6501  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks against the crypto on: March 26, 2019, 02:14:50 PM
Will have a crypto dominance once people would used and invest crypto, and also the participation of the government. And it may take many years to come before we have that thing since crypto development still on going and due to some issues of its stability.
Lets make it very clear here. Governments are not going to accept something that makes hiding their black money and bribery easy. So saying that government is going to accept crypto is like living a dream with a few countries being exceptions. Even then the speculation and bad rumors going on with them makes the system even more volatile in Venezuela not to mention the world economists saying bad things about it. This leads to panic among people who have very low income and cant stand the prices of things for long - it leads to loss of lives.

Quote
With that matter, banks will still remain in service and provide their functions knowing that they are the most reliable companies where we can stored our money safely. And I don't think that they against on crypto but maybe they are pursuing also to adopt the system.
What will happen in future is not for us to know from before but to see with our own eyes. Banking system wont go down even when crypto rises. Fiat will be there but the importance might differ.
6502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HOW DO WE INCREASE THE VALUE OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES? on: March 25, 2019, 11:26:12 AM
Support is not just to say it with words but with real action dude. You also have to buy it to provide support for cryptocurrency
of course the value will increase when it's done massively by buying it
Thats a very stubborn idea. You can buy and buy and you will have sellers dumping on you every second making you a complete loser in terms of trading gains because you wont be getting any gains pumping the price but only the ones who sold at high price. Moreover this is impractical since to move the market by 1% the volume of trading required is much high that you can imagine - you can calculate it yourself if you wish to.

Thus a normal class trader would never be able to amass that much volume of coins in order to manipulate it. It is done by whales and mostly those are coordinated by several whales. You small fries are nothing more than a joke to them. Cheesy
6503  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any valid reason to continue gambling? on: March 25, 2019, 11:22:46 AM
Depends on how you really treat gambling, its true that gambling makes some gambler happy when they are playing but for me if you’re on a losing streak maybe you can stop for a while. You can always gamble, what you cannot do is to earn money always so better to have some limit. The only valid reason to keep playing i think is really because of this, to have fun.
Its sad to see that people think of gambling to something like a therapy for boredom. It is not in my opinion but I guess you all have different opinions and I respect that. I never feel good to have lost money and I am sure nobody here actually likes that, unless they have a huge amount in surplus or that money was never earned by them - money that one does not earn by hard work does not have that much attachment to the bearer.

Even then calling gambling as a method to relieve stress is an over-exaggeration. It should be kept to what it is, keep it short timed and dont waste too much money or time in it.
6504  Other / Meta / Re: Spam Attack On Multiple Thread With A Lot Of Newbies Account on: March 24, 2019, 06:36:07 PM
I have often seen full sections under spam attack by newbie accounts with a definite pattern of usernames in a short span of time. The recent one that I recollect if my memory serves correct which I reported was in the Lending section as per this image :

I remember seeing a wall of old threads from Lending section which had been left to die being bumped to the front page with a similar message. Moderators will be able to check these. In my opinion doing a report on these messages and with a message that conveys that there is a large number of accounts spamming this same message, gets dealt with properly.

As you can see in the image I reported only 3 threads with such a message and in turn all the new threads that had been bumped went to sleep once the mods cleaned them up. Smiley
6505  Economy / Reputation / Re: Waiting for DT- A completely abuse of merit on: March 24, 2019, 03:37:49 PM
if anyone copy and anybody's social media accounts link then it's not proper proof of alt accounts,
Do you copy your neighbors shopping list like a draft everyday before going to shopping? That would be a very wrong life decision because you never know what junk your neighbor might be consuming. You self-proclaimed bounty nutjobs are so efficient in copy pasting that you dont care about cheating on the bounty funds at all. You are just in it to win it (the money in the pot).

need more investigation which person use this social media accounts after that take a judgement!
unfortunately if anyone share anybody's social media profile link it's absolutely not proof of alt accounts! again I want to say I just use only one btt accounts it's enough for me!
So if you feel "misjudged" by these "judges" please feel free to clean your account's red trust but adding them to your distrust list. That would clear the neg ratings from your trusted feedback but that is like a pill where you go to dreamland but actually you are the same person.

But even then why would you even care about trust rating left by random people on the internet on your profile if you actually come to this forum for contributing to the discussions and nothing more? (oops, did I hit a soft spot? Cheesy)

I wish every moderator's understand something! please don't remove my message!
The failing cry of the damned. Roll Eyes Mods dont care about trust system. Its about time you learnt about the forum mechanics.
6506  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Search of an partner associate for Gambling Business on: March 24, 2019, 01:13:24 PM
I am looking for a partner to start a business in a gambling on the internet or the money used is the bitcoin. This partner will take care of the marketing part of the project and me the technical part.
You need someone to shill for you casino? Grin You could get that by doing a signature campaign and wont have to pay much because we got satoshi-hungry noobs ready to pounce on every money making opportunity here. Roll Eyes

On a serious note, if you are looking for an investor then know this that no one in this world would ever give you their money to handle with unless you provide some info about the site that you have in mind. If its still in the pre-conception era then forget about even collecting a dime. But hey, idiots are the majority of the population which is why some people will always be able to make money and run away. Tongue
6507  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: March 24, 2019, 09:51:07 AM
Also there isn't any need to question about the posting quota of an user.
You understand trolling dont you? Nothing serious here but I expect people who post here to know a bit more about how bitcoin is created and not make comments out of the blue that are totaly nonsense. Anyway chill out.

Government does not need to create BTC  in order to control or gain financial strength, government globally has an advantage  to control of the economy, Bitcoin is a digital currency that was developed by Satoshi Nakamoto, Government cannot be against what they built.
In a sense it does seem so that government can take over bitcoin? But that theoritically cannot happen since we talk about decentralization here. That central control is not supposed to lie in one hand. Again we humans are prone to centralized system like the exchanges that we are using like Binance its a completely anti-bitcoin sentiment. This shows that if you want to function like a normal human being you have to accept centralization inside of decentralization. Seems counter-productive but it is what it is. Pure decentralization cannot happen even today.
6508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambler's way on: March 24, 2019, 09:44:56 AM
Gambling needs to be well categorized. There are some that are skilled based and doesn't really qualify as gambling or game of chance. For example, what do you call two  gamers (with one better than the other) betting on outcome of their game? I guess the outcome can be fairly predicted hence not qualify as game of chance.
That is also gambling. You are betting on the person who will win and there is a 50-50 chance regardless of the level of players or the skill involved by them. Its basically likes sports betting where one underdog faces the overlord. There will be a chance to maximize profits by betting on the underdog but they will rarely win here. Even then the pure chance is always 50-50 for both.

Your analysis is correct and you may profit from that but does that matter to the mathematical outcome of a completely random event? It does not. Secondary is that fact that the underdog will lose 90% of the time.
6509  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: March 24, 2019, 09:40:10 AM
I learnt not to expect the bull run to last forever, also I now ensure I take profit and allow some of the capital to keep runing , Do not be in a hurry to invest base on  rumour but base on fact.
The bull run that everyone kept talking about was due to speculation and manipulation pumping up the price. Let it be a lesson for you to book your profit and cash it out when the price rises and not become euphoric and keep holding during that time. You can always buy back with the fiat equivalent once the price drops again and drop will happen since whatever goes around has to come around. This is pretty evident today when market has slumped back to 4k from that 20k and I am sure whales are filling up their pockets at this price after they dumped it big.

Rumors will happen but you have to learn to turn a dead ear to those.
6510  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes need to avoid in day trading on: March 24, 2019, 09:35:48 AM
right now it is the most difficult task that many users of cryptocurrency are trying to solve. It is very difficult to stay on the same level for many projects that not only recently entered the cryptocurrency market to sell their coins, but also concerns those projects that have been trading their tokens on stock exchanges for several years.
Things that other markets have is of no significance to the crypto market if you try to find an analogy among them. Stocks on the stock market are real companies that are having stocks released on exchanges for buyers but the majority of altcoins dont even have any proper project to go forward with. They keep feeding you with their dreams and roadmaps but in reality what has happened is that you lost your money to a con-group and the best part of it is that you cannot do anything about it.

This is why people should shift focus from altcoins to bitcoin because it is the only thing that needs attention and has a working system.
6511  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Whales have accumulated thousands of coins in last 2 months on: March 23, 2019, 07:22:51 AM
The BTC value can still increase and this will be the beginning of an increase, positive news can continue so that crypto has a better value.
Thinking positively about crypto will bring us to better development.
Of course it will increase but that is not the point of discussion here. Please read the topic before posting a generic reply like this. Cheesy

It's all clear whales buy crypto from people who can not wait any longer and sell crypto on the cheap. After that there will be a takeoff.
There may not be a takeoff if there is dumping going on. Since the bear market ran for the longest time in history people who dont have a real belief in bitcoin and its future are just fingering the trigger of sell buttons for a quick squeeze out of this game. They dont care about the future price, they are like "just give me back my money I am done with it." Thing is these bears will make the market pretty resistant when it comes down to the takeoff that you talk about.
6512  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - A Game of Luck or Strategy on: March 23, 2019, 07:19:06 AM
There strategy also includes on how to manage themselves.
Managing bankroll you mean? It is a very important concept that most addicted gamblers have forgotten nowadays with time. It was the basis of development of different strategies and when to stop playing or stop trying to recover. Normally you should not bet more than 10% of your entire bankroll. But that all-in button makes every degen pump all their cash in for a quick wipeout. Not sure if that is due to frustration or hoping for a miracle.

Quote
Winning is hard if you are out of control as even if you are good in analyzing what you are doing but if you are not good in putting it in action, that will lead  to failure in gambling, these two should be possess by a gambler in order to be successful in his venture.
Permanently winning is not possible in gambling. All wins are temporary unless you cash your win out and then never come back to play. But that seldom happens in real life. Almost all gamblers go back to make more money with the money they won and lose it. Thats why a casino always prospers.
6513  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to survive on: March 23, 2019, 07:15:31 AM
Honestly it is also very difficult for me to get more profit from crypto, starting from bounty, airdrop, trading and investment not in accordance with the value or profit that we get later. Because the price of the coin even dropped a lot suddenly and there was no significant increase making the market become depressed for the user.
You have forgotten the first agreement that you decided to agree to before entering the crypto market. That crypto carries a risk and that you are willing to take the risk due to market conditions and that you would do your due diligence prior to putting your time effort and money into it. I am sure it wont be difficult for you if you take some timeout from the market and focus on other aspects for the time being like skill development which can be worth something in future.

The bear market has had its toll but you do understand the importance of holding your coins for future? Its like a testing game now for patience and nerve. Whoever gets to hold through the bad times will emerge as a winner in the long term.
6514  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would like to start trading. Looking for tips!!!! on: March 23, 2019, 07:10:48 AM
the best tips are to learn first. learn from the experience of people who have been in the crypto world.
Except that the experienced people are mostly pump and dump shitcoin shillstars pumping up their bag holding coins like anything so they can dump on your mouth open wide. If you are taking their advice its important to be resistant to such propaganda which most newbies would not be able to and thus I dont recommend those to new traders. Rather learning from other markets like stocks bonds precious metals to get a fundamental idea about crypto market is a good idea

You have to know about good and bad when you first trade.
Its not always possible to know that.

do not let you become a fool in trading, because your fool will cause financial losses and profits for those who are experts in trade.
Becoming a fool is one thing. Remaining a fool is a worse thing. Rectifying the mistake of foolishness is what people should learn.
6515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you been able to resist? on: March 22, 2019, 10:06:27 AM
It's really hard to control the addiction once you addicted into gambling. I can call myself an addicted gambler too, i tried so many times to quit gambling and nope i can't. The only way to do is, don't let you control your own money. Once you receive money, send it to your wife or your parents to take care of it.
Fact that you can accept your mistake and that you are trying is a good sign and kudos to you. If you feel like gambling is taking away a lot of your time that could have been used in more fruitful work try talking to your closest people in life. That could your family members or even close friends. Be careful of backstabber (friends) though, only someone whom you trust fully. If you tell them of your problem it will help loosen your mind a lot.

Then find out something that you like to do and try to focus on that and not let your mind sway. Gradually this will help get rid of the addiction. Its not easy but its effective.
6516  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading on: March 22, 2019, 10:02:56 AM
Traders do not control the market, it is impossible to control the market. It can be manipulated to an extent, and the chances reduces as more investors come into this space.
It is correct that manipulation is rampant but I do not agree with your second statement. Think of it this way: when whales dump prices drop and this allows small-cap investors to get in at a lower price than what was the average price for a period of time. Now the market will pump and they will sell at profit. Thats profitable and calls in more investors.

As a trader you forecast the next direction, using charts, technical analysis and other available tools, news and media publications.
Not all traders can do that unfortunately. Cheesy Neither is it necessary to read the paid FUD media.

There is also an arbitrage option as well as a shorting option.
Risky but yes there are there and not to mention day trading does need a lot of luck as well.
6517  Economy / Economics / Re: Opinions about the emergence of new Coins on: March 22, 2019, 09:59:04 AM
So if they only care about making money for them and not for the community that they will support them, they do not deserve to be funded.
Whether they deserve to be funded or not is our personal opinion. That is upto the buyers to decide. Obviously they care least about the community even if they say that they do. But really who cares? They just grab your money and then lie back in the telegram channel for days saying development is going on. Grin

Quote
Some projects that do not care about their investors are obvious and they should black listed from the beginning from the communities. We do not need projects that take and not giving to us.
There is nothing called blacklisting here. This is a forum and they allow free speech and nobody can take away that right from them. Instead we should work together in cleaning out any bagholding troll from promoting their shitcoins here. Rest whoever wants to invest can do so at their own risk.
6518  Economy / Economics / Re: harmonization of fiat and crypto on: March 22, 2019, 09:55:24 AM
Yes! I think this is the most correct option. The idea is to radically change everything, get rid of fiat money and use only crypto - this idea is utopian. If you do everything smoothly, using the advantages of both fiat money and cryptocurrency, then no problems will arise.
There will always be problems with either of the two and some people will always find ways to blame one another.

But does not mean that crypto will not stay or fiat will not remain. Fiat will be there as long a different mode of assigning value to crypto is not found. Maybe gold will be there but still there has not been any such advancement except that few altcoins were released which were backed by gold. There will be governments and they are always anti bitocoin and so fiat does not have any place to exit even if it wanted to.
6519  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does hard work in gambling count? on: March 21, 2019, 09:34:02 AM
They play a big role in sports betting, referees nowadays are inclined to give their best and don't make bad calls. They do make bad calls sometimes but it doesn't mean that they favor a certain type of team or a person.

Nowadays big sports events or leagues pick only the best referees with no or minimal record of favoring a team or a person.
Yes but the audience will always think of the wrong way because human mind tend to put a blame on others for any reason in order to appease their anger. They tend to say that because of that decision the match was lost by their team while actually speaking the match was pretty fair. This is common in every fan-circle and fanbois will always do that. Its better not to pay any heed to such idiots. Sports betting should be devoid of emotions as per expert opinions.

Again this has nothing to do with hard work. Hard work comes in when you are analyzing and observing the teams on a daily basis. There is a lot of homework involved and its not a get-rich-quick scheme - something that is popularly believed by noobs out there who dont know a thing about sports betting.
6520  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any reason to day trade anything other than bitcoin? on: March 21, 2019, 09:29:42 AM
If you are a beginner, then you do not need to trade anything except bitcoin. Experienced traders can determine the perspective of some coins and make trades with them because some altcoins look quite interesting in the long or medium term.
Just because an altcoin looks interesting does not mean its worth putting your money in. Where does the interest come from? Take every whitepaper and roadmap prepared with a large punch of salt (LOL).

Not only are they always misleading into investors trusting them but they will change them from time to time for their own benefit or delay releases just for the sake of it. If interest is coming from the price pump be very careful what coin you are jumping into because transient pump and dump are normally happening in every coin and they might wash you down during the dump.
