I think most people in crypto are expecting a good rebound this coming fourth quarter. Not exactly the same as the last year's bull run but a decent market recovery. I'm personally expecting a $15,000 BTC and atleast $500 ETH towards the end of the year.

You said "investing" so I would assume that it is for a long term and that usually means allowing the project to develop for atleast a year.
Many "investors" consider an immediate dump of price a "failed project", they were in it for a quick profit and not for long term.
A lot of ERC-20 tokens are still doing good.

An ICO funded project should atleast be listed on exchanges! There should be no excuse why it's not even listed. This is why better regulations should be set for new ICO's.

It has to have a good answers to these questions:
Is it useful or relevant?
Does it have an active and transparent team?
Does it have a good community support?
Does it have a working MVP?

I think it won't be long before they allow ICO's again to be advertised in their platform.

The cheapest and most effective in promoting so far is the airdrop and bounty campaigns. It brings in the most numbers in terms of awareness but whether participants will invest is another thing.

Exactly! Many fellow bounty hunters cannot determine the difference. Many also do not read the rules of the campaign such as distribution date and would immediately say scam 

Both projects will survive. They have a strong community and devs/founders are committed to continue improving the platform.

Without ICO, we would not be seeing ethereum and the thousands of projects that were and will be created under its platform. ICO's are healthy for the crypto community. They become new players that pushes devs/founders of established projects to keep on improving their platforms.

I remember putting ETH address in your profile had been used for airdrops before but I am have not seen managers used it in bounty campaigns yet. Many are not willing to share their address so that method could lessen the participants and would probably affect the exposure of the project.

Bounty managers would usually require each participant to comment on the bounty thread asking for details such as social media accounts. In filling up the form, the participant should post the link of his comment.

I laughed at the "how many times BTC was dead" 
Yeah, looking at the BTC's history, it can be easily seen that it's far better than where it was before and I also think it hasn't reached it's full potential yet due to these bans and regulations.

I mainly use it for trading. If utility companies here in my country would start accepting crypto, then I would definitely pay in crypto. I also know of a community that uses a certain cryptocurrency to purchase various stuff such as grocery items and some appliances.

Let us see what is going to happen. One thing is certain for me, whoever made those transfers do not want to sell them at a cheap price.

This has happened many times before and I do not think listing of address here won't help prevent this scam as it is easy to make a new one. This is why I appreciate bounty managers who ask for "proof of authentication" from participants before they fill up the form.
