6521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Altcoin for 2017 ? on: May 01, 2017, 04:10:13 AM
A lot of good altcoin this year, all altcoins of decent quality have a significant rise, one of them is ethereum, the price is still fiat 49 ~ 55 $, possibly eth price in September or Oktober will have a price 80 ~ 100 $. Some new coins like qtum and gnosis will have a pretty good price, the use of smartcontrac from handphone with cryptocurrency bitcoin and eth, project qtum will make eth and bitcoin high price, And qtum altcoin 20x after entering market, and possibly after 2 year will be 1000 x from crowdsale price .
6522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins... One year later on: April 29, 2017, 11:25:58 AM
What are some altcoins that have survived beyond 1 year with the following:

1) Still trading on at least one exchange
2) Blockchain is still moving
3) Nodes running
4) Bonus points for operational block explorer

I'll update this post with suggestions as we go. If you post a coin that has already been listed I'm going to troll you for it so attempting to boost your post count by mentioning already mentioned coins will get appropriate credit Wink

Coins that have made it so far:

Litecoin
Dogecoin
Ethereum
Dash
Peercoin

Those are the easy obvious ones. Who's got more?

I think from the list above that will remain peak is ETH, because eth is very qualified, while doge and LTC is an alternative for traders to play the price. Maybe edg will get in altcoin list that have good price.

6524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trusted Coin Creator on: April 25, 2017, 01:30:46 PM
A stupidity if want to make cryptocurrency but only have minimum knowledge, making coins cryptocurrency not easy as imagined. If only still want to make altcoin itself with a reliable programming,  money we spend will cost very much, Not only that, making altcoin signifies that we will also be a developer coin that requires a special team that various fields.
6525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think BTC SegWit will be activated? on: April 23, 2017, 07:53:28 PM
Hope not. Segwit is too much unknown, it could kill Bitcoin.
How exactly would it kill bitcoin?

Both SegWit and Bitcoin Unlimited has cons and tinkering (and danger of messing up) software worth $20 billion is an awful perspective.
The best solution would be never upgrading core bitcoin protocol, and instead move priority to off-chain channels. Bitcoin is not decentralized anymore anyway.

I fully agree. The best solution is to do nothing. Bitcoin is a safe haven coin for investors, new things should be experimented on other coins.
There is nothing safe in investing, surely an investment has a risk of loss, at least when investing in bitcoin already calculates about the losses to be received. with the current price  1000 $ , consider new bitcoiner  about bitcoin including a very expensive investment. but , people who understand Cryptocurrency buy at a price of 1000 $ and break up in some altcoin is reasonable .
6526  Economy / Economics / Re: The fiat-money bubble! on: April 23, 2017, 07:39:36 PM
Yes, the demands of the times. But, bitcoin and altcoin include sub currency, not as a single currency, I think cryptocurrency is an alternative to transactions for now, because people use fiat money to buy something in real life.
6527  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Most Trusted site to earn BTC. on: April 22, 2017, 07:33:58 PM
There are many ways to get income in cryptocurrency, trading, gambling, ads, buying selling hardware, miners, cloud mining, faucet, signature in bitcointalk and purchases ICO . I think following the faucet in epay.info or faucetbox is a profitable for new bitcoiner , and active in bitcointalk . when it's entering full member, income following signature in bitcointalk is very profitable.
6528  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reminder: Be Open and Helpful To New People To Bitcoin on: April 22, 2017, 07:16:55 PM
Making good writing in blog or social media, that explain about bitcoin can help new bitcoiner will appear , not only that, giving information and guide for beginer in sub forum Bitcointalk can help newbie who want to learn. A full understanding of bitcoin includes resolving existing problems ,
Many people are leaving cryptocurrency because it considers it as HYIP .
6529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to hold many cryptocurrencies on: April 22, 2017, 09:53:12 AM
I was wondering what your suggestion to holding multiple cryptos is?

Obviously I don't want to hold even medium amounts of the stuff on exchanges, but it's incredibly tedious to have to download seperate wallets for my computer, synchronize everything and.... well, yeah.

What's your strategy on this?
Yes it's too complicated to have lots of wallets for altcoin, I solve this problem by making smartcontrac, storing on wallet exchange with small amount because to make daily profit or save private key in micro sd with altcoin existing wallet, and save in safest place .
6530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any good coins I am missing out on: April 22, 2017, 09:40:23 AM
Not bad, I also have some altcoin with small amounts. Xrp and eth are suitable to be purchased at this time, possibly end of the year eth has a price of 100 $. I also save EDG and TRST, not only buy ico like ethbits, iex.ec and TaaS also quite profitable when it is in the market.
6531  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Is developing your own Wallet safer? on: April 19, 2017, 10:14:37 AM
Would developing your own Bitcoin Wallet be safer than using known ones like Electrum? It would obviously be much simpler, with no GUI, worse overall security but no one could get their hands on its source code. I have enough programming experience myself to make it but I'm wondering if it even makes sense to do so.
 Thank for your help!

I think is very difficult, electrum become famous wallet for easy and believe, not only that electrum also have licenses good for programming. if the OP wants to create a wallet without a GUI then OP should also have the same licenses as programmers electrum.
6532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best altcoin to be kept on: April 19, 2017, 08:54:47 AM
many altcoin created , possibly also altcoin will take $ from bitcoin in this year, but does not affect the price of bitcoin to go down. there are several projects altcoin very legit, and has a good technology, not hurt to follow and buy altcoin and ico at the beginning of this year, possibly in 2018 will be a lot of businesses use cryptocurrency
6533  Economy / Economics / Re: Digital assets for "monthly" steady dividends on: April 19, 2017, 08:35:27 AM
I have some small assets in cryptocurrency and follow some ico. I think it would not hurt to invest $ to some ico and cryptocurrency which has a use value or good technology.
6534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: April 19, 2017, 08:18:05 AM
I'm interested in bitcoin and cryptocurrency because demands of technology, cryptographic element in currency made me interested in studying it. not only that, bitcoin and some altcoin can help cross-border transactions, it is very helpful to me.

6536  Economy / Economics / Re: I hate Cryptocurrency on: April 17, 2017, 08:41:44 PM
reason you hate cryptocurrency is digress, how someone hates something but still using the stuff ?, Perhaps OP a bit annoyed with some of those who monopolize the market cryptocurrency. actually, when using bitcoin and cryptocurrency to smart use , whether cryptocurrency to invest, or fast transactions with cryptocurrency ? .

6539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin miners have collectively earned more than $2 billion on: April 13, 2017, 04:12:39 AM
average intake $ in bitcoin increased 0.5 billion $, is it possible this year again bitcoin will increase $ 0.5 billion? , 1 bitcoin has a $ 1,000 price it was quite luxurious to me, if bitcoin this year to penetrate the $ 1500 price, the possibility each year bitcoin will rise anyway.
6540  Economy / Economics / Re: one question tickling my mind on: April 12, 2017, 05:05:43 AM
50k bitcoin wallet remains at 50k. unchanged, although the high price of bitcoin will rise, and in blockchain chains also have been stored with the number of 50k. I was reminded of someone who has purchased 5000 bitcoin with price 24 $, and is now at a price of $ 1,000 , he had 5k bitcoin.
