I dont like your comparison, why bitcoin would representate the hell? bitcoin is just only money, and every person controls his money by different ways, we all spend our money in what we like.
If a person buys drugs with bitcoin, then that is his fault, he would be damaged by that... But i dont think that bitcoin is a ticket to hell because of that.
with your terms, then paper money is dangerous too..

hi all currently what alt coins is worth the invest?
I really won’t advice anyone to invest in altcoins because they aren’t as developed as the main bitcoin, though altcoins give you a chance for returns when their prices increases, but what if their prices don’t incresas Wow si if you dont like altcoins what are you doing in this forum? or why are you giving that opinion? here we all love altcoins, and if you are earn bitcoins you must know that altcoins are rising much faster than bitcoin price. maybe one day you wake up and ur altcoin made a 200% in just 24 hours, maybe more. and making bitcoin grow a 200% is making it worth $14k, so it is not that easy. Take a look at the charts. |

I bet everything on that Ethereum and Waves are gonna be the rocket coins of 2017.
Its easy to know that, everybody loves those coins, ethereum is #2 in every market, and waves is above the #10 but it is a very good coin, and everybody knows about the potential that it has.

Saying that bitcoin is dead because it dropped $500 in the last week is stupid... by the way, it is already at $4,4k, so the $500 are in the past now..
If you are holding crypto, then you must know that this is how the market works, pumps and dumps, that is it, everytime, with every altcoin.

If you want to succeed in trading you have to study it by reading books and applying it in real bitcoin trading or you can also apply it in mock trading, theres so many mock trading site where you can apply what you have study. I reccomend you study swing trading for me it was the best trading technique. Goodluck to you. 😁 Reading books about trading will never give you any good knowledge of trading and if you want to learn it then you need to spend actual time on trading sites and gain practical experience of how trading works and there are many tutorial videos available on youtube which can give you exact idea of how trading works you can take support from there. - I do not think so, I see a lot of useful knowledge from books about trading, knowledge in books is the accumulated experience of many professional traders who work in the market for many years, especially talk a lot about psychology, emotions and trading process, it is very good and can be applied in practice. Practical experience is good but too risky so you need to learn the knowledge from the book to limit the risks and deal with the mistakes you make. Yes, i dont understand why so many people advice to read thousands of books before trading crypto. That is useful, i get it, but i started trading forex without any knowledge (forex is harder than crypto) and i got very good results. I invested one thousand and in two months i had $1,8k. Then i started doing cryptotrading, indeed, trading altcoins is easier than Forex, and i think that nobody has to be an expert to earn money on the market... It is just buy coins, and sell |

I think that the best booming ICO's from september are gonna be BitDice and Kickico.
Kickico is one of the best out there, i am not saying this because of i am wearing the signature, it is just because i really like their project and how are they developing it, i really trust on those guys and in the project.
And bitdice is because of the same, it really looks promising, i suggest everyone to take a look on both icos.

Yes i am very happy to see that pump, yesterday it was closing at 175 satoshis each coin, and at the moment it is at 207 each, at least 25% increase in less than 12 hours. It was time to see a pump already, i hope we can see siacoin like in the old days... like at 400 sat each, that would be wonderful.
i dont have siacoin anymore, i get bored of that coin, but good luck for all who are holding it.

It really depends.. one bitcoin is not too much money, and you can not diversify it too much.
Max you can do is diversify in at least two coins, but i wouldnt do that, i know people who really likes diversifing their cryptomoney and they own more than 10 different coins (but most of them have more than 10 bitcoins worth in total)
And there is people who have 0.10 btc and diversify in 10 coins, then if you do this, you are probably not gonna get any profit.

The max price i can expect is just $0,40 or $0,30 at the end of the year, lets be realistic people.. it is pretty impossible to see a $2 price in just 3 months, and it is ripple, i have never seen an altcoin that grows so slowly...
But i have a little hope about this coin, maybe we can see a $0,50 or maybe more, but we can not expect too much.. It went from $0,20 to $0,40 in two days and now it is closing under $0,19

Yes, i do believe in that bitcoin is gonna reach that price, it is so easy man, just like all the other replies that you had in your post.
Bitcoin was $2500 after all this mess, and now it is upto $4,4k each btc, it can easily go to $5k in a small pump if btc gets hyped.
So a lot of people are expecting that bitcoin is gonna surpass that price in less than a month, and most people thinks that btc will reach at least $5,5k or $6k at the end of the year.

Well, at the moment i am just holding a few altcoins that i trust them so much, and i have an important amount of money invested on them.
10% of my portfolio is on bitcoin.
20% is on ethereum
30% monero
20% waves
20% litecoin
I think that those are the safest coins that are here on the altcoin market at the moment, a portfolio like this is giving me a good return, in the last week i earned more than 8% profit from that.

Ark is doing a good job at the moment, they are putting all the effort in making this coin a success, it has a lot of features that other coins doesnt have.
I have some Ark, not much but if it pumps a little more then i will have a good amount of money.
By the way, it is so cheap right now, i am thinking about buying more, but i am investing in too many coins right now and i dont like having too much, lol

I think LTC could be the one to surprise a lot of people, the fact that its less volatile lends itself to actually being used as a decent currency.
If bitcoin keeps rising in terms of price and demand, the litecoin would simply follow bitcoin. We know Assians tend to invest Money in litecoin and they have big mining facilities for litecoin. This could bring up new price inflations for litecoin of course. And they like to manipulate the price. Yeah that is right, but if bitcoin rises for about $150 - $200 , litecoin only rises less than $1.. I have been looking at the market all these days and that is what i found out. And its price can drop easily, i think litecoin is a good investment but its price is a little bit hyped.. Once it touches $50 again or maybe $48 i think buying it could be considerer, since its price its freezed i dont think it will pump soon |

Nope, i am just holding every payment i got, every money i earn online, everything.
I just ask everyone who hires me to pay me in bitcoins, then i convert it to altcoins, and its done, a lot of profits for me.
why would you like to cashout your btc? for buying a coca cola? a t shirt?
Better to wait until it reaches a high price, and then cashout

Well, i store all my coins in a Ledger. But if you do not have the enough money to afford one, then you should consider about using those hardware wallets that you wrote.
Waves is a good one, but dont support much of them.
MEW is a good wallet, and also it support almost all tokens that are on here.
Exodus wallet too, but i remember that i only supported omisego,dash,eth and bitcoin.
But having an offline wallet is always gonna be the safest way.

Yes, waves is so interesting and i think we all in here like this coin. Waves represents 50% of my portfolio, so it is an important coin for me. For the last two days waves did a 25% increase, it is amazing but it did. There are a lot of coins that are dumped and wawes only keep going up.
So yes people, invest now, coin is still cheap.. i am still buying until i reach a nice sum.

The only way to make bitcoins with bitcoins is trading  that is the only way you can get more amount, so if you wanna make btc, login in bittrex or poloniex and start trading, but first try to practise a bit. Another way to make btc is just investing in ponzies, but it wont give you much profits, since 8 of 10 are scam, but at the beggining of all of them, you are always gonna earn. |

Yeah i think it can be possible, i dont wanna be too optimistic but i think it can really happens, but it would take so much time, if paper money dissapears then everybody should know what bitcoin is, how to use it, etc. And that is something we dont have right now, only a few % of the population knows what bitcoin is. So before it happens, we need more promotion on social media, or in mass media. Without promotion bitcoin is gonna be for a targeted group of persons.
