6561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Low Risk Gambles Create Success ? Does this made you a Smart Gambler? on: May 28, 2019, 10:28:18 PM
What should be the right definition of a Smart Gambler?

Don't know literally what's should be the real definition of that but on my point of view, if you able to:

*deal with yourself properly against the worst acts of human nature
*not acting like a hungry cow
*calm and relax even on loss
*ability to managed properly the bankroll
*knows how to take advantage of odds
*can somehow turn disadvantages to advantages especially in strategy based gambling games
*able to cope up with the losses
*still have rooms for social interaction in real life

..then I can say that a person is a Smart Gambler. Not just a Smart Gambler but a Responsible gambler.
6562  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: [HELP] I need help and advice on: May 28, 2019, 09:43:50 PM
I really need advice, I am a crypto currency trader and I, feel the self-mistrust that is happening to me now.

so that self-confidence makes me pause in trading, and now I want to ask you for your opinion,
I have a capital of about 1 ethereum and I want a 10% profit every day from the trade that I do.
where is the right exchanger and what coins should I trade. please help and advice.

How long do you trade now? Didn't you get any lesson from your trading experience?

As a crypto trader as you mentioned, you should know that you can't expect a 10% profit every day.

Crypto is volatile so obviously, it won't reach your expectations.

Sorry but you need to continue your usual trading way until you learn what things should be done.
6563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are some things all gambling websites/apps/games should have? on: May 28, 2019, 09:22:26 PM
I'm curious to know what you all feel are the most important features of gambling websites/apps/games?

*User-friendly
*No annoying ads or it should be properly placed
*Smooth interface at any platforms (Desktop, mobiles etc)
*Smooth deposit and withdrawal
*Safe funds storages
*Account Security is a must but limit it to only single authentication if necessary.
*Active customer support. No need to be 24/7 active as long as queries are answered right away.

These are common honestly. Some of the reputable gambling sites today made it to success because they met most gamblers criteria.

Move the thread here: Project Development

Someone might like the idea after you gave them enough and reasonable reasons why they should.
6565  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: May 28, 2019, 08:39:43 PM
One best cashout talaga from coins is Cebuana eh. I don't really know the reason kung bakit tinanggal yun. Imagine nung 2017 pwede kang mag cashout ng 100,000 pesos with just 100 peso cashout fee lang yata yun? Correct me if I'm wrong ah.

Thanks for correcting.

Yes Php 500 that's why I put IIRC kasi pilit kong inaalala lol. No choice that time.

As usual, 2% ang deposit fee.
6566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 28, 2019, 08:19:20 PM
~snipped~
It is a bad joke actually.
It is almost like a sweep but just done on the 3rd game when they got their homecourt back. I dont know what the Bucks management will do but there is really something wrong with what happened.

Looks like Bucks choked this time lol.

During their last 2 games, they are playing good in the first to mid half phase but didn't able to maintained it til the end.

For the most seasoned NBA fans of this thread, how would the Raptors perform versus Golden State if the Raptors' role players step up to help Kawhi Leonard and consistently do it in every game? Do they have a chance to win the championship in 6 games?

Obviously, chances are always there no matter what team will Golden State Warriors face.

Most NBA enthusiast sees Raptors have an edge because of the performance they did in Conference Finals. Again, they defeat Bucks in 4 consecutive rows which is really surprising.

Back in the world of betting outside sports betting sites,  these upcoming finals will be different as I see there are lots of GSW hardcore bettors who are in doubt of giving plus advantages to Raptors compare to last year where they allowed +2 wins for Cavaliers.

3. Kill the heart of the team. Steph. Do not let him score anything or maybe behind 20. The team tend to lose their will to win without Curry making some great shots.

Looks like Kevin Durant's absence will somehow solve the Raptors brainstorming about defense.

Surely, Kawhi will try to lock down Kevin Durant but since the latter is out, he may now take Curry. In my point of view, no way they will put Lowry to guard Curry but instead they will put him to Klay Thompson and rotation follows if necessary.

6568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Theft Online - Reimbursement? on: May 28, 2019, 07:27:32 PM
When coins are stolen from the web wallet, will the site pay back the victim money?

Too much to ask in the world of crypto.

The moment we enter the world of crypto, we should at least know the risks once we hand out our precious coins in a third party service e.g web wallets. Some people want to get out in the banking system but yet to understand what they are dealing with in crypto.

To answer the question; low chance to happen. Lucky if the said exchange will do but don't expect.
6569  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10000 is just around the corner it seems. on: May 28, 2019, 07:05:05 PM
I kind of expected a short bear market after the May pump, but it seems that stronger powers are against that. This pump is crucial to get enough momentum to reach $10000, as I've seen here: https://cryptobriefing.com/bitcoin-price-analysis-5-digits/

Will be much stronger if we stay at the current level for at least days or around a week. That's enough period to establish much strong support. Way better than a quick jump to $10,000. We need this extra support to withstand the possible fallback just in case. If ever the current trend will be spoiled, at least we can expect a dip until $7,000+ only.

Reaching $10,000 is just around a corner. Don't rush. Bitcoin price will surely meet that level again.

Hope this rise is a product of pure demands and not just a pure hype like happen in 2017.
6570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Keith Thurman on July 20 on: May 28, 2019, 06:44:23 PM
Is it just me or does this fight telling everyone that Mayweather bout won't happen. I mean if they wanted to fight each other than they are getting older each day meaning they won't have too much to make that happen, we do not want to watch a 60 year old Mayweather and Pacman fight we want it now, hell we feel like the first fight was too late anyway so this one will be too late and maybe they do realize the same thing and instead of this huge one big final fight that would make them a lot of money, they decided to have 3-4 smaller fights and just call it a career?

I know just because Pacman is fighting Thurman doesn't really mean he won't fight Mayweather neither but it just feels like the chances are now a lot slimmer and that is a bit sad that we didn't got the chance to watch a rematch.

Thurman is a great pick. No need for MP's staff to push for Mayweather bout if the other party isn't interested anymore. It will just look that Pacquaio is hungry for a rematch. MP promotions have lots of great boxers on the list that Pacquiao can face before his retirement (maybe 2-3 more fights).

Just imagined the first fight took 5 years* in the making. What's more in the expected rematch. Mayweather also saw and witnessed how good Pacquaio at his age fighting young and peak boxers since Jeff Horn. He might think that his record is on the verge of being dusted.
6571  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [EVENTS] Blockchain Meet Ups/Conferences in the Philippines on: May 28, 2019, 05:41:13 PM

OP follow mo iyong NEM Philippines. Madalas sila magkaroon ng Blockchain conference here in Manila. Then post mo dito kapag may updates sila.

Im not affiliated nor promoting NEM just to be clear. Im just amazed sa tiyaga nila magheld ng seminars about blockchain. They discussing blockchain as a whole and not just pure NEM stuffs.
6572  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BITTREX - SCAM! on: May 27, 2019, 10:44:40 PM
Hi everyone!
Bittrex Exchange- scam!
I entered the password as usual, then I was asked to confirm via mail - no problem! Further entered the password from the phone-2FA verification-successfully!
Translated Bitcoins, I bought a little bit, and when I was taken out they blocked me! On the letter - ask to wait! but you will wait for weeks, the ANSWER WILL NOT BE! they steal money!
My account 3 years old, full verification - whey blocked 20 000 USD !

It's difficult to conclude and assume what really happened.

Put up all the details on the mentioned format above. As much as possible, post email or chat logs or something that can act as an additional reference.

Not an assurance that they will respond but with your well-detailed accusation, it can raise awareness that the exchange is sh*t.
6573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 27, 2019, 07:01:47 PM

Kawhi Leonard already does have a decent experience playing in the finals plus the fact that he is the finals MVP back in 2014 NBA finals. I'm expecting no pressure at him playing with the Warriors. Other Raptors players should try to do the same although the environment is really different when playing at the finals (I remembered OKC against HEAT in 2012 NBA finals).

The majority of Raptors playing in the upcoming finals are the same Raptors known for choking in the playoffs. Kawhi literally erased that and we witnessed how he able to make his teammates step up. Lowry the choker now became a good asset. VanFleet is known for poor playoffs performance but also stepped up. Siakam, also part of the choking team surprised us with his change.

Defeating Milwaukee Bucks 4 TIMES IN A ROW is not a joke. It's not won after loss and etc., it's straight! Really hard to imagine. Bucks improvement this season is unbelievable and honestly more improved role players compare to Raptors but why they lose?

Kawhi really extracts what's more to his teammates. I'm really expecting they will give Golden State Warriors a close series match so that we can witness again an intense action in NBA finals. Last time I saw that action was 2016 Finals.
6574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in thinking, Do not worry later. on: May 27, 2019, 05:58:07 PM

New players have lots of considerations before putting money on crypto and that is the usual thing.

We can't just say to them that crypto has a bright future just because we are here in crypto for a long time now.

What we must put in their mind is the risks associated by putting money on crypto and not just a pure speculation that bitcoin will reach $1,000,000 someday. Let them know the possible downsides rather than stick to their mind that bitcoin is a rich scheme process.
6575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will NBA teams start paying Bitcoin to their players? on: May 27, 2019, 04:18:27 PM
Not necessary to create a thread a like this honestly.

You can share your thoughts at NBA discussion thread since after all, we are in a crypto forum so that's not an off-topic question there.

Back then, I remembered we had a conversation there about the same concern. Aware of Mark Cuban? One of the popular team owners in the NBA (Dallas Mavericks, my fave team). Search for Mark Cuba with a term "crypto" at your favorite search engine and you can look at some details you will find at search results. Not a direct involvement about your concern but still a crypto related thing and one step towards NBA accepting crypto.

P.S Search also for NBA team's overall salary space cap and you will realized something. Smiley

Yung passport and drivers license oo enough na yun.

Ok just to be clear, ang ibig mong sabihin iyong sa LBC na ba mismo?

Smiley Mas abala pag ganyan.

Alternative ko for instant cashout is GCASH gamit ang GCASH card. Ok to lalo pag sarado na ang LBC and nasa malayong lugar ako pero may ATM branch na madadaanan.
6577  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Playoffs Prediction Pool(REGISTRATION CLOSED) on: May 27, 2019, 03:28:47 PM

Not expecting to win the competition already since Round 2 lol.

My final bet: Toronto Raptors in Game 7. Yes, Raptors.

Raptors are the underdog and GSW surely has a greater chance to acquired the Larry O' Brien trophy.

It's just that "for a changed" and for fun since I already lost. Smiley

Good luck to top scorers and congratulations in advance.
6578  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase and XAPO questions on: May 27, 2019, 03:03:40 PM

Just did a change mobile number request in XAPO and they required me a Selfie Verification there.

Judging from the procedure, I think standard accounts should now also undergo with the Selfie verification as mentioned above too.

Coinbase, still their usual. But if you care for limits, then go upgrade your account.

6580  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Question for more experience traders! on: May 24, 2019, 06:16:02 PM
Stock trading
- High barrier to entry
- Identification typically required
- Tend to be less volatile than crypto so far

Crypto trading
- Low barrier to entry
- Can be done anonymously
- Highly volatile
- 24/7

More and more crypto exchangers is asking for an ID these days Sad

Then comply for it.

We can't avoid that. We need to accept that while crypto is growing, centralization might need. To minimize the risk of being sh*t, only comply with the reputable exchanges.

You can still remain anonymous though by using a decentralized exchange.
