I still remember in the begin when i deside to chose between Hashfast and Cointerra, never knew that in my head the devil picks up that fcking idiots.

I am batch 3, have ask my refund already end January,  today already april, still no refund, no reaction, nothing on e-mail support.

For the people that ask now a refund, can wait till August 2014 or in 2015 before they get their refund. Hashfast think we are fools, and playing games with us.

Robin, ik wacht ook op mijn refund, mijn eerste request was eind january, eigenlijk eerder omdat ik toch wist dat ze niet op tijd konden leveren toen ik zag wat ze deden met de 1ste batch .

Ik ben zelf batch 3, en hadden mij beloofd op de dag toen ik bestelde dat ik rond eind january zal ontvangen. ancitipate...
Nu is het zover gekomen dat ook mijn garanteed deliverytime voorbij gaat komen.

Ik vroeg hun beleefd om een specefieke antwoord te geven op mijn refund, de enigste wat hun vertelde is dat ze de refunds in volgorde uitcashen.. en hier volgt het , als je om hun een refund vraagt, sturen ze je een check op en niet eens bankwire.

Ik heb nu al een week niks meer van hun gehoort, ze zitten mij nu te negeren al een week of 2 lang. Ik vraag hun slechts om een duidelijke antwoord zoals in welke week of wanneer ongeveer wordt mijn refund gestuurt.

Maar ze zijn te bang om daarop te reageren. Mocht je een rechtszaak aanspannen tegen hun, of toevallig op reis gaan naar Amerika San Fransisco .. laat het me weten.

We kunnen samen deze ratten aanklagen, ze hebben nog 10.000 usd van mij tegoed en echter genoeg is genoeg.. voor 10.000 usd wil ik wel hun een bezoekje geven. ik ben er helemaal klaar mee.

raskul  You  got a response about your refund? When was the first time u ask for your refund. I am already ask them since end january. And they will only request in the order they receive... I am now waiting nearly 3 months... and they still havent send my refund.
I mail , call them 1000 times and they ingore.. trust me, they also dont have clear answers.. they cant tell specefic datums or name up a week when they send u the refund.

First of all, even if they react, it dont mean nothing, they lie and they have excuses to delay everything, thats why they cant name up a datum. They are to scare to answer that kind of e-mails, because they know they want to hold as long as they can your money.

I heard from people that already ask their refund in december and still havent receive it, so the thing is, they dont request in the order they receive, they tried to delay everything up, because they have lawsuits and they are developing,  that is their priority.. the support and paying customers are not their priority, they can stuck.. that is what Hashfast thinking.

For people that ask or request now for their refund can wait another 3-4 months minimal before they send u a refund. trust my words. Hashfast is worser then Butterfly, they should go on CNN for amazing fraud.

they dont dare that, lol, so i better sue them now. before they go broke.

SO WHAT NOW WHAT? HASFAST USE NOW OUR MONEY TO PAY THEIR LAWSUITS?

Remember that 31 march was the garanteed deliverytime for batch 3, so what is this mean for us and our refunds?

LOL is this serious? Everytime when a month is pass by , they let every batchnumber delay again with 1 more extra month to wait.. (they think they can tell u that that easy) Guys dont be stupid,, ask your money back.. the machines is nothing more worth... 400 ghz u can already buy at antminers for 1,80 btc . And Antminer S2 for 3500 usd...   I have pay 10.000 usd for sierra and babyjet, they cant deliver, i ask my refund back.. and now still wait 3 months nearly..

Im quit sure they not focus on sending refunds , instead of that time they doing and spend time on something else, when it become to asking refunds they have always have a joke or reason to delay everything to only say: your reqeust will be processed in the order they receive.

I already ask my refund for since End January, and now almost April , i still wait for my 7000 usd refund,
They say they will refund my money in the way they receive , they said this since January,

They dont tell in which querie i am, they dont answer specefic datums or in which week they send a refund.

Cant believe that this moron Hashfast_CL promote his EVO boards while whole this tread is complaining. that guy is really disrespect us and diss up front of us. Promote but not give a normal answer. Exactly what they are doing now at the support. They now also do here on this tread.

That bunch of fools still must fix problems with batch 1, thats why batch 2,3,4 must wait longer while its not needed.

Hashfast is only playing with us, there is no querue for refunds, because its a mess, thats why they always have automatic answers. (Answers where you cant go further with it) Ignore the real question)

And cant not give you a specefic day, when my refund will be processed.  Instead of that , make the whole situation worser.. for everyone.

And look how much time everyone already have lost... and for people that have refuse and still waiting for their money.. because they cant deliver the rigs on time, plan-b : people asking their refund, and even if u want your money back , it takes fcking eternity... they fcked people at the moment they have right to ask it.. And oh jeah.. withdraw money from bank to bank or even International bank cost mayble only a couple of days before it receive? And bankwire your whole querue, you can at least withdraw 20 customers daily from the people that ask their refund.

If we really want to make work agains Hashfast, then we must work with each other. Seriously, we should have contact eachother,

I think we should save all the e-mails that was leaked by Hashfast, make a excel document, so we have a total summeray, from which customers are from batch 1 till 4 include e-mails and ordernumbers.

And put it online, for the ones that

- asking for refunds in btc / or in usd   ( batch 1 till 4)
- receive their rigs ( We will also count the days how much they are late) And te ones that already have receive it.
- waiting for their Upgrade +MPP

I have at least arround 100 emails from customers out the leaked e-mail that Hashfast has leaked.
But i hear there are more.. so please if i have missed something, let me know.

I will put a website online, with all the orders in querue so we can see a whole summeray.
Now we not know nothing from eachother.

In that way Hashfast can play with us, what they already did. But i cant hold it longer they have my refund without knowing any in which querue i am. Its so confusing, they always answer the same, like automatic.

Does anyone have a link to the leaked hashfast e-mail so i can reach everyone to ask and to investigate everyone, the ones that have receive or not, or have asking for refund and that kind of stuff. i will make a good list in excel so we have a good summary.

I asking for my refund, but the only thing they said, its that they will process my refund in the order they receive, i mean.. i cant get further with this kind of answer.

It cant takes days,weeks,months, i dont know what they mean by that, for me its just a trick to delay everything.

Its so redicilious and very unrespectfull to discuss on this tread know back in your mind that there are a lot of problems behind hashfast. The only thing what they can do  its promoted their new product and proove that they have the fastest chip.

I mean what does that matter??,

What do you think about your paying customers(first customers)Without our money you had never develop and became on a position where you now at(Because we trust in your company first) And now you bust your first customers and let them suffer?

You should at least answer all unanwered questions, and still be clearfull to your customers.

- With MPP for batch 1
- For all your refund request from batch 1,2,3,4 ( in fiat or in btc) At least for the people asking for usd, at least fix that
- Clearly answer and not automatic answers or answers where you ignore the question
- Shipping time batch 1,2,3,4 the ones that havent ask for their refund and now still waiting

P.S The improved callcenter/support-email where they talking about is all a lie.. they still cant answer question within 1 day like they said. Its all lie.. just not suprise. they tried to save their reputation, but its only a nonslence report so then can at least post something on facebook.
