I've said that PSG are more likely to have problems when the opponent is very focused on defense. Strasbourg with a successful defensive strategy made it difficult for PSG throughout the match even though they were actually left behind by Marquinhos' goal in the 14th minute. Strasbourgh managed to equalize the score 1-1 in the second half, but in the end PSG really got lucky in the 6th minute of injury time.

I have completely opposite thoughts about this game. Even with a sub-optimal line-up and sub-optimal shape (all players are in different shape and mood after the World Cup) and with Neymar getting a red card, PSG still managed to win. This suggests that PSG's advantage over all other Ligue 1 clubs is too great and they can fully concentrate on the Champions League. Speaking of strong sides in The French league, Lens is one of the top-performing sides that have shown a shocking performance so far this season. Through out the first half of the season, seeing lens Being above Lille, Monaco and Marseille in the table ,is the fact I can't imagine till date. In performance, Lens is far above Strasburg who seems to have given PSG a hard play moment in their last match. Bundesliga is so competitive this season. Union Berlin and Freiburg are the most surprising team so far. One wouldn't think they will go that far in the Bundesliga. It has always been Bayern, Dortmund, and Leipzig. The most shocking of all is Dortmund who seems to have flipped out from the top 4 zones. BVB needs to do something in other to change this current situation. It wouldn't be nice to see them miss out on the champion league race next season.
It looks like this season will provide new surprises for several clubs who are in their best form. There is no doubt that this season or next season clubs like Union Berlin and Sc Freiburg will continue to dominate the bundesliga. The UCL zone seems to have started to change and this now belongs to another club, we know Dortmund really dominated with Bayern Munich like the previous season, but it seems that Dortmund will have a little trouble this season to reaching the top 4 of the standings. I still regret Union Berlin's declining performance and not being able to maintain its position for a long time. After all the offers tendered by Manchester United, Cody gakpo has finally joined Liverpool. I believe it's a good thing to see another attacker in Liverpool. But currently I don't think Liverpool has a problem in their attacking lines, I'll choose any of their attacking option between Sallah, Nunez and Diaz, or cavhalo, firmino and Diogo Jotta. About Bochum their performance were slightly better after having new manager and when Bundesliga starting again most of the players hopes they can managed their performance and avoiding relegation zone and their next opponent is Hertha Berlin and they are not strong opponent so although is hard but there is a chance for Bochum to earn 3 points from Hertha Berlin especially Bochum was performing well during playing at home but one thing for sure Bochum have to improved their defense and it's necessary because their defensive lines are one of the worst in Bundesliga
It is difficult to predict which teams will be in the relegation zone now. Because there is still a long journey ahead. Each team will play about 19 more matches. So now even though Bochum is in the relegation zone, if they perform well in a few matches they will be able to get out of the relegation zone. And after winning the last two matches Bochum's players are now very confident. I think the Bochum team can get out of the relegation zone very soon. Yeah, it's difficult but yet can still be predicted because clubs like Bochum, Augsburg, Hertha, Stuttgart, and Schalke, as already showing possible signs of being relegated. winning 5 out of 15 matches is enough to say that Leverkusen, Hoffenheim, and Mainz, may likely escape relegation this season. Dortmund - Chelsea is another interesting matchup to me.
Because I believe that this is a matchup between two close teams in strength these days. I think like this because of seeing Chelsea's inadequate performance in the recent times. However they have made a really good return by their Bournemouth game last. It was a completely one-sided game and an easy win. But we saw this from Liverpool as well. They won against the same opponent by an emormous goal difference also but they were still inconsistent later. Therefore we need to watch a few more games to be confident about something.
Dortmund haven't played a game in the Bundesliga yet after the break. If they continue to have the same defensive problems then Chelsea would come one step forward in this matchup for sure.
Chealsea are the clear favorites. They have good form and quality players. They are in the Market in this winter transfer window to bring in top quality young players to beef up the team and with the quality they already have at their disposal coupled with their experience in the UEFA champion's league, I know that Dortmund stands no chance of qualifying ahead of Chelsea. There is no chance whatsoever. Chelsea doesn't have any clear edge above Dortmund in that fixture. I don't know if you have another Chelsea club apart from what I have been seeing. It wasn't such a bad idea to try to build a fresh team to play with good teamwork without relying on Messi to carry the team. Indeed Barcelona's biggest flop this season was getting eliminated from the champions league, good thing they have another chance in the Europa League to rewrite the wrongs this season.
