words.

Every boxers has plan A, until they got punch in the face, LOL. Of course you will hear certain boxers have an excuse for every loss in a fight like Ruiz, its normal human behaviour. But it's a question on how they can comeback from a defeat that define how good or bad a fighter is.

There's still no update as to who Dillian Whyte will fight next though, but probably the team is working very hard even in this holiday to come up with a name so that by early 2021 we will have a name already and Whyte can continue to train and forget about Povetkin for now.
6426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Africa's Bitcoin revolution is rapidly growing on: December 23, 2020, 09:56:10 PM
I started to see and was surprised when Nigeria started to adopt bitcoin, and then many countries in Africa started using bitcoin and even legalized it. I can't stop thinking if a country in Africa is even first to use crypto. but I am still confused on what basis they use it?

Yeah, I think it all started with Nigeria, although the continent is really suffering from a lot of economic and financial and government collapses, still they find bitcoin to be a safe haven, just like any countries, for example Venezuela.

and then we have Jack Dorsey magnifying the potential of bitcoin,

6427  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing : Reymart Gaballo vs Emmanuel Rodriguez on December 19th on: December 22, 2020, 11:15:01 PM
I hope the appeal will be granted the soonest, this time I want Gaballo to win convincingly, because the judges were corrupt and favouring him excuse. The sooner we see this fight the better for him so that he can move on other fights with good name and build his resume closely in this very good weight classes. Otherwise this will be a big question mark on his resume if he didn't give Rodriguez a second chance.
6428  Local / Pamilihan / Re: NBA discussion, betting and etc. on: December 22, 2020, 10:37:04 PM

Brooklyn Nets 1.31
Golden State Warriors 3.60

Your though guys.

Salamat, maganda nga silipin to, ganda tayaan an Warriors dito, ganda ng odds kahit sa ML pa lang patok na eh. Maganda na pinakita ni Curry nung pre-season baka dito nya ipakita talaga na talagang naka recover na sya and he is back. hehehe

6430  Local / Pilipinas / Re: ATH na ba? on: December 21, 2020, 11:53:29 PM

Grin.

Pero parang may correction na nga nangyayari, from as high as $24k eh nag fluctuate ang price between $22,700-$23k, but still maganda pa rin tong price nato sa pagsasara ng 2020.

6432  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [TUTORIAL] How to know the exact number of Characters in a post. on: December 21, 2020, 10:39:30 PM
6433  Economy / Speculation / Re: NEW ATH 24K$$ TODAY on: December 20, 2020, 09:40:52 PM
I wrote above that I'm waiting for 25k for an early Jan tranche (I have a regular monthly schedule at min to sell a bit and pay for real life) but I've been timing my sells now ever since it seemed clear we were going to head for a crazy run so I just set a 24.2 sell order for Jan and it just about hit an hour ago. I don't care if it his anything higher between today and 31st, totally happy already to get it at this week's ATH!

Strap in, kiddos!

Well I can't wait for $25k, but I might sell some at $24k to avoid the holiday rush. Just like you, majority of my fiat is on bitcoin so from time to time I have to liquidate and really timing the market to pay the monthly bills, (been paying my internet and phone bills with bitcoin years already). but since I wanted to avoid the holiday rush, I will go between $23k-$24k. And then see how it pan out till the end of the year. Yeah, we have touch ATH already and we are still way above $22k at this point. So between $23k-$24k sell is a winner already.
6434  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing : Reymart Gaballo vs Emmanuel Rodriguez on December 19th on: December 20, 2020, 09:19:04 PM
I can't believe I won the bet, the announcers was all in favor of Rodriguez winning the fight and actually I am also convince because although Gaballo is the aggressor but he is not hitting clean shots, but it's been decided and I will not complain as I won my bet, I will consider this as an advance Christmas gift.

It may be a controversial decision but it is what it is lol. An early Christmas gift indeed but unfortunately for me i lost my other bet on the Canelo vs Smith fight. Do we expect a rematch here or Gaballo will fight Donaire next for this belt?

A win is still a win though, congrats on your bet mate, as least you have manage to win on this. I don't think there will be a rematch though, if Raymart has the interim belt then the can defend it, I do hope that he can win his first defense of the belt so that he can set up a big pay check fight with Donaire, if Nonito gets healthy next year.

However, according to Rodriguez, they will appeal the decision. So let's see how it goes.

I learned from my mistakes.

6436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solve taking profit problems. on: December 19, 2020, 11:38:45 PM
One of the best feelings as a crypto lover and holder is to see your holdings rise and increase in price while your portfolio is swelling up. But majority of people are carried away with the joy and gladness of this market pumps and then keep waiting to take profit at the peak till it begins to dip and they sell way lower than what they should have gained. It's something that's common to almost all traders. I can say greed is part of it. How do you think this problem can be solved.?

I would say this is common though, greed is hard to control, one of the emotions that we really need to check. However, if you are long term holder, it doesn't matter though, when your wallet swell because the price keeps rising, then it's all good because you are not going to dump it isn't it?

But for those who are happy to have some profits and squeeze as much as they want, then obviously they have to decide when to sell, so timing should be perfect.
6437  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [ScamAlert] Binance phishing site and fake airdrop on: December 19, 2020, 11:10:01 PM
Good find, recently there is a spike on Binance phishing and fake site, it seems that criminals are targeting it for now. There are numerous fake twitter as well, so everyone take notice of this and don't be greedy and use your common sense so that you won't fall for this trick. It's about Christmas, bitcoin on it's way of posting all time highs, so criminals are busy and taking advantage of it.
6438  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]Canelo Alvarez vs Callum Smith Super Middleweight Title on: December 19, 2020, 10:44:59 PM
[..snip..]
ctto

An exaggerated illustration on Callum Smith's height advantage over Canelo  Grin. For sure Team Canelo would advise their guy to go in-fighting and not let Smith use his reach advantage.

@Baofeng, titiklop ba to?

Have not pull the trigger yet and have some doubts on whether Smith could withstand Canelo's body shot for 12 rounds or not. I might go for  KO win for Canelo.

Sorry for the late reply, I think it will test Canelo but I doubt that Smith will dealt Alvarez an upset here. Canelo will be too much for Callum and around the mid round he will fold to Canelo's superior body shot and might be KO in round 10. Yes, he has the reach advantage but Canelo will use his movement here, fients, that will confuse Smith and then Canelo with that perfect body shot.

Thanks for the tip buddy. After watching GGG KOed is opponent last night i think Canelo will try his his best to do the same.
Already put my bet and it's Canelo via KO, hope i would win in boxing this time  Grin.

Code:
http://crackstreams.com/boxing-streams/watch-dazn-canelo-vs-smith/

For those who have not subscribed to DAZN, hope the above link can help you to watch the fight live.

Nice bet mate, good luck. And with GGG winning, I think Canelo will be extra motivated against Callum Smith and proved that he is the best by beating a much live underdog as compare to Szeremeta hehehe.

Again, Smith is taller but give Canelo problems early, but Canelo will figure him out, make adjustments and I'm sure he will throw a lot of body shots here to test Smith.
6439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Golovkin vs. Szeremeta IBF Middleweight Title on: December 19, 2020, 10:22:48 PM
Good, I also do the same strategy, place around 3-5 bets with at leat 1 or half stake and still end with a good profit in the end. I know it's difficult to predict which exact rounds that GGG will win, so spreading it out across and watch the fight and have a better chance of winning in the end as long as GGG will win.
indeed there is no other choice but to try to make the same bet as you because basically this bet makes sense and if Gennadiy Golovkin doesn't win there aren't too many losses but I don't think that's possible and I'm sure Golovkin will win this match.

Though Golovkin has the bigger potential of winning, he shouldn't take for granted to train himself seriously. Who knows his opponent is doing more strenuous training than him. It's very interesting to determine while you're not interested with your opponent, that's the time they'll find the weakness of a boxer even how popular he is.

He didn't take this fight for granted, he train very hard as evident of his performance.

I do hope that the betting strategy I've shared here has won money for gamblers. And I would say that this is just like a sparring match for GGG. No offense to Szeremeta, but as others have pointed out, he is not in the same caliber as GGG that's why he got destroyed even from round 1 with a knock down and almost everyone after. Now it's Canelo's time to show his skills against Callum Smith.
6440  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Green Wallet on: December 18, 2020, 11:47:29 PM
From what OS did you get this error is it from IOS or Android?

It looks like a connection issue. Are you sure that you are not using a fake green wallet?

If you sure that you are using the legit wallet try to update the app and restart the device on IOS. For Android try to clear the cache of that app and reboot the device(Note green wallet from Android is buggy).

If you don't have any funds yet I suggest you switch to other wallets like BRD or Mycelium for IOS and Electrum or Mycelium for Android OS.

yes it's ios. Thanks.

And could u tell me the reason for not using the green?

I'm using Green wallet on Mac, no issues, however, I haven't try the mobile version. His not telling you to not use Green, what @BitMaxz is suggesting is to try other wallet that is more stable on IOS like Bread or Mycelium. You don't want to stick to one wallet, there are a lot of wallet out there, you might want to try it as well.
