661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: | ANN | Espers [ESP] | New Algo | New Features In Development | Reverse-ICO | on: June 07, 2016, 07:41:42 PM
Thanks for the update! 2 Questions come to my mind:

1) Is the miner in the new update is the version made by Wolf0 that will bring higher hashrate? (GPU)

2) About e-mail messaging that will cost ESP in the future, where the ESP spended will go? To all miner, POR, burned, or other?

TIA and keep up the good work.

10 billion coins on Yobit, where are the owners of these coins? It looks like they are not interested in their coins, very interesting..

If it's on the market.. than i think they are interested in selling them. They see that dev team is working hard & are leaving them there because they know that someone eventually will buy them.
Lets say trader X has 500 million Espers. He puts 100 Million at 1 sat to have some btc to trade on yobit. 100 Million = 1 btc.
Keeps 400 million for when Espers go to 100 sat = 400 btc.

Very optimistic post but we never know!  Cool

My math might be wrong but if someone buys at the current LTC price and the price goes up so much that people can sell at 1 satoshi on BTC market. that would be about a 20x profit. 2 satoshi would be 40x profit. And so on...

Indeed, patience will pay very very well I think  Cool

What about the new S9 14 T/h miner and the new A4 600 M/h scrypt miners coming out very soon. Will they not make bitcoin and scrypt coin mining profitable again. The 600 M/h A4 will earn around $40 a day mining LTC you would only need 3 or 4 of them to earn a good living.

A4 Miner Performance: 600Mhs from 720W at the Wall or 850Mhs from 1020W.

That's prob $60 a day at 850 Mhs ?

You forgot the fact that diffculty will rise with those new miner, so profitability will be much lower.

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange/?market=ESP_LTC

Seems to stabilize around 6-7 litoshi. I think this is a good sign. Of course it will go higher Cheesy But for now, i think it is positive Smiley

Just wait, the new update releases tonight!

Seriously? Can't wait anymore  Cheesy
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Viability of a (Long Term) Mining Career? on: June 06, 2016, 12:16:55 AM
I discovered crypto and mining in dec 2013. That was good time, a 280x gained 10$ /day, but that did not last very long. At that time I purchased 3x 280x and one 290.  I turned off the mining rig in summer 2014 becauseit was not profitable anymore and sold  one 280x andthe 290 (doh!).  I restarted in march (eth of course) and I was out of crypto world in 2015 but I think that was talk about jackpotcoin that was profitable last year?

I did Jackpot coin mining also but that was in summer 2014. But I am pretty sure it wasn't making much more than $0.50-$0.75/day.

Ok so it look like I didn't miss the jackpot... lol  Cheesy

669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Could I use two PSU with this ? on: June 05, 2016, 10:10:20 PM
Hello, I want to put two PSUs to my rig in prevision for futures expansions. Will this item work or do I need something of a better quality ?

That is what I use on 2 rigs and it's work fine.

Okay thank you for your help. If was a bit skeptical about it because of the low number of cables wiring the second PSU cable.

It is just a signal that is needed to turn on the second psu when the first one is turned on.
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining with different gpus on: June 05, 2016, 10:02:48 PM
You can mix the cards you mentioned in the post. I mix 7990 with 390 without any problem so far.

+1 I have a 6 gpu rigs with 2X280x, 2X 370, 2X 290 and running claymore miner 4.4 and it do the job pretty well.

I have 3x 370 on a rig, planning on replacing them with 380s one by one (the PSU will be ok);
What exactly is the process of mixing?
Is it just to install multiple drivers, then run the miner? (i'm using claymore 4.4 too.)

You don't need multiple drivers, install you card, start windows and install cat 15.12 just once

672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Ethereum actually the only cryptocurrency worth GPU mining? on: June 04, 2016, 10:23:32 PM
I don't know anything about Eth. mining. Can a asic scrypt miner mine Eth?

No, gpu only.
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: R9 290x mining rig. on: June 04, 2016, 10:14:08 PM
That is the good thing with claymore miner, it will auto detect gpu, and then apply the best settings for it. Cool

678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PWR] POWERCOIN - Distributed Computing made easy [POW-POS][Nist5] on: May 29, 2016, 01:00:58 PM
Like I said before, no need to rush powercoin will go to exchanges soon all the people in a hurry to sell are stupid weak hands

+1 Not surprised at all, it's always like this with airdrop.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum+Decred GPU Miner v4.4 (Windows/Linux) on: May 29, 2016, 12:59:32 PM
Updated all my miners to 4.4 and set up remote manager and must say IT'S REALLY NICE!

Suggestion: adding e-mail notification on manager when a problem is detected

thanks for as quick as u listed man. every exchanges doing like this in coming days

This type of exchanges can't survive PSP.  These are worthless exchanges with No Trade quantities.

We need bigger exchanges soon.

I remember In 2014 when I was trading that Poloniex was a little exchange with little volume... look at them now. I used empirex.ch to buy some ESP and everything was smooth.
