6581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What are your thoughts on ICOs related to the health sector? on: May 03, 2018, 09:25:39 PM
Right now I know they are a ton of different options , when it comes to Health oriented ICO's and I'm interested in hearing opinions right now, the one I have been interested and have been doing more research is Blockmedx.Let me know what your opinions are on this topic.

This is just like the same into this project. https://bowheadhealth.com They do have the same field and this one been start on last year and im on its investors but it turn out that Health region doesnt really have any attention or demand which the project didnt get any support as well.I dont know on the upcoming project you said we wont know if it would be still heading on that way or would have resulted into much better path.
6582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ICO Rating Agencies on: May 03, 2018, 08:39:18 PM
I'm new in ICO, I have my project and interested physical investors, but I would like to process it through ICO. I've tried to register on few trackers, somewhere even I've paid and got some rating, but it seems, that even you have well prepared and real project, without paying thousands dollars, you will not get good rating...isn't it? So, is it really rating, or it is just manipulation of crypto-investor's mass meaning? My project e.g. is https://www.smartcitycoin.io
Get used to it and its always been part of the reality which do have lots of money or financially capable would really have always the advantage compared into those traditional person who do have average funds. We can say its manipulation or truly unfair at all but it do really works on that way and since you are already aware on such process then you cant do anything about it but to embrace. If you do like to be listed or rated you would need to follow up their terms.
6583  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I handle crypto regret on: May 03, 2018, 08:16:39 PM
All of us need time in order to cope for our losses, especially when we're talking about large amounts of investments wasted due to negligence or being irresponsible. You may be right that everyone of us needs to move on but let time do the work in order for us to move-on completely.

Recovery or moving on wont really be an easy thing specially when we do experience it on first time where mistakes do really affect us bigtime and moving on directly isnt really possible which same as you said it does really needs time for us to heal up because into those times we are learning and realizing it too why we do commit such mistake and further on you would gain experience along the way.
6584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: When will the bounty manager distribute the coin after the bounty is completed on: May 02, 2018, 10:48:58 PM
if amazix team ussualy coin can distribute one month after ico end
tokensuite distribute under one month
jamal not duration time, some time fast, some time very long time
in recent years, the manager has become very dependent. Some of them abuse their capabilities and power. But what you need today to wait for coins for a very long time, then this is the reality.
The past and the recent is just like the same where manager do really have the power or capabilities if they would tend to cut up tokens and stakes they can but their capability would really be only limited. Why? because the team would really still have the final decision on giving out the tokens which means distribution will either be handled by the team itself or would be passed up into the manager.Ive seen different cases.
6585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Exchange to use? on: May 02, 2018, 09:43:47 PM
What Exchange do you use and why?
Would vary depending on the coin which i do trade and where its being listed.

What Exchange would you recommend and why?

6586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I saw rating for Rentberry, icoholder=4.09, icobench=4.0. I alraady bought it. on: May 02, 2018, 08:46:28 PM
Just for adding some information:
Simply see some coin or token has been added to a less popular exchanges like Hitbtc , doesn't mean that coin or token is not scam , I remember when Hitbtc added Bitconnect , That was a ponzi scheme scam coin and a defraud and price went down under ground from the sky!
I don't want to say Rentberry is a scam , Just wanted to say Invest with open eyes.

Agree with him.
Do not just look at ICObench or other ICO rating website.
Be better than them, cause that is just opinion of their team or some who did comments to it.
What about you? What do you think about the project that you will be investing your money with?
It is your money so better make it a worthy investment and do not just rush because of ratings. Look at the team, roadmap, whitepaper and also how they will market their token.
Ask them directly, I bet they will answer fast if you just say you will invest. They need you there.
Even myself doesnt really rely into those review sites where they do list out and review ICO on the ones who are paying them.No really knows they do make ratings based on their own which we dont even know if those are biased or purely giving out their fair rate. The decision would really be entirely depending into your in the last phase either you would rely on the information you do read up or you would make some add up on reading up their project would give you the idea.We cant really make any word if that project mentioned on OP is scam or not.
6587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will ETH cross BTC one day ?? on: May 02, 2018, 06:44:12 PM
The market cap fluctuates between each other.  As you know already that the price of bitcoin is so far for ETH to reach. This mostly impossible as of now as you know the bitcoin team is really behind it's constant growth 24/7. ETH team as well is really dedicated seeing it's small contracts success. The small contracts are really in full race mode supporting Ether value grow. ETH is expected to have threefold value by end of this year.
Thinking of exceeding the father of all cryptocurrency is too far from reality but who knows that might one day ETH could surpass the price gap between these two. But for today and tomorrow it is just only an imagination because there is a lot of factor that Bitcoin price could tremendously than ETH so it is by far from reality.
Replacing bitcoin into its throne would really takes time and consideration on all supporters that will able to decide if they fully switch to Etherium from bitcoin which we do see its an impossible thing. You are right that there might be some chance but would be very slim or doesnt even recognized at all and also basing on the entire cap and entire supply of ETH it would be hard to determine or make it possible on reaching more than on the cap on where bitcoin is on now.
6588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coins with price lower price has more chances to moon? on: May 02, 2018, 05:03:55 PM
This is partially true. Not all low price coins will moon though. But you have a good chance if you buy 10 very cheap coins that at least one of them will increase 10 or more times in price and this way you will already be in profit. But you need to sell it at the right time because not many of them keep the x10 price. Look for coins with increasing trade volume and sell them when you see some big sell orders on exchange.
If you do have money. Why not? but what if your money wont really be enough on investing into several number of coins which do have low price? Not all the times they do have the chance. You might able to hit the possible potential coin but would really be on small chances. We should change our mentality to have this characteristics. My own way would really be depending on the things on what i do research.
6589  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress? on: April 30, 2018, 09:52:52 PM
how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress associated with this?  I am checking it every few hours and it drives me crazy and makes me anxious. Is there anybody in a similar situation and how do you cope with this?

PS: I was trying to do this once a month, but I think, I missed the beginning of the bear market in January this year because of this.

Thanks,
Mike

I check it very often which leads me to a couple of times worrying about it every time the prices drop. My partner told me to get rid of checking it too much because it won't really help and I followed it. I am now just checking it whenever needed and as the market starts to recover, it always surprises me.
People obsess over the value of their coins, I cannot really blame them if you have invested a significant amount of money then it is natural to be worried and try to do everything you can to get the most profits, but at some point you need to realize that no matter what you do you need to let the market do its thing, you cannot make it grow any faster it doesn't matter how much you watch it, once you realize that it is a lot easier to not look at the market all the time.
Not only that its always been part of human nature for us to get worried because we are talking money on here which we do really value and we dont like for it to lose.Even myself cant really resist not to check out the price every now and then even i do know that i cant do nothing because market prices wont really be in a rush.If you dont like to stress out yourself then better not to look actively.
6590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins winners on: April 29, 2018, 10:54:08 PM
Speaking about Hollywood coin, I have a bit and I can assure you that it is not for real. I can read trading tape and big volume is just flowing from one hand to another, but they definitely are the same person. When you see 80% increase, it is just someone bought small amount like 1-20 coins ( less than 100$) and they are so tricky. I put my order in front of others several times, but a really big volume someone sold before my order, leaving me out of the game.

Thats always been part of the game.If you arent wise not to notice those gameplays by big coin holders then you would really end up on getting squeezed in the middle. Shitcoins can easily manipulated and expect there are lots of bag holders left tendency to pump is there but would depend on whales or big investors. This do only happen on rare cases and actually those coins doesnt really have any value or worth at all in the beginning when we do talk about potential or real usage.
6591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is Poloniex Dead on: April 29, 2018, 10:18:56 PM
I used Polo a long time ago, probably about a year and a half at this point (that's a long time in the crypto world) For my recent trades, I've fully left Polo and have went into Binance. Though I haven't heard of anyone talking about Polo - the only time I do hear it though is people complaining about it. Is Polo dead? I know at one point it was controlling most of the market.

Talk about a fall from grace. From riches to rags as an exchange I guess
Polo is still breathing as of now but as we can see trading volume do drop drastically and i would say they do deserve it because they dont make any actions regarding into their issues thats why traders do move out into other competitor which traffic and volume been transitioned into other exchange and now making up a buzz. Popularity is now over for poloniex because of such carelessness and dont minding out peoples concern just like the older days when it was still reigning.
6592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Substratum is scam vaporware on: April 29, 2018, 09:46:45 PM
Thanks for the detailed update i am invested in substratum and that CNN coverage was one of the catalyst i was counting on. Did not got the time to verify if it actually happened now confirmed so i will get out of this coin ASAP.
Even myself didnt expect for this thing but somehow if you do have the money you can able to manipulate or use anyone just to shill out your project.Ive seen those things above which do already signifies that this coin or project shouldnt really be trusted. Thanks for the shared up and these would really spread the awareness that this project should really be avoided if you dont like to lose up money.

Definitely this is a faucet site since it do involves on claiming bitcoin usually on these kind of situations on its obvious its always been part of security feature of certain faucet sites to restrict IP's which commonly found on VPN and tor services. If they blocked you then you can chat or sent out ticket on to their support and say such situation. If they wont reply you can just simply use VPN once again and surf the site once again.
6594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC at end of bounty campaign on: April 29, 2018, 07:28:00 PM
If KYC was never mentioned and then required it could be one of two things:  an incompetent bounty manager, or an incompetent ICO organizer who never told the bounty manager (or didn't know) that KYC would be needed.  I value my internet privacy a lot:  I value not getting my identity stolen so I just don't feel comfortable doing KYC!

So what do we do?  If the bounty manager just didn't bother to mention the KYC then of course I would never use them again and perhaps give them a bad rating in the bounty manager threads.

If it was the retarded ICO folks who do this at the last moment?  That is a tougher decision.  I would expect an apology from the bounty manager and some attempt to make it right rather than an 'oh well'.  Complete bullshit if this ever happens.
Not only on those 2 scenarios but rather the 3rd one would be just "Intentional" because management would really saw that there would lots of bounty hunters would back-out due to that such changes or KYC process because most of us here wont really like that process for the sake of anonymity. Ive seen these kind of bounty programs which they dont even tend to announce it from the start and when the campaign ends they do already require such thing this is why as a participant it would be your risk to choose up if you would proceed or not.
6595  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what advice? on: April 28, 2018, 07:42:08 PM
i am new in trading . i want to start trading . what advice you should give me before i start in live trading?

It would help you a lot with your trading journey if you'll have a lot of patience and you should know how to handle and manage your emotions in the changes that you might face here because of cryptos volativity. You should have the willingness to learn and adopt knowledge about trading as well.
true even though you have a lot of knowledge and on how you can be able to manage it for but if you dont have patience this is so hard to take control on just stay calm for everything that we must gonna do for.
Patience would really be a big factor because once you lack of this properties then trading wont really be for you because of very volatile market it would turn out that without patience would only lead or commit for you to make mistake. Adoption and self learning from your experience along the way can be obtained as long you do know how to accept loss and learn from it,these are good qualities of a potential trader.
6596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Should we limit members in one campaign? on: April 28, 2018, 07:07:07 PM
Dear all,
Sorry for any inconvenience for this topic,
I’ve ever joined some bounty campaigns and get some tokens. Bellow are my thinking:
There are some projects attract so much participants, although that means the project is very interesting but it has limited bonus. Result, bonus that each participant receivers from the campaign very small. A lot of participants in one campaign has made so many spams on social networking….
So a question here: Should we limit members in one campaign?
(maybe depend on the bonus value of that campaign)
What are your thinking?
Please share…

Actually we means the forum members right,we can't do anything in these case because the project needs as much as promotions to become more successful so they never limits the participants whatsoever,if you want high bonus from campaign join on the campaign with less participants or in the signature campaigns where the spots are very limited.
It can be classified since there are campaign which do pay on bitcoin and on altcoin which is on bounty campaign. If the company would decide to pay tokens then limitation isnt possible and as you said they would really need exposure as big as possible for their token or project. This is why we commonly see there are lots of participants into a campaign but this would be totally on projects budget.
6597  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Japanese Goverment Reviews Proposal to Legalize Initial Coin Offering(ICO) on: April 27, 2018, 11:31:58 PM
something certainly needs to be done. where will this leave foreign 'investors'? i'd be pretty surprised if the japanese government allow them in. it could produce a walled off market, not that i particularly care.

I don't believe there will ever be an opportunity to control the ICO. It's a dream that will never come true. Governments are unable to effectively manage such projects. Investment funds will be established in order to prevent fraud in this market. That's not the best idea. But I have no other idea.

if the SEC hammers every piece of crap ICO they can find, not that they have the time, you can bet the amount of them will collapse. of course there'll still be fully anonymous ones but there's no way any of the significant exchanges will list them. the net is tightening.
I would rather prefer to have this tightened system as long we can able to get rid into those fraud ICO or projects. If ICO would be regulated gradually then it would be a good step because every investment would really be worth of and tendency on scams or losing out money from investors would be lessen or completely stop when this thing would be implemented.
6598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Any effect behind KYC verification on any project on: April 27, 2018, 11:05:22 PM
The issue of KYC verification this days on any ico one wants to buy is pronouncing. My question is, is KYC really necessary before one can purchase a particular project Ico? Because our documents were mend to be keep confidential and not to expose it to public, and the new rules is not KYC not Ico.
I hope our documents will not be use for impersonation of any criminal activities?
Please I need advice
Thanks

It pretty much only has a negative impact on ICOs.  You are already trusting them with a good amount of money now they are also asking for your private info.
Which means they are asking too much, right? If all investors would not tend to join up to those ICO's who do have KYC requirements then most of them would fail but there are still some consideration into legit ones.It might be risky to give up personal information or documentation but its your choice if you do see if the project is worthy. If you dont like to expose your identity or information then we can just choose another one which doesnt have that KYC.
6599  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Okex exchange, cannot deposit on: April 27, 2018, 10:35:09 PM
Cube (AUTO) is an ERC-20 token, right?
I have searched about the issue and found out that they suspended ERC-20 Tokens Deposit due to a smart contract bug - "BatchOverFlow". Don't worry they will resume it once it is fixed. For the complete info, check their announcement here: https://support.okex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003019292

Ah, I remember reading something like that. Stupid bug bugging me when I don't need bugs Smiley
Sometimes these kind of scenarios can really pissed us down on where we do see selling opportunity but instead on selling it right away we would able to encounter such maintenance or wallet issues which do really suck. Grin
This is why im really keen on checking recent updates of the exchange if they do have maintenance into a particular wallet to avoid hassle or you are already aware on whats happening. You cant do anything about it but to wait.
6600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to manage losses? on: April 27, 2018, 09:57:34 PM
how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of.your token.is hitting down ..? in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?
thanks in.advance..
When you are just starting up into this investing career and do experience your first time loss of money i will tell you that first experience do really last for long but we should really make learning from it because on nextt mistake we would commit we wont be surprised or stress out too much ourselves but rather we would able to analyze on where we do commit such bad decisions. This is on how we should treat it.might not be easy but we should develop ourselves to be ready into these circumstances.
