You don't need a token for that. You can simply just start a crowdfunding campaign, and your project will gain traction if it's actually good. A token is heavily unnecessary here.

In this market, I as a trader know, that, news in advance can change the behavior of an asset, within the platform, I think of adding a system where any user can block their information, in exchange for the token that will be created, to release of information, be, news, analysis.

And what have you planned to promote your token to get funded? No one will know about your token unless you do massive marketing and marketing needs budget I believe.

I know when you will promote your token, your product will also get marketed, but whatever, you need a budget at the end.
