6502  Economy / Economics / Re: What you will do if bitcoin price drops to 50$ and you have lots of bitcoin on: September 03, 2015, 07:12:53 PM
If the Bitcoin price falls that low consistently over time, then buying lots of Bitcoins at that price can be risky.

If the majority of people share that belief that the Bitcoin price will rise again, then the price will increase again, but if people think that it's not worth it, then you have to realize that the price will continue to decrease, affecting traders and miners.
6503  Economy / Speculation / Re: $300 in the end of August on: September 03, 2015, 06:34:55 PM
Move the prediction of $300 mark by end of December. Im pretty sure next month btc price won't hit that mark.

I think that the price will go steadily up, though. Maybe it will stabilize at around 235 USD or so and gradually climb from then mid to late September.

6504  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: double your BTC IN 5 HOURS on: September 03, 2015, 04:57:12 PM
If it's too good to be true, it probably is a scam.

Always the rule with these "investment" games.
6505  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are? When will you stop and withdrawn? on: September 03, 2015, 03:40:17 PM
I'm pretty greedy honestly. I try to get somewhere between 200% to 500% of my original deposit. However, I do know when to fold my cards and stop. It's way more dangerous if you keep playing on and on.
6506  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: September 03, 2015, 02:50:13 PM
Nice, time to gamble again  Smiley

Time to lose it all, in a game all about numbers. The gamble life!

This site really is great, though.
6507  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: September 03, 2015, 12:51:39 PM
Besides that, there are a lot of things which are massively useless (or even outright harmful) but nevertheless still fun

well we have a different view to this thing, i don't find fun something which can be also useless , if something is truly fun it can't be useless for me

on this specific matter simply accumulating money without a purpose would not be a thing that i would consider fun, but to each his own...

to have an example of this, it's basically like accumulating many phone numbers of hot girls, without trying to fuck any of them, i would find this pretty pointless lol

I like the thought of becoming richer by saving up a medium-sized amount of money, then later investing it into all sorts of things. This wouldn't work in your analogy, though. I wouldn't be saving up phone numbers to get an even hotter girl Tongue

First time it didn't work and now I'am number 27 in the queue for almost 2 hours.

I have the same problem. Queue line doesn't seem to work; I'm stuck at 28. What's the issue?
6510  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 99%guarantee on profit on this bet[odds:1.3] on: September 02, 2015, 11:07:31 PM
Of course, it's not certain that this game is won.

If NL doesn't win this, though, I'll just be sitting in my chair laughing at this thread. Remember, there's always that slight risk.

It is not nice laughing at others miss fortune lol

If you enjoy watching the games anyway possibly losing $30 is not really a big deal is it?

I would spend that on the first drinks at the pub watching it. I have a slight risk of a 40x parlay, what are the chances the only game that does not come in is the one the OP gave us as a sure thing

(big smile)

I would be mainly humored at the "10000% guarantee" part of the thread title. To have that amount of faith in the team can't possibly be too reasonable.
6511  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 02, 2015, 11:05:36 PM
There's nothing wrong with gambling, it will only become wrong if you were addicted to it. Just gamble moderately

Just like drink moderately right.. lol.

We all know how this turns out. You go to a party and start off with 1 beer, then your friend hands you another or some chick does.

Thats basically similar how gambling loss starts. you lose .1 btc then its 1 btc.

If you have enough willpower to know when to stop, you can gamble moderately. It's not too difficult to have that sort of resolve, but the issue is that most people are greedy and always try for more, not less.
6512  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetterBets.io |Win XBOX or PS4| Weekly Rake+VIP| DICE★PLINKO★HORSE RACING on: September 02, 2015, 10:13:26 PM
This site has a very sleek format and looks sharp and nice. The only time the aesthetics are sub-par is when the Plinko game goes to 7 pins. Then, the images become quite pixelated. Someone could probably update those graphics to allow for all sizes to look clear.
6513  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit.com -- The Social Gambling Game (formerly moneypot.com) on: September 02, 2015, 09:57:59 PM
If anyone wants to watch a show, realhavok has made almost +30 BTC in the last hour, and still betting 1 BTC/round Shocked

This is show! He bets 1B every round it is exciting to watch, but unfortunately he is down 11B at the moment.

Edit: -20BTC

That's a ridiculous amount of betting, even if he's down!

Dang!

Looks like he regained some, though. He's only down 11B again.

I am really digging the aesthetics of this! Font and background really feel smooth and crisp.

I'll definitely have a go at this some time!

So basically this is like Agar.io but with bitcoins and payments?

Interesting concept, I'll definitely give it a shot!
