Open government of the Russian Federation: cryptocurrencies should be recognized as a financial instrument

The Russian government is unlikely to follow the path of banning cryptocurrencies and will soon regulate their turnover in the country. This statement was made by the Minister of open government Mikhail Abyzov, RIA Novosti writes.

"The cryptocurrency factor cannot be ignored and banned in the near future. The discussion on this issue is already underway, both in the government and in the economic bloc and the Central Bank. I am sure that the decision will be made soon, " he said.
According to Abyzov, the authorities understand that cryptocurrencies should be officially recognized as a financial instrument and carefully regulated so that excessive pressure does not destroy the technology itself.

The Minister also recalled the high potential of the Russian technology sector and assured that the government understands the need to support and develop new financial technologies.

"We have good mathematics, we have good information technology. I would like to believe that on the basis of the intellectual reserve that we have, we could create products similar to cryptocurrency. This is a great talent and great ability to create and promote such products," the official said.
Recall, in July, the Central Bank of Russia said that regulation in the field of financial information technology will be a priority for the regulator for the next five years.

Russian President Putin has some attempts. Crypto and Blockchain are the subject of the future, and many times point that Russia should never be backward.
662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 📈 WORST EXCHANGE? for me.. IDEX, the nightmare for human trading. JUST BOTS!📊 on: March 14, 2019, 12:05:56 PM
Just wanted to share my frustration with IDEX exchange..  In terms of trading is by far the worst i have ever seen.. With a so low liquidty the allowance of bots trading make a huge spread, where only it is possible to have profit if you use some bots.. otherwise you will loose hours and hours to find the limit price of each bot, which also could change in a while.
I complained tons of times, and the customer support is really fast answering (i must admit they are the fastest of all exchanges!), but nothing changes.
I just began to think that these bots could be some "inside" job to make a profit... so the perfect business to cheat people, unless they use bot trading!

The number of exchanges under the DEX name has recently increased a lot. But I think it's not really DEX. Probably somehow open to manipulation!
663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: TRX? on: March 12, 2019, 12:51:20 PM
I've been writing about Tron (trx) today and I have a strange feeling with that cryptocurrency. On the one hand, the performance is so good and they have a project that sounds good. But on the other hand there is too much circulating... What do you think?

The Tron Foundation worked very well for a while. Nice deals, meetings, campaigns ... But then there was a Bittorrent deal. While TRX lost interest, BTT became popular. While there has been little progress in TRX recently. Everyone focused on the launch of the BTT, scheduled for April 1st. I think the BTT has a much greater potential.
664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Pumps and Dumps on: March 12, 2019, 12:48:14 PM
Groesl yesterday and today was a gruesome PND ...

So i looked into a few of these PND groups on Telegram and Discord.

More to come, it seems.

I see discussions on multiple boards where they speak of dumping Enjin (ENJ) for 2 days, to lower the price to maximize profits.

On another board with lots of members, the same people talk about a massive pump of Enjin later today, aiming at price of $0.26 per coin.

Members will receive the exact time of the pump by SMS.

Just wanted to know, all you all familiar with these things ?

Pump groups are able to do these activities in certain exchanges. But I'd say there's something you shouldn't mess with. Above all, this exchange can freeze your account and you may end up exhausting.
665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: A free-to-play game where you can earn crypto on: March 12, 2019, 12:45:37 PM
Here is a new game on the market - Glitch Goons.

Glitch Goons is a free-to-play game based on player versus player combat with blockchain elements in the gameplay.

Game is very interesting and I like it's interface. It's not so popular right now, but there is a very nice thing in the game:

When you play Glitch Goons you receive items to upgrade your fighters. When you have too many items or there are items you don't need - you can withdraw it to the blockchain and sell.

Try it and share what you think about it https://www.glitch-goons.com/articles-3-col

I don't play this game ever. I don't any of this also. But I know that there is no way to you can earn cryptocurrencies free! We always have to make a payment for it or do something like bounty, airdrop. I know how these games work. It first wins and promises to earn more. But then, when the player makes an ambition and deposits money, things are reversed. If you only lose time, then you're so lucky.

667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Germany - green light for Bitbond to issue the first digital bonds!!! on: March 11, 2019, 09:04:13 AM
Security tokens have reached another milestone, this time in Germany.

The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) approved Bitbond's prospectus for the issue of the first digital bonds.

The bonds will be represented by tokens in the Stellar Blockchain network and will contain the first fully regulated offer for security tokens (STO) in Europe.

CrowdFundInsider informs that Bitbond expects to collect from 3 to 5 million euros by selling bonds with a hard cap of 100 million euros.
The proceeds from the sale will be used to borrow for Bitbond customers.

According to the Prospectus, each BB1 token will represent a ten-year bond for one euro, with 4% of annual interest paid in quarterly installments. The investor token will also receive an annual variable rate coupon, based on a share of 60% of Bitbond profits. The interest on the bonds as well as the repayment of the capital will be paid in Stellar Lumens (XLM).

Recently, I wrote that in Switzerland property was tokenized for the first time and this is a sensation for all those waiting for legislative decisions of real estate projects using the blockchain technique.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5117849

Today's news from Germany is a milestone when it comes to security token be able to legally offer STO security tokens offerrings, which will be able to pay different dividends for those holding investors.

We've all been waiting for that and, if countries like Germany or Switzerland, give the green light for security tokens and real estate tokenization using blockchain technology (Ethereum and Stellar). In this case, you can expect that other countries will also open up to this type of tokens and start-ups.

I used the elements of this article https://cryptobriefing.com/bonds-stellar-bonds-german-regulators-approve-bitbond-sto/

No country has officially issued an official statement on the crypto coins, but it has begun to issue permits as infrastructure. Moreover, some state-funded projects are increasing. Especially EU countries have been active in this area for a while.

In this project I think it is important that a country like Germany is approved. Germany is one of the most dominant economic forces in the EU.
668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to calculate the bottom of Bitcoin? on: March 09, 2019, 11:51:40 AM
It is almost impossible to predict where is the bottom and where is the ATH! Market react unpredictable when its going down or up!
669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I know who Satoshi Nakamoto is on: March 09, 2019, 11:50:11 AM
So make the Statement #IAmSatoshi and let's rock the community. Because Satoshi is all of us.

Your first message is about I know Satoshi! Forum full of experienced members, friends and experts. They don't know who is but you know?

And we are sick of hearing that we are Satoshi things! We are not Satoshi! Satoshi maybe here, maybe not. It doesn't matter. He (or she...) created a great things for us. Let him go and work for (complete) decentralized world.
670  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market will be recovery current year 2019? on: March 09, 2019, 11:47:02 AM
Step by step analysis of bitcoin market, this current year 2019 bitcoin will be recovery its price and reputation. I think bitcoin will be highest soon or later in this running year...

I think the market is similar to 2015 when I follow the movements this year. After a period of horizontal hike, the uptrend will begin and in 2020 the market has recovered.
671  Other / Off-topic / Re: Russia’s Ruling Party United Russia Launches Blockchain-Based Voting System on: March 08, 2019, 12:35:35 PM
While some individuals and countries (as the case may be) are scared of the technology and talking down on it, some are actually using the advantages it offers for their benefits. The Russian ruling party has decided to use blockchain technology in their voting system.

Local news outlet TASS reports that Russia’s ruling political party, United Russia, has launched a blockchain-based e-voting system, which is expected to be used for the nation’s primary elections that will be held on September 8. Citizens who have passed authorization on the public services portal will have to access to this new voting system.

This is laudable accomplishment by the Russian. It goes to show the world benefits enherent in adopting blockchain technology in our society.

Although the selection process with Blockchain has a very important potential for the future, I do not think that it has fully matured yet. In particular, the 51% attack should be completely resolved. Otherwise, computers that are using public services can manipulate the votes.
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is BTT going to explode ? on: March 08, 2019, 12:28:35 PM
I got that feeling... you know... silence before the storm.

Especially with this coin !

It looks like there's no upwards price movement at all, while we all know there are major players behind the project.

Tron and Bittorrent, what a combo.

So yes, i'm very surprised it's not valued 3 times more already.

Look what happened with Enjin (ENJ) last week... BTT is the next candidate for massive growth in price.

Mark my words....  Wink

Even in these poor market conditions, BTT is already 3-4 times more valuable than its ICO. There should be something visible to rise after this point.
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enjin [ENJ] Coin Gains 400% in a Fortnight as Samsung Creates Euphoria in the Cr on: March 08, 2019, 12:27:23 PM
Crypto coins are now beginning to see the respect and attention they deserve. I think it's very important that a big company like Samsung is interested.
674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you invested in TRX (Tron)? Should you or should you not? on: March 02, 2019, 11:12:17 AM
When I bought the TRON for the first time, its value was 40 sats. In 2000, I made profit sales as part of the rise.
I wish I'd sold them all out there ...

Then I did buy again at 300 sats. But it was clear that BTT would drop after airdrop. It doesn't make any sense to buy it right now.
675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most trending ICO now? on: March 02, 2019, 11:08:01 AM
The title says all. I'm interested to know the top 10 ICOs.

I think the last one was BitTorrent.

Please suggest those ICOs which you think to be successful like BitTorrent at the current market situation.

It's a pretty hard question to answer. I track all ICOs and how the funding continues through trackico.
You can look here.
https://www.trackico.io/ongoing/

But I must warn you that you should investigate the ICO investments yourself. In order not to suffer huge financial losses!
676  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Calls Bitcoin A Brilliant Technology, Even Better Than Paper Money on: March 01, 2019, 01:36:48 PM
We've been saying this for years, but there's no area to consider Smiley

People are now looking hotter than Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, despite the fact that the price drops so much.
677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is the best ethereum wallet mobile? on: March 01, 2019, 01:11:43 PM
Hello community I want to use bitrefill to pay a service that is too cheap, so I want to know which is the best ethereum mobile wallet to send my payment to this platform.

Note: I have an Android device I would prefer an app for android that includes only fees by GWEI, I would be too grateful for knowing your opinion.

What ethereum mobile wallet do you use?

My favorite is Infinito and Atomic wallet right now. I like both. You may enter your PK to this two wallet and you can also get your PK if you want use their ETH wallet.
678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful with your blockchain transactions on: March 01, 2019, 01:06:41 PM
It reminds me of a news program in my country, a few weeks ago.

A man gets into a tunnel with his car. When entering a flashlight attracts attention. The driver was curious ... He came back from the first roundabout and entered the tunnel again. Flash still there! The man was getting greedy and came again third times and the flash was still there. A few days later, they sent three traffic tickets to the man's house because speed limit it tunnel:)

In this friend he succumbed to his curiosity and he may have sent by paying high transaction fee again and again.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Best Cryptocurrency Exchanges for Crypto Trading in 2019 on: February 28, 2019, 07:08:09 PM
The best binance exchange at the moment, big volume and provide daily profits for me.
I give an example, BTT at binance has given me a big advantage.

The BTT has given everyone an incredible opportunity, and the finance thus showed what it can do. Fetch has already done x4.5 for those who bought at the ICO stage, now a queue of projects will form at the binance launchpad.

Is there any announcement about new ICO's on Binance?

I wonder that how long it will keep goes like that. Those who can buy fetch are very happy today.
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing the Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork! on: February 28, 2019, 07:02:25 PM
Constantinople is the most recent framework wide update for the Ethereum stage and the following stage on the guide towards Ethereum 2.0, when the accord convention will move from confirmation of-work to evidence of-stake. These substantial scale code redesigns are regularly alluded to as "hard forks" since they make a changeless break from the current Ethereum code.

Where is the "introduce" part really?

Whatever, Ethereum community has published a blog post at 22nd Feb. The post telling us what they will do their network.

You can read it here: https://blog.ethereum.org/2019/02/22/ethereum-constantinople-st-petersburg-upgrade-announcement/

Summary: They are preparing POS integration. And they are using double names for their upgrade due to delays.
