I don't think that real estate business is suitable for crypto currencies.
I hope all of them will be success but i will not invest them

For now i prefer Bittrex for larger trades.
For small sized trades cryptopia and nova exchange are alternative but i don't trust them too much.

there is tx ids please check transactions if they dissapper then coins will be back to poloniex wallet. 
Here the bigger problem starts. The name of the problem is poloniex support. You will wait for a long time.

These are just rumors. China will never Ban crypto echanges. They just want to regulate trades.
And also they want to regulate ICOs . I think they take action before big ICO scams

I hope they will not try to Ban all crypto coins in China.
And they wont do that cause its a really good income for China.
Please think about Asic Manufucators and big farms in China. Then You will see there is no way to Ban
