Wearing is already mandated for most businesses and establishments. And if the customer or gambler doesn't have the mask, they are not allowed to enter the premises. That's just the basic requirement where everyone has to follow, if we can't follow that basic protocol then there is no reason casinos will still operate. As of now, there's no report yet that vegas is a threat so they should close back, people adopt with the policy and the operation is going smooth. They won't allow you to enter if you can't follow the protocol. In reality, wearing mask is helpful but it's not enough to be fully safe.
