Umm, effectively he already is paying you per activity level, isn't he? I mean, how would it profit him if people weren't posting a lot? I think right now it's already a pretty perfect and balanced way of rewarding people for posting, while rewarding people with a higher rank! Just pointing this out for you: I do have plans to switch to a flat payment/pay per activity within 1-2 terms after I figure out pricing.
