6521  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin presently at a resistance hold or break $4100 to $4300 on: October 04, 2017, 05:03:29 AM
According to this chart analysis it is speculated that if bitcoin cannot this resistance it is likely it will pullback or corrected to $3600 and panicking sellers may pushed it even lower,  but if the present resistance is broken, there is the tendency that bitcoin is going to all time higher record of $5K+

Analyst contribution is welcomed.

As i can see that bitcoin will really hold it's position right now and for sure it will break it's all time high right before the end of this year. Those who are on panic will really suffer loss. Bitcoin has a great potential become stronger as the demand for this continues to increase, no doubt when it hit $5k this year.
Yes the price of bitcoin kept hovering around $4200 to $4400 in last few days I believed that area is a strong resistance that is why the position is consistently being held but with the upcoming segwit 2x I am very optimistic that the resistance will be broken to a new higher high and again my expectation is more buyers will contributes to the breakdown of this resistance.

6524  Economy / Economics / Re: lest we forget, Bitcoin is a blessing. on: October 03, 2017, 03:56:55 PM
Indeed bitcoin is a blessing it had surmounted every obstacles on it way and had become investors pride.
Presently it  is being faced by clamped down on exchanges by the Chinese government and  bitcoin has been making a headway out crossing every obstacles on it's way  bitcoin is presently at 4K+ despite all the panicking sales from the aftermath closedown of the exchanges in China.
Bitcoin has come to stay and it is  a blessing to the holders or investors.
6525  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: support and resistance lines on: October 03, 2017, 03:44:09 PM
how do you identify support/ resistance lines? what timeframe do you use for best results (1h, 4h, daily, weekly) and also is you are using tradingview what's the name of the best indicator for support and resistance lines.
one more thing, from a TA point of view; how potent do you think s/r lines are ?? do we have some economists here to drop knowledge and statistics ?? thanks guys.
Resistance and support lines are mostly drawn from a higher timeframe like weekly when trading on 4h chart, this will guide you as trader to take your profit and your stopp loss  based on the distances from your support and resistance lines because you cannot predict whether the price will break or stop at s/r lines, the higher the timeframe in trading the better e.g 4h above preferable.
And there is no better s/r indicator than yourself learning how to draw them there are a lot of videos on YouTube that you can use to learn.
6526  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Bitcointalk Signature Campaign Monitor on: October 03, 2017, 01:02:53 AM
This is useful if the quality of posts is not put into consideration,   BTC earning signature campaigns managers are always after quality post, they manually screen applications and look out for quality post before accepting applicants,  this services is appropriately useful in bounty campaigns where post quality is not usually considered.
6527  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: October 03, 2017, 12:51:21 AM
Well, I think it reduces unemployment as thereby providing an alternate source to earn. Even many of people have found it as great replacement of their regular jobs. Not only this, its an additional source of income for those who already work and moreover, the pay is much more than the 8-hour job. So, I consider it as an opportunity for those who want to earn and want to explore something new...
Bitcoin earnings can only be extra source of income, bitcoin  being regarded as a full time job is an overstatement, because signature campaigns in this forum is not consistent all the time except someone has other extra means of earning bitcoin other than signature campaigns and if  bitcoin is consistently earned then  in such a scenario we can say bitcoin can reduce unemployment.
6528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie to Altcoins on: October 02, 2017, 01:08:36 PM
Hi there, I'm new to altcoins. Anyone has some usefull tips? Or a strategy that worked for you? Smiley
Dealing with Altcoins is not  a child play, it requires so much information and technicality is involved in trading them some people  opinionated that you buy low and sell high,  it is not easy like that you just have to learn and  be mentored if possible so as to avoid losing your hard earned investment, my advice  to you is to google search for relevant materials about Altcoins and in addition to this forum thereafter sign up with a reputable trading platform and demo-trade for while after making consistent profits then you can invest.
6529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Become A Bitcoin Expert on: October 02, 2017, 07:58:21 AM
Hello, I've been hovering around bitcoin for months and I want to become an expert in it. What resources are available and what steps can I take to know all there is to know about bitcoin and possibly reproduce the technology involved.
Thank you.
I am so much interested in becoming an expert too in bitcoin technology I  had learnt some elementary aspect of it and this had prompted me to start learning the programming part I.e Python, C++ and blockchain technology  I  have checked some udemy videos and other educational materials online I think becoming an expert in that area (block chain technology expect) really worth it due to rapid global expansion and acceptabilty of cryptocurrencies.
6530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 250 ETH, Hold or SELL? on: October 01, 2017, 07:45:06 PM
Firstly, let me congratulate you for holding such a huge amount of ETH  this is surely a massive investment my advice to you is to keep holding your coin because there is a positive speculations on the prices of the major Cryptos e.g bitcoin ETH skyrocketing in few years to come therefore your  ETH will be a big boost to your investment.
6531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How cryptos affect your life? on: October 01, 2017, 11:53:54 AM
Cryptos are life changers financially I have an edge over my colleagues with the same salary scales because I have been earning some extra coins via Cryptos which has drastically improved my life financially and it has enabled me to learn more and well educated in the world of Cryptos.
6532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders; what do you look for on: October 01, 2017, 11:03:23 AM
The  main target for investors in ICOs is profits, presently there are a lot pre sale and  after sales of them but the question is which of them will be profitable at the end of the sales?  Personally I do research before the launch of those projects to check for the potentially successful ones, although there are a lot bonuses, discounts offered during pre-sales so as to attract investors, Iam more attracted to technology based ICOs which l tends to attract more investors from own point of view.
6533  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: October 01, 2017, 02:47:42 AM
It is rather unprofessional and risky to put all of our funds in bitcoin as a trader, a good trader will have a money management guide and he sticks to the guide without violating it. Trading requires funding a trade with the amount of money one can afford to lose rather than trading with all the funds, if the trade goes against him losses will be incurred.
6534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: September 30, 2017, 07:37:43 PM
Lack of easy access to the effective internet as far back as 2011 in my country was a major disadvantage and regret of not getting the needed knowledge about bitcoin,  infact with limited access in 2014 when faucets was a major source of satoshis I never bordered to work to earn bitcoin despite the fact that   I had the opportunity of working withing high paying faucets in fact I have some of those sites in my e-mail inbox of which none of the sites is existence presently.
6535  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you Panic? on: September 29, 2017, 04:59:48 AM
In trading there is no need of panicking while following one of the basic rules of trading I.e always trade with the amount of money you can afford to lose. In forex trading there is what is known as 'money management' this is very important aspect in trading, a trader trades with a maximum of 5% of his total investment, he analysis a trading set up and set a STOP LOSS, this is used to cut off  5% of his total investment if the trade moved against him without panicking.

6539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: September 25, 2017, 01:33:44 PM
The death of bitcoin is not feasible although china pulling out has caused a major set-back but that can not signal the death of bitcoin, it is obvious that other countries who are major holders of bitcoin outweigh Chinese holders, the only effect is the drop in the price of bitcoin which is currently being experienced.
6540  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you give bitcoin as a wedding gift? on: September 25, 2017, 11:46:18 AM
Why not , I will willingly give out bitcoin as a wedding gift if conditions that can make the couples exchange it to fiat is achievable I will do so, after all bitcoin has become a globally acceptable virtual currency and if a reasonable amount is gifted to the couple that will go a long way in solving their financial inadequacy.
