662  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safest Way to Sell Bitcoins? on: September 11, 2017, 10:31:43 PM
What is the safest way to sell bitcoins? Where can I do so?

you can sell your bitcoin on some exchanger site. or maybe you can use exchanger wallet like for example coinbase (bitcoin to dollar) . or if you prefer to sell your bitcoin in person to person (meet-up) choose only the person who willing/interested to buy on your bitcoin so its easy to both of you to make a smooth transactions.
663  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where does bitcoin get its price? on: September 11, 2017, 10:01:12 PM
Bitcoin has a varying price from time to time. The questions that come to my mind when I learned about bitcoin is why does bitcoin price varies. Where does bitcoin depends its price? Why bitcoin does not have a fixed price?

i thinks its because of supply vs demand circulation, so the price of bitcoin will raise because the supply of it in the market is limited and the demand is totally rapidly higher that what its expected before. like our fiat money there a supply vs demand circulation too in the market so the value of it can be its either high or low..
664  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: September 11, 2017, 09:10:46 PM
We are already in the cashless world and plastic money is already being used by the developed and developing countries much commonly. But we are using all this with the support of fiat. Without them all these cards etc are useless. I don’t think so cryptos will eliminate fiat forever even buying bitcoin is too hard in many part of this globe.
Crypto currencies can never make a cashless society as they will be available for only those who understand them. An illiterate person doesn’t know about crypto currencies what these are and how they work.

Even in today’s era not all of the people are well aware of credit/debit cards. So it is impossible to have a cashless society.
Exactly! There is hardly any chance that we can see a cashless society ever as far as I think. There is a large community of people who are using paper money since quite long. They will never opt for digital currency especially those who are not well educated. We cannot expect a society without paper money.

im on this opinion, without the help of fiat, cashless never exist and cryptos cannot eliminate fiat forever because we all know that the fiat is a traditional mode of payment implement long time ago and fiat is the only one who does symbolize their country to be use. and cashless is for those who understand and totally educated for the use of it..

667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: September 10, 2017, 09:53:54 AM

I guess the best answer to that question is of course a BIG NO! Granted, China is a big contributor for the rise and adoption of Bitcoin and they are primarily the country involved with Bitcoin mining due to very cheap electricity cost.

Now, the Chinese government has its own agenda and I think in the long run Bitcoin can be running against those agenda so they are now thinking of slowly disengaging and disconnecting their citizens away from the cryptocurrency platform.

I know that whatever China will decide on the impact can be heavy on the market and this is shown with the recent decision banning the ICO projects and the unconfirmed total ban of Bitcoin exchanges though it is still a rumor and nobody would want to confirm.

Can cryptocurrency still go on and have a very optimistic future even without China as part of the equation?

not just china are the big contributor for the rise and adoption of bitcoin, there are so many country has a big contribute for the success of bitcoin, like US, US is a big contributor to bitcoin and legalized by using it on their country and including other country who continuing supporting bitcoin so its a BIG NO that the bitcoin will die because of china.
668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hackers are active these days. on: September 10, 2017, 09:26:52 AM
Some bitcoin users told me not to do transactions in these couple of days because hackers are active these days. I want to know is it true? or some kind of rumor? Anyone here who have faced such problem?

hackers are active anytime and anywhere so dont except this day because day by day hrs after hrs the hackers are active. they are every where, so to avoid them you need to secure all of you wallets and seeds and dont tell anybody for this, do not trust anyone in terms of security  of your bitcoin if you dont want to loose your bitcoin. also secure all your gadgets too by not using unknown app/software to prevent/avoid hackers.

671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: September 04, 2017, 01:42:41 PM
So Bitcoin is better than Gold? Roll Eyes

i think it not totally better, gold will last forever and nothing in these world can shine as it in terms of appearance and this is the prof that you are rich if you have some and wear it in public. but bitcoin is more valuable one in terms of investing in. you can get more profit than gold that its hard to find. the mainstream is bitcoin are more profitable than gold as of now.
672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What services you wanna see with Bitcoin ? on: September 04, 2017, 01:28:59 PM
Movies ? gambling sites ? exchanges ? what kind of service you want to see involved with Bitcoin more ?

service in mall. i think if there's an exchanger of bitcoin in mall it is easy to shopping without hassle, or maybe all stores inside the mall are accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment to take easy all the transactions inside. its more convenient to me (us) if that happen.
673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: September 04, 2017, 01:16:08 PM
I've been talking about Bitcoin to family, friends and random people for years and nobody seemed to mind when BTC was under $1000. But now that Bitcoin has reached $2000, people are starting to realize that owning 1 BTC is beginning to be out of reach for the average person.

I've had more people ask me about Bitcoin lately and wanted help buying Bitcoins. What about you?

about me? i try again and again to spread my knowledge in bitcoin to my friends but its a waste of time, they totally dont want to know about it and has a negative feedback. they always says that bitcoin is a networking, that when you do not have a referrals you cant get profit, and dont ever do tell it gain about bitcoin, something like that, so i decide not to force them and wait the moment that i change my life in bitcoin, if that happen i think they will open their mind to believe in me.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/kenrapoza/2017/09/03/russia-opens-first-criminal-case-involving-bitcoin/#5c2dd77d5b6e

Quote
Last week, Russian police arrested three businessmen for illegally trading in 500 million rubles worth of bitcoin, or around $9 million worth of the crypto-currency. The arrest marks the start of the first-ever criminal case against bitcoin sales in Russia, Vedomosti business daily reported on Sept. 1.  The Russian government has a balancing act to do: they want to show that crypto-currencies will not be tolerated as a money laundering unit, on one hand, while on the other hand want to show they are rolling out the welcome mat for bitcoin and similar technologies. It's the latter, or risk losing out on major, global, life changing opportunities going forward.

According to Ministry of Internal Affairs press officer, Irina Volk, the three defendants illegally cashed the millions in bitcoin and are being brought up on charges of  "Illegal Banking". Their names have been concealed. Arrests were made approximately 260 miles northeast of Moscow in the city of Kostroma. The exchange came to light after investigators found an unusual amount of activity in bank accounts stemming from 300 bank cards and sim cards used to store the digital currency. The money was being shifted into different accounts owned by family members, prosecutors believe.

They haven't bought drugs or guns - they've just been trading, and that is enough to be charged with money laundering in Russia.

money laundering is totally a crime, including tax evasion. this news is totally affects bitcoin community to has a bad image because from this people who can use it to illegal activity. bitcoin can transact huge amount in an instant with anonymous identity so more bad people are wise to use this to do some illegal activity. i hope the admin of bitcoin can take an action to prevent this anomaly and wont happen again.
675  Economy / Speculation / Re: why the dump ? on: September 04, 2017, 12:38:46 PM
hi guys anyone here  who knows why all altcoins are down?

anyone expecting bitcoin to hit 4k again?

alt-coins price are drop down because bitcoin is soon to pump again. i think it is the signal that our bitcoin soon to hit $4k, so all alt-coins are affected for this phenomenon. exactly picture of whale moving underwater with some fish rapidly swim away from whale.
676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does Bitcoin affect other Crypto? on: September 03, 2017, 12:56:12 AM
The way I see it is that throughout autumn, bitcoin price won’t be rising too fast because it has already set new records, and it will need some time to settle. And probably that’s the time for some altcoins to go higher.
Yes the cost of bitcoin is going high and high slows and steady and one day it will cover all the crypto in the whole world. This will happen just because the use of bitcoin is very easy and comfortable, throughout the whole world and through the internet. And it will also be acceptable throughout the world, for its easiest way of keeping and using. That’s why it will affect the other crypto.

"one day" you told?  lol .bitcoin already cover all the crypto in the whole word. in a few years it cost a thousands of dollar , from that very fast evolution no one crypto in whole world can get near this bitcoin. so it totally affects the whole alt-coin in the market, like a whale when it moves all the fish around him are rapidly moving from one place to another.
677  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Message to the guys, that didn't buy when BTC was worth 100$ on: September 03, 2017, 12:13:02 AM

678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is useless or is it? on: September 02, 2017, 10:50:11 PM
With transaction costs rising above $1 the original promise of cheap remittance using Bitcoin is officially dead. Without utility Bitcoin use is limited to speculation only and even further what is there to speculate about?

I would like to debate this and gauge the community's response to Bitcoin experiment.

i think its because of the value of bitcoin, recently the transactions fee from all remittance not just than that but all transactions related from bitcoin are raise to its original promise fee because of its value and demand now. more and more people are buying/to have/gain much bitcoin to get them much profit in the near future so the quantity of bitcoin are become much limited because some of the other people are collect them as much as they can and holding it until it pump huge in the market,
679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The next Bitcoin? on: September 02, 2017, 09:56:31 PM
Dear Bitcointalk community,
we all love Bitcoin because it has some great features, but what will happen when another cryptocurrency will be used as much as Bitcoin? Mainly because it has all the things Bitcoin offers but better?
I wrote an article about this idea on Steemit and I would like to hear the opinion of some Bitcoinveterans.
Please tell me what you think and don't hold back your criticism.

https://steemit.com/crypto/@lumining/the-next-bitcoin

bitcoin is the father of all alt-coins so theres no one alt-coin will be much better than bitcoin, maybe the other alt-coin that has a potential to grow much value than itself before but to raise as bitcoin or will be much better than its father? i think its not gonna happen. maybe if the bitcoin died, there will be new cryptocurrency will born and thats the beginning of the new legacy of the new one from the legendary bitcoin.
680  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: September 01, 2017, 01:19:00 PM
If you had your payment in BTC, would you cash out your money or you would wait increasing of cryptocurrency?

i choose to wait to increase because any single bitcoin you spend at the time you cash out, you misses the chance to gain more value of bitcoin in fiat money. so i suggest to wait until it will double the value of it before you spend a little bitcoin as a payment.
