6521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcointalk Bounty Campaigns Plaza on: May 20, 2018, 10:24:00 PM
-snip-

Good to see there is already a thread showing off bounty campaigns just like on the template being used by Mitchell when it comes to Bitcoin signature campaign listings and updates.

There some thing i do need to ask, what is the criteria of those bounty campaigns being listed? I know these are just selections but i dont know the basis of it considering there are hundreds of bounty programs as of today. Would you consider on listing it out too?
6522  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why do people use bad exchanges like YoBIt? on: May 20, 2018, 08:36:32 PM
What's the reason for using a low-quality exchange like yobit? There are so many other exchanges that allow for no verification (like binance) that I don't think there's a real straightforward reason to use yobit. I don't see them even having any good qualities.

Could someone explain?
Easy listing of new coins, Fast release or listing of forked coins which is mostly the main reason why do people still keep on using this exchange where there are really coins in the market which isnt listed on any popular exchange site but only on yobit itself and people wont really have the choice but to risk out on transferring those tokens in the exchange even they know on how bad yobit is when it comes to their service.Once you experienced issues then it would takes time for it to be resolved.
6523  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Warning - Hitbtc KYC, possibly insolvent, 20 btc locked on: May 20, 2018, 07:59:34 PM
Hello Throwacc,

We have a responsibility to protect our community from malicious activities, and we take that responsibility very seriously.

Our AML policy has been developed to meet the highest industry standards, and we enforce it with rigorous security mechanisms that detect suspicious activities and flag them for further investigation.

https://hitbtc.com/aml-policy

We're sorry if the response from support has been slower than you'd like. It's a delicate process that requires high security clearance, so can take some time to go through. The best way to pass the process quickly is to provide the information we ask you for as fully as you can.

In the meantime, please replay back with your ticket ID # and we'll see if there's any update to provide you with.

Has this problem been solved? Also your website is down. I am a bit worry
Asking the same thing where OP didnt make any updates after stating his problem or issue towards hitbtc.I dont see any problems because most exchange would really demand KYC when we are depositing large amounts and for you as a depositor or user then you dont have any choice but to follow on what they said.We might not able to see any warnings but its quite common that exchangers nowadays is gradually required to have that kind of restriction.

By the way hitbtc site is fully working or operational.
6524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market is totally red, everywhere. on: May 20, 2018, 07:07:06 PM
It is normal as we see this situation from the past months, this is the oppertunity to invest and soon the market will recover and stable.
Nice answer, i was looking if anyone think the same like me, if the market is red that mean that this is some time to just make some moves on it, thanks to that you will be able to just collect earnings after some time.
Not only just on previous or past months we have seen this kind of thing but on all the years had passed in cryptocurrency market. We have seen countless the same scenarios just like this and i dont know why other people still got shocked when it comes to those scenario aside from those new people in the market which will really have that newbie reaction. Recovery would always comes after a price decrease or dump and as an experienced one you would really saw this as an opportunity.
6525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to maximazie bounty rewards? on: May 20, 2018, 06:20:41 PM
There are many ways to maximize bounty rewards. You can participate in Social bounty campaigns because with Social you can use multiple accounts to join, and help increase rewards to higher. But the most valuable thing is to choose a potential ICO project because if the project is possible and reach the hard cap, the rewards for the bounty will be huge, and the Token will be very valuable when indexed on the trading floors.
This is really one of the ways because you can able to join on multiple social media program campaigns even on just having a single account into this forum but when we do talk about signature then its not possible.Maximizing is depending on your time and effort if you can handle on those things then its a good one but if not then better stick on the thing you are focusin on.There are sometimes where you are not only a bounty hunter but also as an investor where i do buy tokens while im still into their bounty programs.
6526  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Follow Strictly while trading on: May 20, 2018, 03:26:12 PM
There are  a lots of things which we should follow while trading. I am mentioning few of them. Please see the points below:

1. Categorize your investments and look at the long picture.
2. Only invest what you can lose.
3. Don’t be greedy.
4. Never put all your eggs in one basket. Diversify.
5. Don’t invest blindly.
6. Don’t FOMO.
7. Always pay attention to Bitcoin.
8. If you are doing any active trading, set stop losses.
9. Always learn from your mistakes.
I often read these tips, but it's still hard to learn.
every point always involves emotion and this is the hardest thing to do.
Experience becomes the most decisive thing in the trade.
Common tips being said or advised almost everyday and i do see lots of similar threads when it comes to trading tips but same as you said these might sound to basic but following these traits or habits wont really be an easy one. Self discipline and determinations would be needed, you might fail on first tires but dont give up and just stick to the things you are doing.Be sustainable if you do really like to progress or succeed.
6527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Cryptocurrency be use as Proof of Finance for Visa Application? on: May 20, 2018, 02:28:55 PM
The answer is a capital NO! Crypto assets has not been recognised as legal tender by almost all economies world over. It is not possible for any embassy to accept It as proof of financial asset. If you have such assets I believe your best bet will be to convert those crypto assets to fiat currency and present your bank statement to the embassy.
Well said!

If you do try to explain to them about your crypto holdings and using it as a proof of financial assets then they might laugh at you on what you are saying about. Grin Cryptocurrencies is never been recognized on where it comes to a point that it can be treated as a valid asset.Same as suggested you can anytime convert those coins to fiat and this would be much a wiser decision to be made if you do really like to show some proofs.
6528  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-05-19]High School Students in the Netherlands Are to Pass an Exam on Bitco on: May 20, 2018, 01:27:29 PM
That's actually quite surprising. If you haven't been somewhat notified about these type of questions, I can understand that people will struggle with them, even if they have heard of it in the media or whatever.

I'm sure that a lot people here on this forum don't even know the very basics of Bitcoin, so how can we expect that from complete strangers? A lot of the average joes are only hyped about the potential returns.

They have no idea what the underlying technology is and how it functions in basic terms. Making money is their only incentive right now, and I seriously hope that it will change eventually. We nearly all started like that, right?
Sad reality but this is through.I doubt only a few would really have the exact knowledge when it comes to bitcoin and into the tech behind it.Most people do only jump in because of its money making opportunity not totally knowing even into its basic information. Its good to hear out that theres a bitcoin exams and take note,it do talks about mathematical where i found this very hard for those who dont have too much knowledge or just newly knew about bitcoin. If they pass then i doubt they do passed out also on most people on this forum when it comes to bitcoin knowledge.
6529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: SCAMS IN CRYPTO & HOW TO RECOGNIZE THEM on: May 20, 2018, 12:18:21 PM
Some users here got scam already because they create same username and email in different site so better not to do that then we should create new username and password if you afraid to create new one because that's hard to save i suggest to write your username and password to notebook then save in telegram then for more good try to save also in social site
Yes,it is better to have separate email address for participating in bounties and use different kind of passwords to save ourselves from scammers.Better to keep the passwords not in digital form because the phishing links can copy our clipboard.
Ive been doing this after i do experience last time when my main email been hacked i dont know how it happened but im now careful on engaging to things which i do have email registered on each own bounties and airdropts.

For the post and OP, this deserves merit for all the effort being putted on here where do make warnings for those people when it comes to potential type of scamming attempts. There are lots of ways thats why we should really have an eagle-eye type of eyes. hahaha
6530  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any way to earn 5% interest/profit per month on: May 20, 2018, 11:39:37 AM
Personally, I can advise the Forex market.
There it is possible even with 1000 dollars to trade and receive from 10% a month.

To invest in any coin is useless now.
Since bitcoin is falling again and the market since January 2018 is unstable and bearish.
While coins will only pumple, but this does not mean growth.
Not guaranteed because profitability would always depend on how good you are on doing trades.Either on forex/stocks or crypto trading. 10% is achievable how much more on which op is targeting which is 5%. This is too low to achieve but the risk factor would be always the thing will block you along the way. There no guarantee on any investment and that should be putted in mind. Investing on crypto isnt a bad idea but you should embrace .always the risk involved. Lending is also a best choice
6531  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Does signature campaign really help to promote an ICO ? on: May 19, 2018, 06:24:53 AM
Ico I can not say...but I'm sure it helps to promote my AIRDROP faucet.
But it is normal:
It is more easy to promote something free that something is cost.

If you say:
Claim your tokens through my faucet
and
buy token for $0.001

...more people will claim for free.
You are right people like to claim tokens for free which are from faucets or from airdrop or from any bounty campaign but there are many investors who have bigger amount of money to invest to earn even more and they look for ICOs to invest in because the ICO is a better and best way to get the profit with lowest risk. For reaching to those investors the ICO project developers need to advertise their project and as many of the internet media is not allowing advertising ICO projects, for them there is only one option that is to start a signature campaign for marketing.

" get the profit with lowest risk"?? I dont think so, that this kind of thing do only have a certain low level or risk.If you do able to point out potential projects then its possible but we know this thing wont really be simple to anyone which means risk level would still vary on your experience and knowledge thru project dissection or choosing selection.Marketing should always be considered no matter which medium would be used as long it do gives exposure.
6532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Is BTC holding much better than USDT holding to buy ETH when price is down on: May 19, 2018, 05:33:34 AM
Assume that I bought 1 BTC and price is 8185 USD. I would like to buy ETH with all BTC. Price for ETH is 685 USD for now. In case, BTC is down to 7500 USD. I think that ETH price will be down also. On that situation, how do you think that buying ETH with BTC is more profitable than buying ETH with USDT. There is the transsction fee of 1% in binance. I am confused for that and I do not know how to calculate for break event point. Thank you all friends.
So you are in struggle between using up directly either USDT or BTC? Conversions would always tied up with fee if im on your situation i would rather directly buy ETH with BTC. USDT might have different price but on just a very minimal price gap.If you do hate fee then better on having 1 conversion rather than buying ETH by BTC/USDT-> ETH. Checking out that kind of transaction will really give more tx fee.
6533  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Sell Crypto in May and Buy Low in June on: May 18, 2018, 07:01:52 PM
Last week didn’t bring any big positive news, and Bitcoin dropped to $8,000.

Read Bokka Crypto Weekly Recap BTC/USD 18.05.18: https://bokka.com/cryptocurrency-news-sell-crypto-in-may-and-buy-low-in-june/
Most people do broke their expectation on the thing that do happen after the consensus. We are expecting it to happen yet weve know that it will have a bull run into those times or after such conference but we have seen the opposite side.
This is the opposite of what we should be doing. Now is the dip so buy now and sell at the top of the bull run. It is likely that the bull run will go high as we're less than 50% of the all time high.
True,i dont know whats the point or whats being suggested on here yet we are on dips actually and whose dumb would sell if the market is on dump situation?
6534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Oyster SHL Got listed on KUCOIN on: May 17, 2018, 10:51:29 PM
Woah! Didnt expect for Oyster shell to be listed on Kucoin i dont know what are these kind of project where they do really easily get in into exchangers. Just like what happened in Oyster pearl too. Too much Oyster everywhere and congratulations for those people who do hold up these coins. Usually they do pump out after listing and then price decrease after that.Better get out on profits while on pump state.
6535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Crying about Crypto! on: May 17, 2018, 09:24:46 PM
What is the famous saying....."If you can't handle the heat get out of the kitchen."

There are so many people crying about the recent of BTC that I'm frankly getting annoyed. You should know the risk involved in investing in crypto. If not, don't even waste your money. Go buy a CD that won't make more than the rate of inflation. Remember investing is literally legalized gambling. Treat it as such or don't even jump in the pool.
You know people if they do hear out to other people that you can possibly earn big money on crypto then they would jump in directly without doing any basic learn up on how this crypto do work and to the coins listed on the market. They would only realize later on when they do already experiencing loss of money. Just let it be because they wont learn up if they wont gain or experience any mistakes.Expectation vs reality would really happen on here.
6536  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC/USD dangerously close to $8,000, but HODLers never give up on: May 17, 2018, 08:52:54 PM
We have the 50 day moving average, then the 25 day moving average as the further resistances, if these don't hold then we may go lower, but I wouldn't start getting worried unless we went below $1000.

I'm hoping the 50MA holds here. There's definitely signs of bulls with dry powder here, but not sure whether it's enough. I stopped out of my longs when $9,000 broke down, still waiting for signs of life.

It already hurts pretty bad giving back the gains from $9,000-$10,000..... not sure I could stomach waiting until sub-$1,000. Tongue

$1000 is possible, but are you willing to take the massive risk to miss the boat? Bitcoin is not going to leave, the fluctuations against fiat are meaningless and temporal, and these in charge know that fiat is dead, and will therefore use any possibility of a dip to stack up. Timing perfect dips is impossible, you might miss out badly.

I have enough coins that I'm comfortable. So I'd wait the correction out before putting any fiat in; no reason to add the risk.

But if you don't own any BTC, it's always a good idea to buy some. Smiley
Accumulation when theres a dump would always be a good idea if you do have the capability. Why not buy? We know on what are the possibilities to happen ahead yet we know the potential of Bitcoin.Basing on TA recently i have seen that strong indicator of bullish movement to fade away where it do comes out to move its price on sideways or simply on accumulation period.I dont know if it would able to break that support on $7800.

But if it's something that stabilizes in the future and is a better currency, then we'll certainly support that," he added.
Such a hypocrite.Paypal will never support any type of cryptocurrency adoption, because it will kill their business model and their company as well.
Merchants aren`t interested in crypto because buyers don`t use it.Buyers don`t use it,because merchants aren`t interested.It`s a circle.
Even though theres a demand or lets say buyers do make use of it for sure they would still stick into their own ways which is on using fiat money or traditional transaction. Paypal and Crypto wont really collaborate to each other which even just using our common sense this thing isnt really surprising at all. Owners will always have negative impressions to bitcoin yet they do always see this as a competitor.I was little bit pissed about on what he claimed on here.
6538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: ICO MARKETING on: May 14, 2018, 08:51:01 PM
I may accept tokens in rare cases depending on the project. scidex official  is also creating a very interesting project. It’s a new marketspace for scientific data. Would love to hear your opinion about SciDex also. I’m super interested

Is this op alt account or different person confirm it first bro. Then unwanted bumping to the thread is strictly not advisable one bro. I do not know how you think here project owner believe this service will work on the forum.
If you want to get the project try to reach the project owners and help them to manage the bounty campaign mate.
Please do allow the people spam the forum that is bad for you and the forum too.
Its quiet obvious for those things above persons are just purely alt accounts of OP. Newbie accounts pretending to use up the service or do make such inquiries do really acts suspicious and as being suggested it shouldnt really be done cause it would just result or add up spam into the forum. There are lots of reputable people who do make up such service just like on what posted above. Why would choose up into new people?
6539  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My selling strategy : need criticisms on: May 14, 2018, 08:23:40 PM
-snip-
I have read up above that you do have 4 graphics card 2 is for ETH and 2 card for BTC? Are you  serious? Even using up nicehash wont really give you a conceivable result even how hard i do think up on the profits but well as you mentioned that you are mostly doing this  because of hobby and doesnt think of about the electricity cost.Decision of selling would be entirely depending on you, since every person do have its own will do decide then criticism wont be given out on what you are calculating on here.
6540  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the most influential factor that triggers bitcoin prices to fall down? on: May 14, 2018, 07:26:36 PM
Bitcoin is very volatile. It goes up and down at no time. But I started to think what causes its values to go down. These past few days, its prices are notably lower that last year's values. Last year, I believe, during the first few months, its prices are likewise low. Do bitcoin prices go down every January to February? Does it have a logical association?

In my own opinion, the fake news that are being created by different people about cryptocurrency is affecting the investors to sell their coins immediately, in this way the price is keep on dumping plus the traders who are not well knowledgeable about the market.
Yes, fake news is part of it, but it is just a way to create panic and FUD among those weak investors who really do not see the potential in the future of bitcoin but just the quick profit and gain. With this in play, the whales always use this strategy as well as some little bit of manipulations to drive down the price so as to take all the chances they could have to make more profit.

The only thing is just to know how to play safe even as a trader in this environment as everything can happen pretty fast.
Playing safe isnt possible even you do have the advantage among other traders but doesnt mean you arent prone into the risk but somehow when we do talk about chances they you do have high probability on making money since you do have the power to mandate price as a whale. Fuds and Hype does exist no matter what which i do mainly say that these are factors that do mainly affect bitcoins price either heading up or down.
