Correct . A graphic designer should always send a unique design to his customer as one always expects to receive a unique logo or design for their service/project or whatever. This situation is little bit complicated as TurbacoLiam didn't mentioned about unique design and used non-copyrighted logo (as i checked - feel free to post if I missed something) and also Uk_Guy confirmed he was happy with results without checking it if the logo's already there or not.

Anyway IMO TurbacoLiam is at more fault here since he wasn't aware of the normal ethic that graphic designers follow that they should provide unique design to their customers.

Since logos and designs were already somebody's work and it later came on that Uk_Guy was unsatisfied with the result then Uk_Guy should now not use it on for his service for which he asked OP to make banners and logos. But if if he still wants to use the logos and banners then TurbacoLiam should be compensated but not in full. I think in this case it should depend on Uk_guy whether he wants to or not or how much he wants to compensate for his work depending upon the work he put on more on modifying the logos and banners further.

I expect both parties to understand the situation and come up with something more suitable to resolve it than above if they have in mind.

No it doesn't has any escrow feature yet. Every time you visit a link to a satoshibox uploaded file, it says somewhere on page :
"We are not responsible for uploaded content. Bitcoins goes directly to file uploader, we can't provide any refunds."

I think also it will be hard for the site owner to judge if the file was delivered as with promised features or not if you encountered with some problem where you downloaded the file not as expected or promised by the seller.

Not only they gave me the upload date of the file link but also they considered it as a good suggestion which they will be soon adding it on their site (about upload date against the file to be mentioned on the page) .

Yeah I guess they used ad network site- a-ads.com to create an ad campaign if I recall correctly. I don't know if it is the main reason as the concept of the game is unique but surely such promotional technique helps to reach and cover mass bitcoin users.

Since your game is real-time based and bet was confirmed later, maybe his bets didn't processed in your site but in that case at least you should have refunded BTC. Just because that you saw it unconfirmed and the game didn't rolled doesn't means someone is a cheater.There are many onchain games like Luckyb.it etc. which only rolls the game after confirmation but I have never heard any onchain games running theory of not processing/refunding bet if the bet was confirmed after some hours or took time. Also I think your game wasn't developed to process stucked transactions in which I think bets above of PuraPuraBego should be refunded atleast.

Site lacks good and effective promotion. There are many promotion techniques. I would say promoting with promotional games just like Bitsler did or outside the forum with banners like bitkong did are something that are great. They both were new sites and within short span of time they managed to get nice user base.

You can also come up with something on your own. It is usual that some promotion techniques might not work but some might turn up as gem cards for you.
