6481  Economy / Speculation / Re: 350 USD in August on: July 25, 2016, 06:35:15 AM
The day or the week didn't double the price, but the halving event itself more than likely doubled the value of Bitcoin as a baseline for the miners. It went from a $300-ish average value from 2015 to so far a $655-ish average value after the halving event, so it does seem like the market did double it, although not at the rate everyone expected it to. I think I was calling for $700 to $800 after the halving, and I think I was probably on the more realistic end of predictions.
The halving changed the price via the hype surrounding it in the months before it. That is true. It did increase the price from 2015, but there were a lot of other factors that had more place into it. However, it was just obnoxious seeing the amount of people who thought that the price was going to double. The halving had far less of an impact on the price than the Chinese investors though.
Oh definitely, I won't dispute that there were other factors at play during the halving event. And I agree with you 100% when you say that it was obnoxious that everyone was saying ti was going to double; I think most (sane) people knew the value wouldn't double over the course of a day or week, and I'm glad to see someone else agrees with me in that respect.

I agree, most of the price increase in bitcoins was done in the months before the halving. It still doesn't mean that the price drop again now in the next months. If you need money I would recommend using your Fiat money instead of bitcoins. Better to keep them at the moment.
6482  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: July 25, 2016, 06:18:19 AM
Its not advisable to sell btc right now, it is better to save btc until the price reaches to 800-900$ this year.
I believe that bitcoin will reach that price.

Sell everything can be good, but it also depends on the point if you think you will make more profit in the future, I would not do it.
I even think because of the halving the bitcoin will go to a much higher amount and after that halving now bitcoin is now stable around the market places.

But I still feel that this is not the right time to sell everything and say bye bye to bitcoin, as we will experience the effect of halving later in in this year where will be seeing much higher price.

As quoted by above mate selling doesn't indicate that user making an end to the bitcoin usage. The price has been fluctuating and going down with certain time interval. Possibly one with a panicked mind can go for a sell for requirements.
Yeah if you are satisfied with the current price you can sell, if your target is reached and you got good profits then it is better to sell than to be confused with the price whether it will go up or down, predictions becoming very difficult.

Yes its really difficult to predict the price of bitcoin in future but if you current price has reached to your desired level then I think you should sell your coins to secure profits.

If you want to take profit sell some of bitcoins, but don't sell all of them. There is still a chance that bitcoins will go much higher in the near future. Why sell all your chances to profit from a higher bitcoin price at once? I would always look at bitcoins as a long term investment.

6486  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do Atheists hate Religion ? on: July 25, 2016, 06:01:35 AM
I don't think atheists, in general, hate religion. It's just that they're looking at things quite differently, seeing beyond religious restrictions.

Yes. In my opinion are religious people the more ignorant ones compared to atheists. Just look at all these terror attacks lately, all done by religious people not by atheists.

6490  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to collect BTC ?? on: July 24, 2016, 07:11:24 PM
for a new starter looking for ways to earn/get some bitcoins, faucets are not bad. Its a good way to start your journey on the bitcoin world, personally I also started with faucets. I even spent hours just claiming on faucets in exchange of dust satoshis.

Faucets are probably good for those who have just started their journey with bitcoin and are still in the process or learning the things related to bitcoin.
They start with faucets and then learn everything with the time and then stop using faucets because they realize how boring and time wasting it is.

Even though faucets are not really liked on this forum due to the low payout for the time involved. I would still recommend it to any beginners in bitcoins. Just try to focus on a few good paying sites instead of trying to capture all sites. There are just too many around.
6491  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie Question on: July 24, 2016, 06:54:57 PM
I only can answer your question number 3, yes mining bitcoin from now will give you a profit in the future as like other one say and this what i do too. mine bitcoin from now and hope will get rich soon.

It highly depends on your system and your energy prices. If you have access to cheap energy and suitable PCs for mining it might still be profitable. However if you have to buy all the equipment first it might take months for you to reach break even. And due to the halving this months you earn less and less bitcoins.

6493  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: July 24, 2016, 05:40:43 PM
yes but presently it is stuck aroung 600 to 700 hundred for such a long time i think that is also good that it is balanced there in one place. that is what its mean that bitcoin is stable

I feel discourage every time I'm checking bitcoins price because it is not increasing anymore. But I'm still waiting and hoping that the price is going to increase sooner or later and if that happens surely that bitcoin is continuous rising at all.
relaxed, bitcoin prices will surely rise. You also must have sensed it, well, sooner or later the price of bitcoin will surely rise, albeit slowly, and I also think that in the near future the price of bitcoin will rise might skitar $ 680- $ 700, so if this time you have a little bitcoin, maybe you'd better start collecting
Price is moving up slowly but we can expect much higher price in next few months so holding till then can be really profitable in order to make higher profits.

I fully agree. It makes no sense to sell your bitcoins at the moment. Better to just hold em for a the next month. The halving had no real impact on the bitcoin prices so far. The rise will continue.
6494  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: July 24, 2016, 05:24:10 PM
I have always treated bitcoin as a side project. I never intend to put my complete devotion in something virtual. Yes I love bitcoin and bitcoin technology. But I'm not willing to put everything at risk for something virtual.

because there is no any good and stable job. I also prefer for do real job as full time work and treat bitcoin like a side work.
but if I got an offer for bitcoin. a stable job with attractive salary and with a long time contract. I will surely quit my job and go with bitcoin. because working for bitcoin is my dream

Yeah that would be the dream working with bitcoins full time. But even if you get a good long term contract, the company should be sucessful. You don't want to work a firm that goes bankrupt after a few months. We need definitely more jobs in the bitcoin industry.
6495  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: When right timing to join signature camp? on: July 24, 2016, 03:38:25 PM
According to me the Right Time To Join a Signature Campign is When you are On a High Rank E.g. Full member accounts because when you are on a High Rank You can Earn Big Earnings From Campigns....

You can already join a campaign on Junior Rank and earn a few Satoshi on your way to a higher ranking account. Just make sure its the same campaign you want to be part in as a higher ranking member.
If you leave a campaign you might not be allowed to join again at a later stage.

6497  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] GTA V (Rockstar Online) + 50m Starting Cash on: July 24, 2016, 03:14:10 PM
Mauser dont give up you will find 100% customer here and dont give account for lower than 20$.I see that pupils which offer smaller amount than 20$ dont know nothing about games. They should better learn how to play games and then try to buy accounts.

Thanks mate, I appreciate that.

Couldn't you reclaim the account with your email address at a later date?

No, you will be able to fully change all the information of the account, including the username. I won't have any access anymore, you will be the owner.

6498  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: July 24, 2016, 12:48:45 PM
As everyone said, instead of signature campaign i think best way to start is to offer some services, or selling stuff. You need to increase your rank/title on the forum if you want to earn some Bitcoin that has a meaning.

Keep an eye on the service section. You can do even small jobs for a few bitcoins. Jobs I did as a Newbie and Jr Member were things like creating accounts on website, search for things on the internet, following ppl on twitter or facebook. There are always opportunities here to earn some Satoshi.

Now with closing down of so many gambling sites and sites not being able to use any trade bots anymore. Are you worried about the closing of betting sites as well? Are you switching sites?
6500  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you always missed the right time to sell/buy bitcoin? on: July 24, 2016, 12:33:16 PM
part of my decision was reasonable .but was not right, there are times when we can put the right time, there is also when we are not quite right in selling and buying btcoin. we have to think to determine the right time.

I believe everybody is thinking when to buy or sell his coins but still most of them won't get the timing right. It is best to not worry about the timing so much and just try to get a good average price for your trades. Just spread out your trades over a few weeks.
This gives you much more time to think about the actual trade instead of the timing.
