Those threads could have been deleted for any on many reasons (low value, plagiarism, not adjusted to the section’s core intended topics, etc.), and as I mentioned, once a thread is deleted, so are consequently all posts within. That happens at some point to practically everyone, and the better prevention is to try to be somewhat selective on the topic to which one replies (or starts). |

Cripto noticias las hay a mansalva, y no es infrecuente que la fuente sea relativamente desconocida, e incluso que interpreten mal el contexto del cual parten. Como es natural, lo mejor es intentar contrastar la información en varias fuentes distintas, sobre todo si la información tiene transcendencia para ti. Relacionado con lo anterior, cabe conocer que determinadas noticias están esponsorizadas; es decir, pagan por publicarlas. Por ejemplo, me he topado con un artículo hoy que versaba "How to use AI to generate free bitcoins" ( https://cryptonews.com/news/how-to-use-ai-to-generate-free-bitcoins-9867.htm) …. Cautivador ¿no? El tema es que el artículo no es algo independiente y objetivo, sino pagado e interesado. Es cierto que como subtitular figura " The text below is an advertorial article that was not written by Cryptonews.com journalists.", pero aun así, se ha de estar atentos. De hecho, el site del artículo tiene su Ann, Bounty y Scam accusation en el foro, poca actividad, y una imperiosa necesidad de ser contrastado antes de obrar al amparo de la magia del AI (y del arbitraje …). |

Parece que los avisos de Hacienda a los declarantes, en relación a las criptomonedas, se ha reducido este año en volumen. 2019 (renta 2018): 14.700 avisos 2020 (renta 2019): 66.000 avisos 2021 (renta 2020): 14.600 avisos Hemos vuelto a niveles de hace dos años, lo cual lo atribuiría en gran medida (especulo) a un efecto Hodler por efecto de Hacienda, que no por no estrictamente por convicción. It will depend on quite a few factors, but amongst the running campaigns you’ll find those that: • Are paying in an (their) unknown token, which is created out of thin air, and thus has near to cero cost for them. • Are paying in USD, BTC (or some consolidated coin/token). These may be consolidated services, which are making enough revenue to set aside some tangible form of payment for their marketing campaigns. They may also be companies that have made a round of private founding, and are using an allocated tangible budget for marketing purposes. It’s obviously easier for the former than the latter, as there are virtually no marketing costs, but the latter will generally be capable of hiring way better posters, and get exposure not by an attempt to play on volume, but on the quality/interest/posting history that signature bearer has. |

I’ve sometimes wondered why the 300 good report threshold must be met in order to gain access to the last 30 day report detail window. At some point I guessed it was a perk that had the threshold as an incentive, but it’s not really common knowledge, so the incentive theory doesn’t quite add-up. It could also have to do with minimizing strain on retrieving the information (by making it accessible to a reduced amount of people), but it doesn’t look like it would require any heavy lifting to retrieve the information. Last stats I’ve found on reports from a global point of view are these from mid 2019: Let it be anonymous, just give us the numbers of those between 1 and 300 reports, those with reports from 300 to 1000, from 1000 to 2000, 2k to 3k, 3k to 5k and above 5k, or something like this. Counts of members with good reports in the last year: 1-10: 5028 10-25: 399 25-50: 179 50-100: 82 100-200: 90 300-400: 35 400-500: 14 500-750: 20 750-1000: 12 1000-1500: 15 1500-2000: 7 2000-3000: 5 3000-5000: 5 >5000: 8 Thanks to all reporters; we couldn't do it without you! "In the last year" I presume means using a 1 year rolling window at the time of data retrieval. I’d have thought that it would be better for everyone to see all their 30 day window reports from the get-go, since it does help to make a self-assessment on how one reports and to get a general idea in what reports are wrong. It also help to make better reports when one follows the outcome (i.e. the board a given post is actually moved to). |

Por otro lado, desechar al oro como carente de utilidad es algo que cuanto menos el 50% de la población (la femenina) discreparía enormemente. Sino, intenta convencerla de que los pendientes de oro son inútiles, y que se los ponga de bitcoin …
Ironías aparte, desechar la mayor reserva de valor actual como inútil es una barbaridad. Que tenga un reemplazo mejor mediante bitcoin es el debate, sin menoscabar la utilidad como reserva y como material actual del oro.

Registraron realmente la marca y el logotipo, pero no el código y la autoría. Suena más bien a una treta comercial con poco recorrido práctico. No soy conocedor de los detalles desde el punto de vista de un negocio que acepta criptomonedas, aunque de entrada se darán los siguientes escenarios: - Acepta pagos en cripto, pero a través de una plataforma de pagos con conversión a fiat. En este supuesto, la vertiente cripto diría que es transparente (como si no existiese). - Acepta pagos directos en cripto, y lo oculta. En este supuesto, si el pago es en negro, no tiene trascendencia fiscal (salvo que te pillen claro está). - Acepta los pagos en cripto, y los declara. En este caso, las facturas pueden ir en critomonedas según parece (en España -> ver https://www.expansion.com/juridico/actualidad-tendencias/2020/03/06/5e628933468aeb145c8b4574.html), pero el IVA repercutido debe expresarse en Euros, así como los elementos contables adicionales deben fiscalizarse con su contravalor en Euros en el momento del devengo de la factura. |

La cultura de las redes y el afán por el (efímero) reconocimiento, ha llevado a una sobreexposición de información privada liberada voluntariamente a estas redes sociales, sin ser plenamente consciente de lo que se está haciendo. El agravante es la liberación de datos de identificación personales, que pueden dar lugar a acciones de phishing y/o sim-swapping de manera targetizada, cuando no a algo más severo.
La creciente moda de las criptomonedas tiene una vertiente perversa asociada: como población, vamos asimilando y mirando con simpatía su extensión, pero llegadas las monedas centralizadas de los Bancos Centrales, éstos van a tener acceso a todas y cada una de las TXs que se hagan con estas monedas. No es nada que no suceda ya con las tarjetas bancarias, pero la tendencia a ir mermando el rol del dinero en efectivo tiene como otra cara de la moneda una mayor exposición a ser controlados al dedillo.

Those dating sites make it easier for sweet words to open ones pockets out to whatever crypto scam or else they lure you with. |

But you already can … (but shouldn’t) : Bitclout is a decentralized crypto social network, where every profile has its own token that gains or loses values on the platform. There are well known profiles such as Musk and Biever with their token up for sale. Slight problem: they did not create those accounts themselves, but rather were placed there as "reserved" accounts, should the real person want to join the platform (but let’s exploit the tokens associated to their names meantime). Some of the platform’s "features": - Everyone can have their own "coin". - To Access the network, you need to pay (all payments are made with bitcoin). - To Access their support line you need to pay. - The tokens only have "value" within the platform, but no current market value outside. - If a profile is deleted, the token loses its value for all posessors. - You can't currently change any of those tokens for fiat, nor back to bitcoin. - The have allegedly moved around 160M$ worth of bitcoins through the platform. - There are reasonable doubts on how they secure the keys (to the tokens presumably). - There is no face Company behind, but rather an anonymous group. Sería interesante (más adelante) conocer números al respecto (cantidad de personas que se acogen a la opción y porcentajes), tanto de como de los empleados. Personalmente, este segundo conjunto lo encontraría más interesante, dado que son los que tendrían un sueldo más ajustado a sus necesidades y se podrían permitir menos el lujo de hacerlo porque pueden, y sería más por que quieren.

Esta es buena (léase con ironía): Bitclout es una red social crypto descentralizada, donde cada perfil tiene su propio token que cotiza en la red, y que la gente puede comprar o vender … ¿y esto no se le ha ocurrido a las grandes RRSS existentes? Yo diría que la idea la habrán ponderado, e incluso es posible que no la hayan descartado, pero se les han adelantado. Hay perfiles de personas muy conocidas en la red (Musk, Biever, etc.), ya con su cuentas creadas y sus tokens a la venta. Ligero problema: La inmensa mayoría de estas cuentas no fueron creadas por la persona interesada, sino que las ha creado la plataforma a modo de "reserva" del nombre (y de paso explotar la venta de sus tokens). Algunas características operativas: - Para acceder a la red, has de pagar (con bitcoin). - Para acceder a su soporte, has de pagar. - El token tiene valor dentro del entorno, pero no tiene valor de mercado fuera del mismo. - Si se borra un perfil, el token queda sin valor para todos los tenedores. - A fecha de hoy, no se pueden cambiar estos token de vuelta por fiat ni bitcoin. - Se supone que ya ha movido unos 160 M$ en bitcoins (¿wtf?). - Hay dudas razonable acerca de la seguridad del almacenamiento de las claves (de los tokens según entiendo). - No parece haber compañía matriz detrás.
