I have recently sold a stake in the online casino i'm part owner of. One of the other stake holders did not want to keep investning in improvments for the casino so he decided to sell his stake. We offered his 12.5% stake here on the forum and found a buyer.

No one will give any loan by taking it as collateral. And as further as I think you are not trying to taking a loan. Hence I think you are trying to sell it. Otherwise, you could not provide all these to a lender. And also as if you had all of these then you could take the loan from your known person. |
