661  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dota 2 becoming LoL? on: April 27, 2017, 10:36:09 AM
I watch my kids and their friends play LOL but the don't play Dota2. They tell me its more complicated and harder to play. I've seen both games running and they look the same to me.

Here in our place LoL is usually played by kids, I mean mostly kids. They also play Dota and this FPS online game, Crossfire. I don't really play LoL because I am a Dota2 ppayer because I don't understand the game at all, or maybe I am just used playing Dota 2 that LoL
New players in the moba world start with LoL, thats why all the kids are there. I started with the original dota around 2005, had been playing lol and dota2 for years, but honestly atm HotS is the only moba I enjoy.
662  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dota 2 becoming LoL? on: April 26, 2017, 10:32:39 PM
Nah is not becoming lol
Always dota will be forever dota
nope. dota2 is nothing similar to the real dota.

UBIQ is just a fork right? And usually Poloniex donot list clone right?
ETC, EXP, UBIQ, MUSICOIN are all ETH forks.  2 of those are listed on Poloniex.

This is why I've moved all my trading to Bittrex, actually.
Ubiq and other worthless shitcoins are not listed on polo for a reason. ETC and EXP are listed because they might have potential.

Are you aware that you should use your full account name like xcyv@exchange.com or something that Microsoft gives you not just with xcyv.
Try to login to exchange services.

Hi all. Just a quick update tonight.

Trolls on this Bitcointalk thread

Just to recap:
We made a conscious decision to make this an unmoderated thread.  As such it is open to the public to act as they please so take anything you read from a random poster with a grain of salt.  The Ubiq team and community does not engage in using sock puppet Bitcointalk accounts.  There are pros an cons with this unmoderated approach but we maintain our viewpoint that we are a long term project and there will be short term and long term people involved with the coin.  We are primarily focussed on the long term participants.

The best place to interact with the community is Ubiq Slack.  http://slack.ubiqsmart.com

Here is what you can do to counteract trolls.

1. Ignore them.
2. Report them to the Bitcointalk moderators. With enough reports from different people, the moderators will listen and delete their comments and/or ban their accounts.

After you Ignore a user it looks much more pleasant like this. Cheesy

Unfortunately there are only so many shifts that a person can work at Walmart per week as a "Part Time Associate". This leaves certain individuals with a lot of time on their hands during the day.  As a group, we can do what we can to combat this.

Novaexchange voting

We are currently listed on Novaexchange for voting (https://novaexchange.com/addcoin/).  You can vote once per day (switchover is Midnight GMT+1).

After a bit over 2 days of voting we currently have 82 out of 250 votes required.  We are aiming to have a second exchange by the end of the week so every vote counts!

Official blog

We have started a new blog at https://medium.com/the-ubiq-report/ that you can follow. Eventually the URL will be http://blog.ubiqsmart.com

Medium is a great platform as it allows us to publish a "publication" with multiple authors to aggregate content.

Don't forget to follow our blog!

We plan on putting out lots of updates.

Thanks! More announcements to come this week!
It does not matter how hard you try to ignore gembitz, he has so many alts like stars on the sky.

If it was not clear already, ignore gembitz, he is in no way involved in the project.

$UBQ is not listed on yobit

he is a paid shiller, but not the smartest one, so he is probably involved somehow.

679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v11.1 (Windows/Linux) on: February 13, 2017, 05:26:39 PM
Can someone tell me how to remove a driver version totally from the pc? I mean I updated from 16.12 to 17.1 and from that point I can't update, only if I remove the AMD app, but something still remains. After I updated 17.1.1 to 17.1.2 latest version of claymore exits without any error message, but 11.0 works fine. Rolled back to 16.12, the problem still remains.

You can use the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx.
DDU-Display Driver Uninstaller. The folder on disk-C/AMD you can just remove.
Thank you guys, sorrily none of them worked, looks like only a total win reinstall can help. :S

Use DDU: http://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,20.html It's always working Wink
I tried exactly this one, after that installed 15.12: claymore 11.0 worked 11.1 not. Tryed to update to 16.12 -> update was partially successful, the AMD software was on 16.12 but the driver version still 15.12.

If the update was partially successful then the drivers are there and installed...how many GPU's are you using? Use GPU-Z, which version does it show there?
It's my gaming PC there is only one 380X in it, GPU-Z shows 15.12.

I'm using for my 7990 Crimson 16.11.5. I tried also Crimson Live edition but it was not working, so maybe for your 380x it's better 16.11.5. Use DDU and then just install 16.11.5 and see how it's going...
Everything was OK on 16.12, this problems occured after updating to 17.1.1, and now it doesn't matter what driver I install, sgminer and zec miner 11.1 refuse to work, but 11.0 is working regardless to the driver I install.
