6601  Economy / Economics / Re: Is an economy without physical money safe for the poorest? on: September 29, 2017, 10:58:19 PM
Imagine the situation in which we don't have any physical money and every currency is digitalized. The US dollar is now a token, the Japanese Yen is only in the network and the British pound is a fast-moving digital coin. What are the consequences of such an economy for the poorest of the population? Do you think that a few people can influence the digital wealth of people and wouldn't hackers be the best people to have as friends?
You are right that when that time comes, hackers would be the best people to have as friends. That being said, it would be bad for poor people to have a world that doesn't have physical money and all currencies being digitalized because they will need to have some kind of electronic device in order to transact, but they struggle even just to get some money to buy food to get by everyday so it will be hard for them to obtain atleast a phone or a tablet.
This is actually the reality this is why i cant think off that we would easily switch into this new way financial system on which we would really have digitalized currencies knowing off that there are people who dont have the access on the internet since they dont have any phone or pc to use on making transactions because they are busy on working just to earn small amounts for their daily living.Speaking with hackers, this would really be a real thing because it would really put you into an advantage since all things now are on electronics or digitalize.
6602  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud mining on: September 29, 2017, 10:29:19 PM
No worries can you point us in right direction of good cloud mining site?
No one would surely point you out knowing that there is no good cloud mining site if theres one then it wont really be profitable at all.Knowing that cloud mining sites are just scams they are some which is genesis and hashflare but its really a risky thing to put investments on those sites. We wont know on when they would stop operating which the risk of losing money is bigger. If i were you dont bother to go on this cloud mining site since there are lots of another investment which would able to give you money if you do really work hard not minding on easy profits without doing nothing.
6603  Economy / Economics / Re: tax on: September 29, 2017, 10:09:42 PM
for now it has not been taxed, because in some bitcoin countries it is not a valid payment instrument, and people's understanding of bitcoin has not been widespread.
perhaps in the future the government will make a tax regulation from bitcoin, if it is legalized by government law.

Exactly, I think the awareness is still low in some countries and continent for it to lead to taxing. Maybe in the future, that might come up thats if there is approval because you don't tax when you have not approved the usage nationwide.
Yes this means bitcoin in some country has lack its awareness that bitcoin has a tax. Here in my country bitcoin is spreading its usage but no tax has been collecting. Well lets hope that there is no collecting tax in some countries and there will be proper regulation on this.
Same here in my country on which bitcoin doesnt really have big awareness on its existence here on my country which it cant still be taxed but only to the service which do engage on bitcoin which isnt really bad at all because bitcoin cant really be tax directly this is why most government will surely get tax on those services who do use bitcoin. This is why most governments doesnt really like bitcoin because they can get money out of it and they wont even know if their citizens are already engage on it.
6604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had $50,000 to invest into mining, or coins... on: September 29, 2017, 09:48:30 PM
If you had $50,000 to invest into mining, or coins...

Would you GPU Mine, or buy Asics?
What percentage would you put into altcoins?

I'm curious to see how others would spread their money.

For me, I would probably start with half GPU mining, half Asics.  I'm new though so I'm not sure what is best if I had that type of money.
If i do have that money then if i do see that electricity is very cheap in my country then $10000-$15000 would really be allocated on that one and $20000 would be invested into bitcoin and hold it for long term then the rest $15000 would be allocated on altcoins which you can able to diversify out those funds into 3 different investment which would actually lessen the risk of total failure once one of those would able to dump down. You do still have the chance to recover unlike on going all in on a single investment once it dumps for sure recovery would really be hard for you. This is why this kind of diversification is good.
6605  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaign and Reward on: September 28, 2017, 07:20:48 PM
Is there a user who has made a total of 1bitcoin in signature campaigns alone , not investments but payment from posting and being paid.

I think many bitcointalk user already got 1 bitcoin total salary in doing signature camp. Especially to those who are with high rank now. If you calculate for example I saw some pay for a Legend 0.0275 per week x 4 weeks = 0.11 for 1 month so it will take only 10 months to gain more than 1bitcoin salary for just joining signature camp.

But I have heard that getting placed in signature campaign is very tough. So thereby if a campaign ends then we will have to wait for the next campaign to open up and get a slot there. So is that a tough thing ?
It would really be a tough thing for you if your post quality is horrible since manager wont really choose you up always to be part of the campaign knowing that most manager now are really strict when it comes to post quality which means if you are a shitty poster then expect you would really have a hard time on entering campaign but if youre a good one then even the campaign end and join another one you would not worry since you would be easily be recognize as a good quality poster.Back to topic im sure there are lots of signature participants did already reach 1BTC earnings on just joining.
6606  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is mining and TRADING THE SAME on: September 28, 2017, 05:46:17 PM
Do I need a lot of GPU for trading like mining? And mining and trading is different right. So How will I learn buying a PC? because I only got my laptop here no desktop. Which is the easiest way to earn? Mine or trade?

You are comparing a cherry with a tomato!
Mining has nothing to do with trading, mining with GPU in today's world is impossible and you will need some expensive stuff like ASIC miners or others to mine Bitcoins or different altcoins. Trading coins is a completely different subject and needs charting knowledge as well as basic idea about how to read them through the support and resistance levels and decide when to enter and where to exit. Trading is better compared to mining but is the riskiest way. I saw D3 allowing users to get their ROI in just a month after mining DASH coin so if you managed to get a D3 while roaming around, you must be in profit already atm.

Nice one buddy. Mining is different and trading is entirely different. If you want to sell or buy a bunch of bitcoin means, you can use the trading. But in mining, the bitcoin or any other altcoin will be generated with that mining. Bitcoin mining is the best of any other altcoin mining. You can choose that.
My words won't be much different than you people but I would also like to share my knowledge for the sake of OP.
Mining is the process of verifying transaction while it is also used for releasing new digital coins. For this, miners need powerful hardware’s and they earn by transactions fees.
Trading is about buying and selling any asset. Traders are not paid any kind of dues and they don't offer any services.

Straight and direct to the point on comparing both things which is actually right. Mining is really different on trading since theres no apparatus involve or any operations have been done when you are trading on which being said mining does really need asic for you to mine bitcoin and gpu for mining altcoins which at the same time they do earn too on processing transactions.Trading is just like simply trading up a certain coin for a profits, exchanging them into other coins which you would able to buy and sell and possibly earn income on it which is basically doesnt involve any operations or on the need of something in able to do it.
6607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO regulation good or bad? on: September 28, 2017, 04:48:13 PM
This is one step to make ico different. Because this regulation make ico create with difficult. But scamner is not easy. Ico Will create with different rule.
This would really be the the advantage on where ICO has been regulated already which would really be a new way on where investors and the project would really be monitored and scam would really be less likely to happen since its being regulated already.I would say this would really be on Good side but would really be very bad for some for sure specially on scamming intentions.
6608  Economy / Economics / Re: What happens when there is NO electricity? How does one trade BTC? on: September 28, 2017, 03:41:29 PM
If there's a natural disaster cutting off electricity for days, trading bitcoin should be least of your worries really. Priorities man.
You wont really bother or to problem this thing first when theres an electricity outage for sure you would find to secure first your family, loved ones on how to live without electricity rather than minding on how you would able to trade with bitcoins. This is just really a non sense question after all because not only bitcoin trading would be affected but all the things which been powered by electricity would be gone too.Imagine a life without energy for sure you would struggle on daily living knowing that we are already living on this convenient world because of gadgets or things which uses electricity. If its gone then were fucked up.
6609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Era or just bubble ? on: September 28, 2017, 02:49:20 PM
Will crypto-currency change the Worl or it's just a new way of  robbery?
We do have our own question do put in our minds which i can say that this assumption or question is part of your doubt on bitcoins existence and any other coins in the market.Actually this is a new era knowing that technology do developed as the years goes by and these cryptos made a new way payment system and some if making new innovations which do really have a real-world usage which is really great. We cant say that this would happen as a robbery or just a bubble if you do try to see the community support on this one we wont able to say such thing.
6610  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: September 27, 2017, 05:38:32 PM
It is hard to limit myself in any way If I am going into casino with intents  to gamble and win the money. I will always have that feeling ''ok maybe if I put this money i will win''. And so If I lost every single coin that I have everything i can do is to say is not to gamble ever again but when I have money i always come back.
Of course it is difficult to limit something that we enjoy, but we must doing something too much is always bad for you, eating delicious food is great but eating too much causes obesity and all the problems that comes from it, so limit your gambling now or suffer the consequences later.
It is a common behavior among the humans that we are not able to give up on those habits easily which are adopted just for the sake of fun. Same is the case with gambling that people usually forget to put some limits while they bet their money and hence the end result is a failure or huge loss at his end. This is the end line of all the discussion that excess of anything is nothing more than a poison.
people usually too enjoy , too excited in the game , and of course have lured by the huge amount of money offered with a very easy and instant way to get their money doubled. setting up the limit won't be easy , never.

you will so struggling reach that goal when you have set certain limits.
Setting up limits wont really be an easy stuff because same as you said gamblers are lured out on huge money offering and thinking off that this is the easiest way on doubling or even tripling your money on a short period of time. This is why temptations on playing would really be there and forgetting those limits that you set is most likely to happen which do gamblers always fall out on losing up their money in the end of the day.
6611  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: you need to overcome your fear of losing money on: September 27, 2017, 04:44:31 PM
Losing is part of successfully trading. If you treat losing as part of trading then you are an experienced trader.
yes indeed losses in trade can not be avoided but can be minimized so that the losses are not large. Grin
And these are the things on which traders would actually do on which we would do the things as far as we can in able to minimize loss in a certain trade set-up. Loses cant really be avoided and its always been part on this trading field.Overcoming on your fear of losing money is somehow hard specially when we are just only starting on doing trading which we would really hesitate on making such moves because we are scared that the outcome would be opposite on what we expect. This is why we should think that we should risk in able to earn something and if we do lose then analyze it and make learnings from it so that in next time we would really have the idea on what would be the best move to do.
6612  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is not gambling on: September 27, 2017, 03:47:14 PM
I don't know why people say bitcoin is gambling. Its not gambling. You are investing your money and time. You use your internet. So its not gambling dealing with it.
Its not a gambling if you do know how to deal with it and not risking too much and playing safe on bitcoin investments but knowing that all investments do have certain risk on losing money but somehow you can lessen up loss of money if you do it on the right way.Gambling would only happen if you do go all in and carelessly making steps which are not really advisable specially on bitcoin investment.Like putting all of your funds or assets on it,this is really like gambling after all since we dont know on when bitcoin would last and if it crashes then for sure at the same time it would crush your life too.
6613  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Signature Campaign and Reward on: September 25, 2017, 04:03:56 PM
is being a part of a bounty program that difficult? do you really need to be a bitcoin wizard?
I don't think if it would be difficult if you already familiar about bitcoin and altcoins.
No, you only need to understand the rules on here and familiar with bitcoin and altcoins.
If you would really try to see on other earning ways then you would able to earn 1 bitcoin in no time but since op is mentioning about signature campaigns then its possible but it would really takes time unless if you do have legendary account you would earn some decent payout on weekly basis but would depend on the signature campaign you do join if they do have a good payout but still you would really still count how many months for you to accumulate 1 bitcoin on signature campaign itself this is why i dont really target this thing but im sure i did hit 1 bitcoin earning for a long period of time on joining campaigns.
6614  Economy / Economics / Re: IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY OF A PRICE REDUCTION FOR FUTURE BITCOIN on: September 25, 2017, 03:38:22 PM
I think it's possible you'll see a slight reduction in bitcoin. I wouldn't expect a significant drop in the price of bitcoin like pre-2013, but with the upcoming hard fork of bitcoin we'll most likely will see a drop where you can buy in. Just keep in mind that the price of bitcoin will fluctuate and it's normal.
Don't even matter that it is reduction or pumping it is the right time to buy bitcoin now a days people are investing to earn extra profit and bitcoin is giving them another chance come and invest so what can we say more?
The possible price reductions or dumps is an indeed a chance to come and invest in bitcoin but not all the times, it is a good thing for us because it is sometimes a bad thing for the people who doesn't extra money to buy and they get stuck for buying at the high price. Bitcoin is a really great investment but i hope that the price of bitcoin will not go down hard and i hope that it will stay at the price of $4,000 soon.
All of us bitcoin users do really love to see on increase on its value but knowing that a healthy marker we would really able to see a fluctuation on bitcoins price which is really normal because if we do able to see price increase always on bitcoin it is not already healthy for sure and it would be probably build up by hype.It can anytime crash if all those investors would decide to dump easily. If bitcoin had a strong support it wont crash easily. Price reductions are normal on bitcoin since its one of its feature which is volatile. For now we should spread the awareness of bitcoin so that we can able to help on increase its price in upcoming years to come.
6615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge is Dead? on: September 25, 2017, 02:54:16 PM
Doge used to be one of my favorite altcoin but it seems that it's not gonna recover to it's former state.
Is their hope for Doge? What can you say about the big drop of Doge?

I read recent article that Doge might pump soon. Didnt know the reason but we all know that when someone or a group is hyping, it could come true.
I think doge is a great altcoin just like litecoins and others, doge have been having a great time and golden era before, there are forums that specialize in doge, doge gambling sites, online shop payments with doge, etc,  I think it will not go away instantly. they have a huge community and users,  I'm still convinced that doge will survive, and have hope wait for the pump
I think except for playing online gambling people are not using this dogecoin to do something else. And that is why it is not populating in the market. If any big group of companies invest some money on this coin and the price suddenly increased means, then the normal people will start to invest on this coin. I don't have any big hopes on this coin let's see what happens in future.
For now it is being treated on this way on which it is commonly being used for gambling purposes and im one of them.I do have lots of DOGE as of now and im using it on some sites on playing gambling because it has less value and less fees and other than that i cant see any potential that this coin would pump up but no one really knows since no one could able to predict on whats ahead and we might be shocked that this coin have pumped out without our notice and might ending up on regretting because we did already use our coins. Lets see on what would happen on next years to come on DOGE.I do have still some coins spared for long term.
6616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DON'T WE MANUFACTURE OUR OWN CRYPTO MINING HARDWARE? on: September 25, 2017, 02:24:35 PM
It's not just one manufacturing plant. We'll build everywhere around the world. Why so negative? There are solutions to problems right?

Bitmain ahead? So what if they are? We can still catch up right? It's not about the competition. It's about the mass adaptation.

We should be more focused on this, the main point is to create solutions to problems. Everything is possible right?
If you can able to handle and build this stuff then why not? It would really make lots of jobs knowing that there are lots of position needed on this kind of project but the big thing here is that i cant see that people or investors would still able to hassle theirselves on creating a new one since there is already a supplier and why would create another one??If you do really like to compete with them then for sure it would be a tough thing and if you do concern on making one just for the sake of adoption then its a good motive too but would takes time and would really need lots of effort.
6617  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: is mining and TRADING THE SAME on: September 25, 2017, 01:39:43 PM
Do I need a lot of GPU for trading like mining? And mining and trading is different right. So How will I learn buying a PC? because I only got my laptop here no desktop. Which is the easiest way to earn? Mine or trade?
It is really different. Mining and trading are not same. But both of them are risky because you need to start big capital in order to do trading and mining. I prefer to you just try to trade.

Trading is preferable to people who is unable to invest big fund because if you wish to buy ASIC miner it will definitely cost more than 1200$ and then you need to skilled to be get the profit.
Mining and trading are do not have any comparison because investment plays all the time in trading but mining is only initial investment and can gain everytime.
Yes,indeed which mining is rather costly knowing that asic miners are expensive and when it comes to trading you can already engage with it with smaller amounts compared on the venture of mining. They arent the same since they are on different field.Mining bitcoin isnt consider as trading but rather an investment and at the same time you can make it as a hobby which is really costly but profitable if you do have cheap electricity prices but if not and you dont have any idea on what you are doing then its better not to risk at all and its better to make some trading its really complicated but you can really deal with the money you have put in.
6618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrity Endorsed Cryptocurrency on: September 24, 2017, 01:46:30 PM
Stox: Floyd Mayweather, Luis Suarez
Centra: Floyd Mayweather
Cobin Hood: Jamie Foxx.
The Game (Rapper): Paragon
Max Keiser: Maxcoin

Whats your take on celebrity endorsements with the crypto world? Do you think it actually helps? Question is how many fans actually know and care about crypto to actually invest??
It actually helps on spreading the awareness of crpytocurrency existence on which we do know those celebrities are famous and been known by lots of people which if they would able to endorsed some coins then for sure people will surely jump in with the trend which is also an advantage for those early investors who did able to put money on the project because we do know it would be already a success since the popularity is really high compared to those coins who arent endorsed by a famous celebrity.I dont know actually on its true usage because most of this coins are on hype side. Centra would be a good real life usage as far as i can see.
6619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mobile phones and the Internet are changing the banking on: September 24, 2017, 12:50:30 PM
I still dont like doing personal stuff on my smartphone where google is like monitoring every one of our moves. Personally many of these news are propaganda news and FUD in nature but many are true as well. No one knows which one is actually true and not everyone of us can build their own smartphone for using. I prefer to use my computer to do online transactions though there is not much difference with that. But for banking and all I would rather do it physically by going to the bank even if I feel lazy.
Even myself dont really like to use mobile phone banking on which i do really personally go on my bank and make transactions and i dont really tend to use up or download any mobile banking app. I dont really like that monitoring thing which is really possible regarding on the new technology nowadays on which someone could able to watch us on our browsing habits or any personal stuffs. It may give convenience on most people but we should think on the thing regarding on its negative side which i do always presume and didnt tend to use it just for the sake of convenience. Its better to be safe than sorry.
