661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: August 01, 2017, 03:59:43 PM
I just like the feeling when I win. It does not even matter how much. I play some slots at Betat casino and I find them really very fun to me. This is it. I don't throw lots of money at gambling, I just like some relaxing and calm playing... Smiley

Of course anyone would like the feel of winning and that is why it attracts people to come and gamble. However, i am happy for you that you see it as a form of entertainment and not something for gaining money. The games are meant to make you lose so if you treat as gaining money, you will be over pushing yourself.
662  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to spot a gambler addicted? on: August 01, 2017, 03:57:56 PM
No one could really help you to get out on addiction but it would mostly start from ourselves same as you said but there are instances on which you would need a hand if you cant really do it for yourself.Seeking for others help isnt bad at all as long you are really sensible or serious to quit such addiction and as being mentioned on op if you do experience loss better to take a break and calm down before you would able to do wrong move even more.

You know, when a person gets addicted of gambling, he doesn't or maybe he cannot see anything happening to him. Though for a while he may think about what he has lost and he shouldn't do it again, but after some time he would start thinking again about gambling back and recovering the money he has just lost, and that is where the person screws himself.
yes he often focus more on gambling than any other thing happening to his life to to any love one of his family that is the bigger problem of a gambler that is why we also see in his life that he do not care for the better future of their children and do not give them any facility of life.

That is why it is call addiction. They would have lost their rational thinking and also lost their self discipline. However it is not impossible to change, it is just that a lot of support needs to come in to help him overcome. There is a lot of drug addicts who manage to overcome and change over a new leaf. It also applies for gambling addicts.
663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: August 01, 2017, 03:50:38 PM
I do both trading and gambling . I have experience in gambling, but I'm new to trading and I like it a lot .

Would like to know what are you into for trading? Alt coin or short or longing for btc? There is so many ways to play in digital currencies and a day in trading of digital currencies can be more crazy than forex.
664  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with altcoins on: August 01, 2017, 03:48:47 PM
I see many coins around. Even a year ago there were some casinos accepting litecoin and dogecoin. As bitcoin is now really expensive and slow plus some people are afraid of tomorrow's segwit thing, I thought it would be interesting enough to create a poll and see how many people still gamble with bitcoin and are there many fans of other coins. Nowadays the range is really wide, so we have what to choose from What do you think?

I don't see many coins supporting altcoins except for ETH/Litecoin as others are highly volatile. BitcoinRush.io accepts waves too but mostly it will be only bitcoins even after this split. Now there would be faster confirmations too and I don't think price would be much of an issue. Till now no gambling site has incurred a loss due to the price of BTC and users prefer withdrawing coins in BTC rather than altcoins.

Actually dogecoin is quite stable. So far, it is around 30-60 satoshi. It is actually a coin with no purpose but the good thing is that the price is more stable. There wont be much pump and dump action and there is still a certain demand for the coin.

Glad to see that people are finally getting their payout already. I too have the same feeling as i am in the first wave. It was promise on X day but i end up waiting for X + 5 days then receive my payment.
666  Economy / Services / Re: ♠ BETCOIN.AG ♠ Signature Campaign - High Pay - Monthly Payments - Bonuses ♠ on: August 01, 2017, 02:50:34 AM
I just noticed that my payment was received.

I am thinking to just leave the payment in the Betcoin.ag account rather than attempting to transfer it?

Don't we have 12 more hours before the hardfork?  So maybe there is still enough time to transfer it out because Betcoin.ag is not recognizing coin splitting, right?

Nope....Midnight UTC was 2 hours ago.  It's not recommended to transfer your coin during the transition period, beginning an hour before Midnight UTC, Aug 1, 2017....we're in the middle of the transition period right now. You missed it, unless you want to take a chance.

I also just received my payment for this latest stage. I am also going to try to move my btc before the fork and see if got chance to get bcc. Aint it going to happen at 12.20pm, so before still can move about??
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain (FULL) on: August 01, 2017, 02:35:54 AM
Where the first time dimcoin can be traded when ICO ends ?

most of the time, the devs cannot confirm on WHEN their coin will be listed on exchanges, it is up to the exchange admins if they want to list the coin and when they will list it. so we just have to wait for the announcement about it

What do you think is better: listing  on exchanges when there is something real - or immediately after ISO. IF immediately after ISO - the price will definitely be dumped ... And will investors benefit from this? Better -  beta release first  - and then - exchanges.
I think it is always better to get on exchanges naturally rather than paying to get listed.

the best placed exchange this now is bittrex
i hope can added in there, if poloniex i think is very difficult can listing in there
what about placed in livecoin exchanges first I think its not hard to get in the list there and then go for bittrex exchanges so the price of this coin will pump.
i will also suggest for those exchanges where the community of the traders are very high because if you will be listed at there then not a smaller group of people will be able to dump your coin as in the past happened with some coins. Try to start listing on the most famous exchanges and on multiple exchanges to make it more valuable.
yes that is right that the selection of good exchange is too much important. if the coin will be added in a good exchange the reputation of the coin will also increase and hope that people will give good preference to the coin to invest bitcoin there.
i think if the coin will be added in a good exchange then it will have good impact on its price.

I agree that coin is always encouraged to go on exchanges as these will allows the investors or any interested parties to expose to dimcoin and allow easy liquidation of dimcoins. That is why whenever a coin gets into an exchange, the price will increase.

668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: July 30, 2017, 04:07:29 PM
First, before you gamble you should already know and understand the risk in gambling, now if you accept that you will not gonna complain if you lose because that is normal being a gambler, we have our winning and losing days but at the end of the day we should end up having fun.
The risk is high and there is no easy way of making money in gambling, otherwise casinos are now closing their operation.

The risk is high and the reward is also high, atleast thats what I heard from alot of people but for me I only see the risk not the reward. For me that cant win then the only way for me is to play for fun that is why the smaller the amount, the less risk for me the better because Im not looking for a high reward as well. Some people love to play with high risk but not for me

I am happy that you can see that gambling is not for profit. However, there are others who totally keep believe that they can profit from it. So they end up spending more than they can afford and get themselves in more troubles.
669  Economy / Services / Re: ♠ BETCOIN.AG ♠ Signature Campaign - High Pay - Monthly Payments - Bonuses ♠ on: July 30, 2017, 04:04:52 PM
Hello,
I want to know has anyone got the stage 20 Bonus or I am the only one who didn't get it.
After 2 weeks I opened Charms & Clovers one of the casino games but I don't see any 5 credits we were supposed to get Cheesy

you are not the only one , AFAIK many participants if not all of them didn't receive the bonus yet
maybe there is a bug in the bonus section , cause the stage will end in 2 or 3 days and they haven't announced what the prize is

Yup...You're not alone; I didn't receive the bonus either....I don't even use the casino bonuses so I haven't said anything about it....But, if it was the 250 poker tourney bonus I'd have spoken up.

I am glad that i am not the only one that is yet to receive the payment. I have been with them since stage 1 so i believe in the campaign. We just have to be a bit more patient cause the bitcoin will surely come.
670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain (FULL) on: July 30, 2017, 04:03:07 PM
Hi, I made three payments. The first on the 12th. Then sent through my depotwallet address 8 days later. Still no coins. Any word?

Yeah I am having issues too but with my nanowallet. I sent 1447 XEM on July 22nd and haven't received any tokens. It said payout for this phase would occur on July 30 - any reason I don't see my tokens in my nanowallet yet?  Huh Huh

From my experience is that when it say on 30th, it will be sending out waves by waves. So not everyone will immediately receive them. I need to wait for another 2 days to receive.
671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain (FULL) on: July 27, 2017, 09:29:28 AM
Probably this question has been answered before, but I can't find it right now: I invested using NEM so I was never asked for an email address, and now I see on the DIM site "every participant will be contacted via email".

What do I have to do? Where can I register?

Nobody can answer this question?

So far, the payout comes in waves. So you will not get an email immediately when you make a investment. You will have to wait until nearing the next payout date to ask for your dimcoin wallets. Also do take note that there may be a delay as they are paying out manually. I got mine 5 days later as compare to the 1st person.
672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After 1 Aug split can I trade BTC and BCC? Should I withdraw all bitcoins? on: July 27, 2017, 03:12:56 AM
Is Electrum wallet supports split?

Electrum Wallet does not support BCC, only BTC: https://electrum.org/bcc.txt

After reading the text, what i understand is that you can have btc in the electrum wallet and you will be entitled to the bcc also. However, to claim the bcc, you have to use another wallet as electrum wallet does not support, am i right to say so?
673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: July 27, 2017, 03:01:48 AM
1. Faucet can give you some btc but you will need a lot of time, patience and you need to pick the right website.
2. Captcha: you can type text captcha and earn it in dollar then buy bitcoin or exchange directly to bitcoin if you want.
3. You can get bitcoin from the money you collect and play it on exchange to get profit while you keep increasing your capital.
Faucet will take your time and in return you won't earn much. Faucets are waste of time.
You won't be able to use collected money to "play it on exchange"  for next year because amount will be too small(you will be able but it will be waste of time too).
Quote
If you all of that day by day, you will have pretty good amount of btc to use for anything you want
No, you won't, you won't earn even 50K satoshi per day, and you will find solving captchas for peanuts is not really "doing nothing".

You're totally right. I'd stay away from faucets, they're mostly useless... If you save money instead of going to McDonalds once per month you'll have more btc than someone doing faucets 8h/day for the same period

It is true. All these online rewards are not giving much because the reward is also very little. Unless you are talking about those signing up and need to deposit or buy something, then the referral can be quite high. Otherwise, it is always known that working in real life will earn more.
674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mt. Gox coins laundered through BTC-e (Breaking details) on: July 27, 2017, 02:58:24 AM
Depositing funds stolen from Mt. Gox right back into gox, now that's a rather bold move.

I agree. This report tends to exonerate Mark Karpeles of the thefts, but also reinforces my perception of him as clueless as to what was going on in his own operation.

Hmm, still very interesting either way. Following weeks should reveal much more.

Will mtGox customers finally get their BTC balances returned? Imagine the value now, they forced everyone to hodl since 2013...

I dont know the btc will be return to the customers or not. It is now in different hands of people. The american maybe will confiscate and take it for themselves. And even if the btc is return, i think you will only get a fraction of the original amount. But at least it is better than nothing.
675  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC-e.com down ! Police detains the owner . on: July 27, 2017, 02:23:17 AM
This is ridiculous. The Americans have detained a Russian citizen in Greece, for running a Bitcoin operation from Bulgaria. Now they want him deported to the United States. WTF? Why the Americans can't mind their own business.

This is for the good cause of the world. Such criminal acts are not to be encourage. I am also one of the affected victim as i still have some coins in the exchange but justice still need to be served and it is right that we capture the culprit. I would see this as an international effort to work together successful. It is so extremely hard to make this raid a success.
676  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-E down all day? on: July 27, 2017, 02:19:58 AM
We're screwed... Undecided

well, those who used BTC-e...you are one of them Smiley

i am also one of the affected one. Btc-e has been with me for a long time. I didnt really keep my coins in btc for long but there is still a bit of coins left in there.
677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: July 26, 2017, 03:07:40 PM
In Islam, gambling is a sin, but my country allows it for some reasons, maybe because the government takes 20% of the winnings. And since my government is poor, it surely wants to get free money. Gambling is a sin because men should gain money by working and make efforts to make it, not get money from a game in which the other opponent loses his money and get sad out of it.

For a Muslim, gambling is a sin. If you are a Muslim, you keep sinning whatever you intend, gamble for fun or to make money, gambling remains a sin. Wherever you live, even though your country allows gambling, your religion forbids it and keeps it sinful if you gamble.

This is what is happening in malaysia. If you are a muslim in malaysia, you are not allow to enter genting casino. However, if you are a muslim from other country, as long you show the passport that you are not local muslim, you are allowed to enter the casino. So some of them would even sin and addicted in gambling.
678  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: July 26, 2017, 03:03:32 PM
For me, gambling is only a source of entertainment. I can play with a great pleasure on a demo account and do not lose my money in a rush of emotions.
Do you realize that gambling on demo account without real money involved isn't gambling?

Well, you are right cause you didnt risk anything. Overall, it is just a preparation for gambling. sometime, you will need to have a non gambling method to get you to gambling. So the demo is very crucial for a lot of people to get attracted and eventually gamble.
679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Build a dice game with me on: July 26, 2017, 02:58:05 PM
The dice game/btc casino is not difficult to make. It is more about how are you going to make your casino stand out from others so that they will come and play in your casino instead. Some of them have promotion, bonus deposit etc. Others have signature campaign, twitter campaign etc. And how are you going to sustain the customers after they play?
680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain (FULL) on: July 26, 2017, 02:46:39 PM
im selling 8400 coins for 70 usd worth of btc. Who wants it?
The project is a new and very promising. Have patience and you will get a good profit from your investment. Think about those who regret not having the patience to wait and sold all his bitcoins when the price was at the bottom.

Patience is one of the traits you must have when you are holding an alternate currency the same as bitcoin. These digital currencies is pretty volatile and we don't really know what might happe to their prices.
The best thing to do with thes altcoins is to wait patiently and hold them in the mean time. For the better result, you must be active on some news that might affect it's price.
Who trusts the news? Many media are controlled by oligarchs and therefore constantly spread fake news. The panic in the market crypto currency provoked the media instead of trying to explain that nothing bad will happen. Do you think it was an accident?

The interesting thing is that when i see some facebook advertisement on bitcoin exchange, a lot of people are bashing bitcoin and saying bitcoin is a fake. In my heart, i am laughing in my heart cause i have already have gained a lot in getting in bitcoin and it open up a whole new world to me.
