I don't think the vision is failed. Satoshi introduced the blockchain technology and even if bitcoin is not used for peer to peer transactions, for sure another cryptocurrency will be used in future for such transactions. Blockchain technology is still new.

I don't think governments are interested to invest in bitcoin. It does not work. Because bitcoin is not the only cryptocurrency. They know that even if they can defeat bitcoin, another cryptocurrency will appear.
And even if you are right and they want to collect bitcoins, less bitcoins will be available and it will cause the price to rise.

It is really funny. I remember there were many posts on forum 2 months ago about price to 40k, 100k and even 1m.
Now we see many posts about price fall to 8k, 6k and 5k.

When the price was 20000 dollar, I expected the price to fall in short term because price correction is a must. At the same time I expected the price to rise to 100000 dollar in long-term. Nothing has changed.
Price will rise to 100000 dollar. But only those who are patient will make profit.

Whales are manipulating the market and they themselves are making some rumors, spreading bad news. They want prices to fall and more people to panic. Soon they will start to spread good news after they fill their pocket.

Just by telling anybody else about the benefits you get from it. One great proof is those thousands of people who became millionaires because of bitcoin. Results and benefits are best for convincing everyone to attract interest from them. These are the best way to promote bitcoin.
I don't think it's a good idea to convince people to invest bitcoin with talking about those who become millionaire. Because we don't what will happen in future and there is no guarantee that price will rise again. Better to talk about bitcoin technology advantages such as decentralization. I think it will work better. |

I think this is risky. Actually not because we put a lot of money into bitcoin then become a risk But when we convert our money to bitcoin, it's already at risk. Because this is the same as we are trading. In trading, there will be two possibilities of profit or loss. If any one read my past posts, understands that I really believe in bitcoin and I know it as one of best investments. But for sure it is really risky to turn all the money to bitcoin or any other asset. |

I read most of the posts in this thread. Most of the people regret not buying bitcoin when it was cheaper. If a similar post is made in forum 5 years later we will see many people regret not buying bitcoin at 2018.
For all those who wish they had bought bitcoin when it was cheaper, now it's a good time to buy bitcoin. Now the price is half of its all time high.

Bitcoin is not supported by goverment in several countries  because they want to control the money and Bitcoin can not be controled because it is decentralized and business that's the number one reason why other nations is not supporting bitcoin,  They think bitcoin can affect their business economy Better not to say several countries. Better to say all the countries. I don't think there is any government want people to make transactions that cannot be tracked. Even if a government have not ban bitcoin till now for sure the government want to ban it or regulate it. |

I think selling bitcoin is the worst decision any one can make now. When the prices are low, it's the time to buy bitcoin. But there are many people buy at high prices, they wait for higher prices. but finally they sell their coins at low price, because they are not patient and they panic.
