conf files are easy to make. you could just copy and paste and of your other ones into windows%appdata%/magicinternetmoney/ linux magicinternetmoney.conf server=1

Here's my error message when I try to run ./magicinternetmoneyd: ./magicinternetmoneyd: error while loading shared libraries: libz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I think I need to install something but I don't know what. (I'm on CentOS 6.3 LAMP) Any solutions? looks like you are missing a dependency. yum install zlib.i686 |

Most miners are probably waiting for the reward increase, glad I started mining this early last night. It's true that us early miners might even make more coins before the reward increase since the difficulty increase will be even bigger then! Love the coin - but I noticed that the icon is the lower right on Win7 (the notification area) is still the old Litecoin one.
Going to fix that today with the checkpoint update. I notied it last night and had to facebpalm. |

About the premine / eventual amount of money; GetBlockValue() sets nSubsidy to 0 unless the block height is less than 259200 - with different rewards up to block 259200. From block 259200 and onwards, the only rewards are the fees. I don't know whether this was the intention, but this would put the max possible amount of MIM at 5935678000 and therefore the premine of 1000000000 MIM at 16.8% - over 168 times more than 0.1%. Also, the entire supply of MIM would be gathered in 90 days (259200 / 2 * 60 * 24 blocks). So - little mistake, or 'magic'? Whoops, ill fix that right now, long morning! Good eye. Whats your mim address? Ha Since it would've taken 90 days to find the error by testing, it's easy to understand how this would have slipped past the erradar.
