6601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did you agree that for crypto to continue growing we need a large huge volume?? on: April 27, 2018, 08:36:48 PM
Did you agree that In order for cryptocurrencies to start growing again, institutional money need to enter the market making the prices soar - That may will cause an  increase in volume, making the big players re-enter the market followed by the new wave of adopters. Wink
Yes i did, Because money flow can help crypto to put more daily trade volume in the market. More volume means there will be more demand and interest to buy more and more crypto as much as they can and that will be result in big bullish trend.
I share your point of view, because more volume of trade can be interpreted as a measure of the endorsement and faith in a coin. It goes to show how liquid a coin have probably become and until a coin is liquid enough, it hold little or no attraction for institutional traders because the market could hardly fill their orders. So we can conclude that the entrance of institutional money into cryptocurreny is a welcome development, though there're set backs also.
Entrance of money which we dont even know on what would be the sources either on institutional money or just purely basing on investments of certain investors or traders but well as long theres a big volume no matter which they do came from as long we can able to ride on the waves then it would really be just fine.Continue growing is already happening but it doesnt necessarily to have large volume.
6602  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Massive loss 40% underwater on: April 26, 2018, 09:25:53 PM
Here's what you have to do. Avoid all of the advice you see on here, see what your risk tolerance is AT THE MOMENT and then decide what is best for you. As there is really only two decisions right now, you have the decision to cut your losses and get whatever you can back (writing off the rest for tax purposes) or holding on and seeing if you can recover.

Do whatever you CAN DO, no one else can help in this decision as we don't know you.
If you believe all that, you'll believe everything! Most advice you got here are off people's experiences and who else would you lend your eyes to, than the one, who has been there and done that. You need not just to research about the market, but to comprehensively learn how the market works, that's where you will find if cutting your loss can be said to be a desirable solution or yet another problem!
Cutting loss doesnt always signifies a mistake for a common trader it would rather be beneficial for you or a true disaster which means this would really be on case to case basis. If you do believe on the project then you should hold on and dont sell if you saw that this would be the best time to exit and getting out even on loss then you should really make such decision.
6603  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: is it rewarding to be a bounty hunter? on: April 26, 2018, 08:39:26 PM
is it more rewarding to be a bounty hunter or airdrop is enough? i start as a airdroper and now i want to be a bounty hunter. any suggestion?
You want to have experience for being a bounty hunter? if you started out as an airdropper and you think that's enough for you then you must stay with it.

I doubt it that you can join any bounty since you are still a newbie. Try to gain some merits by helping the community and posting with quality.

But if you can't there are some other ways for you  to join a bounty, like translating, blog making, etc.

Presuming that op is already looking for an alternative income then it turns out that airdrops doesnt really give him enough money which is the truth on this case because most of all airdropped coins are just total trash or doesnt hit up exchanges.Joining up bounty campaign is possible with newbies but only to the point on social media campaign like twitter or either translations.
I would say bounty hunting is much more worth that on joining airdrops alone by the way you can have both and theres no need to choose up.
There are some bounty campaign's that allows newbie to join their signature campaign but it's hard to look for that type of.

It's a sad fact that if did chose the wrong bounty + airdrop he's just wasting his time and effort for joining that bounty.

Adding another tip, if he's good in making some logo's, signature or he has a very good writing style he can start offering these bounties making a good review that will be published to a news website.

As of current bounty campaigns i didnt even see a single camp that do accept newbies. They would really do such thing because it would really be prone to abuse since creating new account is way too easy unlike on setting out minimum Jr. ranks then its the most common required rank for a bounty campaign. You are right the risk involved on bounty campaigns on where you wont able to be paid out of your work which will totally waste up your time and effort.
6604  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Liqui disgrace on: April 26, 2018, 06:43:48 PM
I'd suggest creating a new thread in the Scam Accusation subforum rather than posting about this here, or making a new post in the thread linked above. I haven't had a great experience with Liqui in the past either (with Iconomi in my case), though not to the degree that some people are experiencing right now.
This is the only time i do make use of Liqui exchange into those times that im selling of my Iconomi coins back in the past and after that i didnt tend to lean back and make use of their exchange and now im do see some issues with liqui exchange which still unresolved. Exchanges nowadays are not really safe or they are prone to issues but as long they can able to resolve it they would retain their reputation or position if not then its better to avoid such site.
6605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Strategy: holding but trading on: April 26, 2018, 04:44:44 PM
Do you guys think that it is possible to be successful if I want to hold ( a year), but  look at the charts only once a week (even less), then  trade only if I see a huge loss? Let's say I set a loss of 10% now, will I have to trade a lot?

Thanks in advance
Decision would be entirely depending on you which if you do see negative on your folio since you are going for long term then it shouldnt really bother you at all since those price fluctuations is always been part of the volatile market but sometimes you would really be tempted on making trades into those things.Instead on doing active trade its much better to buy even more yet in the first place you do trust up the coin and then seeing it on cheaper price would really be an opportunity.
6606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Save time by choosing Bounty! on: April 26, 2018, 04:02:10 PM
~snip~
These are really just basic ideas and  i would say that this is not really able to save you up some time but rather spending lots of time if you do make check up on each one of those things. From to its whitepaper itself it would really already give you some long time to read up this is why people are going lazy and skip other things and go ahead without analyzing too much which results into loss of investment. If we do really value our money then we should really do on what should be needed.I appreciate your effort on writing up this one though.
Many thanks, but I also consider the time for the campaign itself, because it will be insulting if you just waste your time and do not get anything in return
As a bounty hunter, who wouldnt got insulted on where we do our hard work on promoting them but in the end they didnt pay us on the amount of tokens which we should deserved? For sure we would really react such thing but the kind of risk cant really be avoided since its always been part of bounty programs which no matter how we do try to analyze we do still have the chance on not getting paid.
6607  Economy / Marketplace / Re: A tool to avoid scammers on: April 26, 2018, 02:58:04 PM
Just found a new tool that I wanted to share with you all. If i knew who to watch and listen to from the beginning I wouldn't have lost so much money.... so here's to helping out the newbies. Cryptoinfluence.io has list of the most credible YouTubers ranked by the community and lists all the scammers you should avoid! It also provides comprehensive data on the user allowing you to do your analysis and look at their target audience/predict market movement. Enjoy my friends!

Site seems good to see for newbie's but not all of the people are aware that this kind of site exist, But that site still no guarantee to avoid scams since aslong as there are people who wants a referral bonus and brag those newbie's into dirt hole then there are still more scamming will be happen.
Even myself isnt aware on this sites existence and when i checked it out ive seen personalities or profiles i dont know if its an accurate list or not but as long there is already a history of scamming then it would really be considered to be valid one and should really be avoided.I do see Crypto influencers i dont know if what would really be the purpose of those persons? Might be effective or worth to follow or just total crap.
6608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Correction incoming? on: April 25, 2018, 11:37:48 PM
Going up for many days.

Is the market due for a correction?
Why not?
We should really expect such thing because market wont really just go up forever or for a long time. There would be always a price correction which i do treat it as a normal thing because this is how market works. Price increase and price decrease on where buyers and sellers do make activity and making out profit on such movement.Price volatility would always shows price increase and decrease and nothing to be surprised on.
6609  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking for advice with trading bot on: April 25, 2018, 11:10:40 PM
First, I would like to understand better how they work, anyone has a good recommendation?

Which one is the easiest one to use? I found this one: Haasbot 2.0, but it seems a little complicated , and another thing is that I don't understand how they charge, and I am kind of skeptical about scams.

Either which trading bot you would use up,you wont really able to understand it on how to use it when you dont have sufficient knowledge. There are free trading bots i have Tried Gunbot. Its quiet complicated but if you are already aware on the terminologies on trading you would able to set-it up with ease. The hardship do only occurs when you dont have any idea at all towards trading and the terms.
6610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Based on statistics on: April 25, 2018, 10:30:40 PM
Based on statistics and Analysis I recently found out that 2,500+ ether users were hacked just within the range of 19th to 25th April, those it mean that ether wallet are no longer secured again or what is going on.. something have to be done to stop the rate of hacking.

I think ether developers have to be in questions.

What are your opinions?
Would you mind on posting more relevant information? Address? Source of news or any visuals that would collaborate with your statistics and analysis.?It would really be hard to presumed if details are lacking but one things rest assured that hacking of tokens would be always present on this digital world. Due to carelessness of newbie token holders or just purely on phishing out or bruteforcing tactics. Therefore as a token holder we should set out max security and awareness towards our token holdings.
6611  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coin Market Cap SCAM!!! on: April 25, 2018, 09:49:42 PM
Guys if you havent heard already theres supposedly a huge SCAM going on with our favorite Coin Market Cap, check out this video towards the end he dicusses it:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ql-_TZH9rc&t=812s

and what do you guys think is going on?

Well Its hard to believe. CMC is one of the biggest website and they are getting a lot of revenue by high amount of traffic to their sites. If they are doing such shitty things in exchange of money, they will lose their trust and repo and will no longer be able to attract such high viewer ship.
I hope it was a mistake and they keep on giving us right information.
We arent still moved on to this issue? Coinmarketcap is already fully aware on such thing and they might already able to fixed up those numbers which didnt even mind to be updated.I dont see this would really be a big issue  unless if they would really see pure manipulation on marketprice then it would be really risking their top reputation when it comes to checking out market prices of top coins in the market.
6612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Rebellious conversion on its own blokchain leaving erc20 on: April 25, 2018, 09:28:36 PM
Generally speaking, if a blockchain product wants to create its own blockchain, it's a good thing and could mean price will go up. But i thought this development isn't due until Q3 of 2018, if they should release the product ahead of schedule it would mean they are on a fast lane with respect to their timeline and might bring them to limelight. Although with too many PoS blockchain platforms already in existence, one would wonder why we need more? However, they seem to have an impressive use case prospects.

I dont know if you are alts to each other or just purely copy pasting on other comment. You should be banned and qouted this one for reference.

Going back to topic, I do rather prefer projects which do have their own blockchain rather than on putting itself up on the trend which we do commonly see that tokens are basing on ETH or erc20 platform which i do see its already flooding out into the market.Once a project do have its own chain i do really believe that it can progress even more.
6613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Prediction : Dream or real ? on: April 25, 2018, 08:59:55 PM
It is almost the end of April 2018 and I think it didn't happen. Right? Or did I sleep for a long time and didn't see it?  Grin
It will always be a prediction, even if it came from a known man or the best in the analyst world of economics. There is accurate prediction when it comes to the bitcoin market. Maybe if you can talk to all the whales then somehow they could do a strategy to make bitcoin move. It is a risk though.
No man on this world or a trader would able to point out on what would be the price in upcoming months or in the future. We do see lots of speculations into popular personalities when it comes to this industry but it turns out that they are setting out exaggerated presumptions towards on bitcoins price and as we have seen on the recent date we are still on 9k usd price which means theres no precise analysis on what would be the potential price of bitcoin ahead. Its always been unpredictable.
6614  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SAVEDROID IS SCAM or NOT? on: April 23, 2018, 10:47:59 PM
I joined the bounty on this campaign and also part of the telegram group.

Here is the latest update so that everyone will know.

To give you more transparency on how we carried out this campaign, please watch our “Behind the Scences” video!

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyAllUhDxXk

You decide if this a fraud campaign.

For more news and update I would recommend that you join savedroid's telegram group. Hope this helps.

https://t.me/savedroid

What's the point with transparency? Who cares about transparency at this time? These irresponsible people have hurt investors and the entire crypto industry as well. Nobody cares about this transparency anymore. Because even this transparency could be the next fun or the next fraud. Savedroid is done.
And as for her apology and willingness to be transparent and this ridiculous invitation to the Telegram Group - There is played so open and honest that every critic is immediately banished.
The next mark for criminals, crooks or jokers.
Transparency is always been good specially we are talking on investment on here we are talking on our money which its really good to see everything but i dont knows whats the point on having this kind of issue or rumors. If they dont tend to scam then these kind of rumors wont arise into the community and now they are claiming that they are back.If theres a fraud project then they would really do know the consequences.

The consequences have already occurred. And it does not matter if it's a scam or a PR stunt. The damage has occurred.
And with this team, even in the best of conditions, you have to wait every day for them to play similarly criminal or stupid games.
No Exchange with responsibility will list this coin. Because you can always wait for the next fun video that serves the price manipulation.
It is transparent and it is clear. You can not entrust money to these guys.
With just basing on numerous similar behaviors of similar projects in the past we can really say that they are acting shady. If they would turn out that thing was just a stunt then the trust would be lessen.I have seen how much they had gained on their sale which is really big and the team should took consideration on how many people entrusted their funds because they are believing on.If they turn out to be scam then as i said earlier they would really know the consequence which would happen into their project.

6616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Airdops and KYC on: April 23, 2018, 09:48:01 PM
What's with airdrops and KYC?
While selling personal information is illegal, it seems that some guys have found a way how to buy these info's on legal way(trough airdrops).

I am asking you, who is willing to sell their personal information for couple of dollars worth airdrop - because that is what it is, and why?

I'll run a little poll here.
Its not even considered to be bought informations yet those tokens isnt still sure if they would able to get their value or just ending up on a shit or dead coin. KYC on airdrops is total bullshit and i would say its just a scam. Why would they require such documentation or KYC policy yet were are not investors? We are just aridrop hunters and do only get some very very small amount which isnt really suited to comply those rules. If you find out these KYC thingy on airdrops then we should skip on that one.
6617  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Portfolio Management on: April 23, 2018, 09:34:47 PM
Eventually the centralized services will have adds, decentralized ones will end up being more popular but will take much longer probably....decentralized exchanges aren't even there yet.
Then what is Etherdelta,IDEX, Forkdelta? Arent they Decentralized exchanges?  People do always love decentralization but same for other peoples who do posted above i dont see what is the purpose on having this decentralized portfolio applications. Ads? I dont see this is a big problem as long it can deliver on the updates then we can just simply neglect those things.
6618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: When will the bounty manager distribute the coin after the bounty is completed on: April 23, 2018, 09:01:46 PM
For all bounty hunters here,
I want to ask...
when is the coin that we can after finishing the bounty distributed to our wallet? I've finished a few bounty and until now I have no coin coming in?

how the solution gan? and please respond. This question I have posted in the local Indonesian language but I post again here to get more information🙏🙏🙏
Theres no solution in to this one yet the thing you would really need is patience. You would need to wait until the team or project owners decide to release their tokens after the main sale. This is on where the waiting game begins. Manager has nothing to do with the distribution but he would be the one to make updates on whats the progress. A good manager does really do its job yet his also depending into teams decision because hes waiting to get paid too.
6619  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Signature Campaigns taxes on: April 23, 2018, 08:39:09 PM
It is true that it is very difficult to prove ownership of crypto done by the taxpayer, and I honestly have never paid taxes from the results of crypto, and probably because there is no rule in my country.
I don't think that the government will become strict in the campaigns as it is just temporary, for me what they would focus is the income from trading your money, or by simply holding it, since by just simple holding you are gaining from it.

If you go from one campaign to another, and most do given the opportunity since if you are going to be posting anyway you must as well get paid for it, the activity no longer becomes an sporadic one, so in theory it is income taxable.. but like I said before, if you haven't reported anything for years and it has increased a ton in price, you are at risk of getting fucked by the state in a bad way, since we don't know what to expect. Im willing to pay taxes when I want to buy a house, but I want a fair deal, I don't want my money to be stolen under a legal pretense.

Give me some evidence of someone cashing out a big amount of BTC earned in signature campaigns not previously reported for years and then we will know what to expect, at least in the respective jurisdiction.
But as a smart person we wont really do such thing on making them or showing evidences right? If we do know the law of our country is too strict when it comes to tax then its normal for us to get worried on not paying up taxes because sooner or later there would be problems would be faced specially when you are already engaging into big amounts but yet we are just talking about signature campaign taxes i dont really bother too much yet the amount isnt really too big at all to consider.
6620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What websites are you using for price analysis? on: April 23, 2018, 07:51:04 PM
For general market trend, I like trading View and I believe most people use this even professional traders, I use Coinmarketcap.com also, but the space is getting bigger and some new platforms are now popping up looking to share part of the market with these sites, like the two website you named above
Ive been using tradingview ever since i got involvement into trading yet i have traded before on forex and this is quite a common tool which i do believe that being used by most traders and same goes on cryptocurrency trades which even now and other traders do make use of this for sure.Technical tools you do need is complete which you can drawn out trend lines, fibonnaci levels or any other relevant analysis that can help you out into your trading career. For now i havent tried into those links you had given but thanks for sharing it up.
