6481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple (XRP) Breaking out on: December 15, 2020, 10:35:48 AM
Aaand we're back below 50 cents again for the past two days:) Not sure I understand why XRP hasn't gone along for the ride of BTC and ETH now that they are again picking up speed but I guess the initial 100% pump must be taking its correction toll as we were expecting for a while.

$1 still our dream I guess!

Nice catch on lotto for those guys with less than 100 tickets. Still dreaming of my own big win with small chances;)

2 of my past 3 roulette spins have been free tickets (50 actually each) so I don't mind all those bonus tickets. I see it as free tickets from 25 freerolls I don't have to play.

Nice wins, FBC!
6483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 15, 2020, 08:36:55 AM
After the 2-1 home win againts barcelona cadiz wasnt even able to score againts selta fiego and they get 4 goals in 45 min...maybe they enter the match with overconfidence and they quickly payed the price but they always in a good position

I totally agree with you that Cadiz is too confident after beating Barcelona, so when they faced Celta Vigo they underestimated Celta Vigo,
which has a player quality below Barcelona. And finally in the first half they conceded 4 goals straight away, I'm sure Cadiz's players were
surprised by the results of the first half. Although the position on the Cadiz table is still better than Celta Vigo, but this is a lesson for Cadiz
to always give the best whoever his opponent is.

To be fair Cadiz were the big underdogs in the game and the Barca game was so much about freakish defending and shitty performance from my team rather than a brilliant one from Cadiz. Last night was a true demonstration of La Liga versus Segunda;) Eventually the table doesn't lie, right?
6484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano Price Prediction 2020-21 !!!!!! on: December 14, 2020, 02:51:35 PM
How good the roadmap doesn't guarantee the price of ADA could reach $1. Bitcoin needs to be doubled to make ada can reach such price again. The fundamental of project is also being affected by another factor.
It's impossible for ada to reach its ATH again this year or next year. We should wait until the next decade to see ada will worth $1 for each ada coin again.

Yeah, as much as I like a roadmap more than the next guy, or whitepaper for that (who reads them these days anyway right?), I don't think ADA's going to do a Ripple until it gets the same sort of buyin from institutionals, who really need to get in on any crypto project now rather than mainstream users (we know that's a myth anyway). I bought my ADA believe it or not. Worthless now and sitting doing nothing. Still wish it the best, but I'm not spending more time on it.

Speaking of Southampton, maybe one day they can appoint Ronald Koeman as coach again.

Currently coach can Barcelona, but he makes a big mess of it. Southampton might not be a bad option for him.

He didn't do very bad then, did he? I do not rule out that Koeman will be out on the street in a few months.

But what's wrong with the current Southampton setup? Koeman already has his hands full, and everyone knew Barca rebuild would take time. Even us fans are tired of the instability. If the players back him and so do the board I see no reason for them to go and find yet another coach with no guarantee of change in results.
6486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum remains the king of altcoins on: December 14, 2020, 11:49:57 AM
Ethereum is the king of altcoins and it should be. Comparing with the other altcoins Ethereum is the most popular and people are comfortable with Ethereum. This is in the second  position of cryptocurrency so Ethereum is the king of altcoins.

When every other altcoin almost is basing their land on the Ethereum fiefdom then yeah, I think ETH should be king. With everyone else paying tribute to it. Staking may mean later that miners drop out but I feel like there is plenty in terms of rewards and miner fees to feed them later with the ecosystem sure to grow. It'll survive:)
6487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 14, 2020, 11:04:56 AM
valencia are sponsored by B-Win so what would you expect ? They're the most unpredictable team in LaLiga and no one really bets on them because of the sponsor. I personally tried them once or twice and it was a mess just like you said in your post. Whenever you bet to win , they lose and when you bet on a draw, they win and furthermore when you bet them to score ...they will make 0-0...

Every season you have these spoiler teams. They will not go anywhere in any competition, they may not even be bad enough to relegate, but they will keep eating up points and cause injuries to other good squads. I mean no disrespect to them, not at all, but they should be better than this:P

Anyway, thankful for the Barca win. We didn't play so badly either. I know it's Levante but after losing to Cadiz...

I didn't expected such big dominance from Real Madrid today. They've been unstable this season so far, but now they have good period - wins in La Liga against direct competitors Sevilla and Atletico and crucial win in Champions league. Meanwhilwe Atletico suffered first defeat this season and probably it was their worst game so far. But they are still leading league.

That perfect run had to end somewhere, though I really thought they would make the most out of the opportunity to make a statement in La Liga. Still, they're in pole position and have plenty more games to go. Plus Real and Barca have more than enough on their hands to keep them busy. Open season still valid!

At this rate, I don't know what to do. Spend time to make picks, no points. Pick everything randomly, no points. Wish I could see majority picks for Superbru but you can only use up free picks to do that.

Anyway. Tokeweed seems to be doing major surprises in this pool and in EPL pool;)

Ah I just realized we lost Multi Magic once more on the very first selection. Monchengladbach maybe are running out of steam?

On the plus side, this means that Lazio, Liverpool and Sociedad should easily win right?

Atletico go! Villareal go! https://sportsbet.io/sharebetslip/e835bfb5-e75c-42e7-afc1-41ba9e4895ea
6491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 12, 2020, 04:46:32 PM
Can't get anything right these days. Valencia are the biggest spoilers of La Liga I have to say. You want to bet on them to win, impossible. Bet on them to lose, they're not bad enough.

Draws. That's all they're good for these days heh!
6492  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: December 11, 2020, 12:35:46 PM
Crazy seeing how all of you guys keep doing so well in MultiMasters. Do you ever go for just 10-leg accumulators instead since you always hit around 10? I think in the 2nd last round I saw myself at one point in the leaderboard, but quickly results went against me and I lost my place:)

Multi Magic is what we can rely on I think.
6493  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 11, 2020, 09:58:35 AM
Arteta still doesn't have much experience and could be this is reason why Arsenal haven't found their best squad yet.

How about the big match in week 12 between Man United vs Man City, I just think that the result is a draw, even though from the last 8 meetings they have never been drawn.
https://www.fctables.com/h2h/manchester-city/manchester-united/

Different from other derbies somehow this one. Quite used to seeing Barca draw with Real or lose to them as most recently I can painfully remember. Liverpool Everton seem to be very one sided or end up drawing but the odds are always good.

City win looks the best value here, like you said, they don't seem to ever draw with their rivals in Manchester.
6494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bad days for crypto on: December 11, 2020, 09:20:56 AM
Trust in bitcoin and your life will be easy, look! bitcoin is a high risk asset but it's the most stable decentralized coin in the market, so if you invest in bitcoin, you are safer compared to investing in altcoins where most of the projects are scam, just choose what you think will give you a success but always learn how to manage the risk.

I'm happy if people keep selling it this whole year until Christmas to be honest! As much as I want prices to go high, I also prefer to keep earning for the next many more years. No point in $100k BTC if you don't even have 0.5 BTC right? The dream continues for most of us. Keep saving and holding. But don't forget to keep spending too to keep the Bitcoin economy flowing!
6495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ BitcoinPRBuzz.com's ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 11, 2020, 07:35:38 AM
Don't forget guys, there's a match tonight so put in your picks early. Real Valladolid home win I think? Hard to pick for me these days, it seems it's just impossible to predict the league everywhere. I've been sucking at everything even in Multi Masters.

I'll be happy with 10 points from this week!
6496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where DeFi is headed on: December 10, 2020, 04:33:58 PM
It's true that DEFI has made transactions easy, upholds user privacy, and transactions are swifter, but for now the transaction fee is not low like you mentioned. For instance uniswap transaction fees are still a lil bit high, even though we hope that fees will decline in future. On a general scale DEFI has impacted the crypto space positively and I do not see the trend like a bubble that will burst soon. There are still some lags in DEFI especially in security aspect, since platforms providing flash loans, staking have been hacked on several occasions.

Are you kidding me? Easy, private and fast is already crypto.

Uniswap makes it less private (everyone can see your coins going there, slower and more expensive if not using layer 2, as you point out.

And definitely not easy! People been losing coins to scams cause they can't even read smart contracts there:)
6497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What sites offer FREE Plays, FREE Spins, Free Bets - Lets make a list on: December 10, 2020, 04:01:03 PM
Freebitcoin just today is offering free roulette spins to people on their email subscriptions. I actually only switched newsletter subscription on so I do not know how it exactly works but someone is already posting some small wins on their thread.

1st prize is $15k (value of the actual Rolex watch as the prize).

Wheel of fortune people! So exciting! Except now sadly, I realize that I actually switched off any subscriptions awww:)

Switched them all back on now, let's see how much I get. A Rolex? I wouldn't dare wear it outside though, and my hands are always so sweaty;)
6499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Upcoming Defi projects on: December 10, 2020, 12:40:21 PM
What you said is right, but most of the well-established companies are showing a lot of interest towards the Defi model, now we are getting higher percentages in Defi, in the coming days we won't see this much high prices because in order to survive Defi they need to reduce APY on what they are holding.

Where there's opportunity for fast and easy money, there's where the ants will go. Of course every blockchain company's going to Defi now, when they don't even realize Defi is Bitcoin and Bitcoin is the true Defi.

Another bubble waiting to pop, when the rally starts.

Agree actually, I know on paper it seems like Inter has the biggest loss, but I bet you it's United fans who are feeling the most annoyed right now. But you know what happens now. They lose big, so they'll hit back big, which means a United strong win against City. Time to bet big?Wink
