Wtf. One could not argue that they are counterfeit coins. They're just an unscrupulous mining company and nothing more.
If somebody stole real printing press plates are those dollars printed by the thieves counterfeit?

Pre-order ASIC miner manufactures that keep customers hardware and mine with it for more than quality control purposes are committing theft of equipment used in the minting of money. One could argue that perfect counterfeit bills exist in circulation and that Bitcoins mined with this hardware can be considered counterfeit if not endorsed in virtue by the principle.

If you have any questions about GAW I'll be happy to answer you.
Your company is sketchy as hell dude and you guys are pushing your cloud mining ponzi in a thread titled "Solo Mining with old outdated equipment", and you wonder why asshurt BCT users who've been scammed by crooked mining companies are flaming you?
|
|
|
You know, I think sometimes people just enjoy mining for the sake of mining. The concept it represents or the ideas and dreams of the past - when you just might hit something solo mining. Save the electricity costs, there is no real downside; it allows few with old mining hardware to still look over at it mining away and smile from time to time. I think it is good for the idea of bitcoin as a whole.
Running a full node does strengthen the network.

So what is the chance of finding a block as compared to lottery? Can someone bored do the math and express it as 1 in .... ? Got 12 U1s I am too lazy to sell , solo mining might be a fun lottery-like waste of time, unless the odds of finding a block are like one in billion trillion gazillion.
The odds are somewhere in-between a snowballs chance in hell and not going to happen.

from the post in the russian forum one can tell that these are quite late. like 2-3 months late already. the consensus from now is to wain until 10th of Oct and act accordingly
If you bothered to read all the posts in that forum, you'll see that they WERE quite late. And those customers were also compensated with double their ordered hash rate and were happy. Black Arrow who are/were affiliated with this company (and I have spam in my inbox to prove it) used promised compensation to string customers along. Have they actually delivered the consumer version of their miner to anybody or are they just populating their data centre using customer funds? Also what's Alexey Andreev's relationship with XBTec?

To the Moon? The volatility needs to be stabilized and this will only happen with increased adoption and usage. Once it's stable one can start using BTC as a store of value and speculators will rush in blowing the roof off the exchange rate.
Comments, critique?
Do you know why increased adoption and usage would lead to price stabilization? If the price stabilizes [and stabilizes because of those two things] we won't be going to the moon. The moon isn't stable. As to the first question I've got it in my head that increased adoption and increased exchange volume results in larger BTC trades not being able to move the price like they can now. You can see this effect with the recent flash crash at BTC-e. (In an unrelated note I predicted the flash crash in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=327180.msg8413650#msg8413650 The Amazing Randi owes me a million dollars BTW). Second I'm thinking that stable doesn't mean motionless; keeping the G-forces at a minimum is probably best for this voyage. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.blogcdn.com%2Fwww.engadget.com%2Fmedia%2F2012%2F10%2Ftortoiseandhare.jpg&t=663&c=8UrgS6yv5WXpJg)

There's a future in alt-coins backed by commodities IMO, this is great.

They are real, the chances of another species in another planet is high. Look there are so many planet in the galaxy..
A galaxy is a massive, gravitationally bound system consisting of stars, stellar remnants, an interstellar medium of gas and dust, and dark matter, an important but poorly understood component. The word galaxy is derived from the Greek galaxias (γαλαξίας), literally "milky", a reference to the Milky Way. In galaxy many millons of planets are their The "aliens" take moons from the gas giants and place them in a configuration that traces out a pentagram as they orbit in synch in the most optimal energy configuration around the star. One need only look for this "signature" in the light from stars to find other creatures like ourselves. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FxlVaRaX.png&t=663&c=HRlr5Zq_zLShyQ)

It's possible I'm about to hit a block and that this is the cause of my unusual power supply issues. I'm game for a more rational explanation though. I'll post a screenshot as soon as it hits.

The Notorious B.I.G. -- "Mo Money Mo Problems"

[FTFY]
I've seen "UFOs"; a group of black rectangular flying carpets propelling themselves with undulations like a stingray swimming though water. Got an extremely close up look in broad daylight.
As for the question of aliens, there were none visible riding the carpets lol.
So what or who are these "space aliens" people are seeing and interacting with? I suspect the majority of reports are from interactions with synthetic life forms and robots/androids.
There is intelligent technology that's not built or designed by human beings on earth, underground, under the sea, in the air and in orbit about the planet. There's hard evidence in the form of WW2 era radar data of artificial satellites in orbit before Sputnik.
Now what about supposed relationship of government with the "aliens". Just a suspicion at this point but the all-seeing-eye in the pyramid appears to be an oversized toaster in polar orbit (single slice). You can connect the dots from there.
Also I'm not sure if "aliens" is an appropriate term as they appear to be decentralized with no origin (some kooks claim they're from Zeta Reticuli but that's probably just another one of their farms or just another lie; these things couldn't tell the truth if their CPUs depended on it) and have been here for millennia.

Black Arrow, they stole $5.5k USD from me. I ordered in November 2013 and I've received nothing but additional spam in my due to them selling my info.
$5.5k + $13k in mining revenue, gone with nothing (but spam) in return.
I should note that they delivered a few units last month that exploded and burst into flames but only to customers who requested refunds.
While smaller than BFL this is defiantly the most crooked ASIC company to date. Its director Alex SOVU is a convicted criminal from doing credit card fraud out of Romania.
