6601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My friends and I want to run our first ICO, But we have no idea about marketing on: November 06, 2018, 11:34:07 PM
Why does everybody have to do ico on everything nowadays. Many ico projects nowadays are based on only speculation and idea. We need to see already working products that people are ready to adopt.

You want the insurance part. Grin
Most of them have greater ideas and they just need some capital.
Since he said he knows how to code then maybe it could be something else. It is better than others out there who just knew how to scam or runaway right?

But for the OP. You better learn more. If it is marketing which is your problem, maybe you could look at your phonebook and maybe one of your colleague knows about it.
6602  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Historical Street Gambling Game on: November 06, 2018, 09:42:06 PM
Okay that was so simple but yet a good one. The greedy loses the game. Grin
It is hard to control it if we are talking about gambling.
But that is history and they do not have the right equipments to make it more inviting to play.
Now we have casinos.

One thing I remember though that is still on going.
Dices. They are a relic already and yet still used in Vegas and now online dicing too. Grin
6603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will usage of bitcoin reduce the value of native currencies? on: November 06, 2018, 08:06:06 PM
How could that happen if we are always converting every crypto currency into USD?  Grin
It is the truth and specially with bitcoin which is like a commodity only and not a currency for a lot of people here.

It just became a trading tool to get more USD which is getting me worried. It may stay like this for a long time. It will not weaken the fiat system but more stronger.
6604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Projects on: November 06, 2018, 06:31:23 PM
Do you think New coins or New Project is still worth ? You know everyday there is a lot of Coins are trying to enter market , and also many projects with different functions. And some of them are scam. Dont Be harsh guys, just my obesrvation. Smiley What do you think ?

We wait.
There might be someone out there with a genius mind that could create something which be worth the support.
We are now in a new world. Everything could be possible. As long as it is legitimate then I will support it.
I hope it will be better than bitcoin though. At first I doubt there will be but seeing all of the things here, there might be a chance that something could bloom out of nowhere.
6605  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 4 Things Traders Must Do To Be Successful on: November 06, 2018, 04:29:31 PM
Who embrace losses.  Grin I got my so many hugs by now.  Grin

I think it will a good thing if you can really forget all of it once you wake up in the morning but that is not always the case.
The tendency of getting back those losses the next day is higher than making a reset.

The thought of losing a number of dollars from the other day will be a nightmare that will keep on going back. There is no cure to it.
6606  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: November 06, 2018, 01:23:06 PM
Raptors are 9-1 for the season, this game without Leonard and they showed up tonight, great start for them going up in the first quarter 42-17. LA still has to find that chemistry that they need, Kuzma had a nice game again, I think next year we will see an all-star teaming up with Lebron in LA after the Warriors win again this year.

Yeah Kuzma. Really love that kid. I see a great  player within him. Been a fan of him since his rookie year.

Raptors though. Ergh! Too stroong even with Kawaii nor playing the game.
Lowry and the bench had some good hot hands and the lead wont even go below 20 until the last minutes of the 3rd.
They  keep on doing this until playoffs and they might be the one getting that crown in the East. Doesnt need to rely much on Kawaii.

Well if you can remember though, the raptors have always been this good through the regular season even back when demar is at the helm. And i think they'll continue this kind of play until the playoffs, where we'll really see what kawhi brings that's different from derozan.

It is really the playoffs where they got shaken.
I think that is when Kawaii will really shine again.
He had been in many Finals and also an MVP. He will not just be shaken up by those kind of moment, experience wise.

Their 3rd stringer though must be enhanced. They are the ones who gave up the big lead and forcing Lowry to go back to the game at 4th quarter.
6607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do determinate a ICO team is good? on: November 05, 2018, 10:33:23 PM
That sounded like determine and then terminate?
Are we going to talk about ICO scams here? Grin

It aint that easy. You must go deep in following them if you really want to know their purpose.

First of all they will make sure that all team member have a background and it looks legitimate, which will give you a hard time.
Second some of them are true people behind it but just caught with the leader who is the real scammer.

Whitepaper. Look for their errors here and also their visits in different countries while marketing. See to it that those are real.
6608  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm A Professional Trader, Here's My Strategy on: November 05, 2018, 09:58:15 PM
Okay that website really have some simple features on it but yet so appealing.

Somehow creating that type of tips is more easier to read that with long kind of pharagraphs.

Please do continue. I will follow this for a better knowledge with trading even with this small fluctuations that are happening. I know there is still profit if you can do it right.

6610  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin less volatile than Standards & Poors. on: November 05, 2018, 09:44:01 AM
I saw this article in my twitter feed; t'was interesting. The S&P500 is now more volatile than bitcoin.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-11-02/s-p-500-s-wild-ride-makes-u-s-stocks-more-volatile-than-bitcoin

Methinks that the increase in bitcoin adoption has done its work in reducing volatility.

Maybe it does because of the adoption.

It is kind of boring though when I see this type of bitcoin or other crypto currency, some prefer it that way.
I think it may just be for this year.
You are preducting a 20k at 2020 so you are also thinking that kind of tweet is impossible to happen in the next years to come. You may want another volatile bitcoin to reach your target price.
6611  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to Bitcoin if there is a global economic crash? on: November 04, 2018, 11:06:03 PM
It may have a larger value but for the expense of prices of goods also soaring to the highest level of it. Inflation.
So what could we buy with our bitcoin if that happens?
None.

We are still leaning on the economy of the world. Bitcoin cannot produce food. Farmers do. Farmers need pure cash, I dont think they know anything about bitcoin.
6612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: November 04, 2018, 12:19:29 PM
Again, the San Antonio Spurs showcased some good plays against the Pelicans.
The ball rotation didnt stopped. They keep on having new kind of plays.
Out of all those good plays there is one that I could not stop thinking. A play that mostly Ginobili does.
They did it using Marco Belinelli and he did it perfectly. As he goes to the basket for a lay up he almost looked like Ginobili. A quick cut to the middle with a quick lay up and he got the plus 1.
6613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best cryptocurrency to invest in 2018 on: November 04, 2018, 11:06:44 AM
BTC, Qtum, Komodo and ETH.
Something tells me it aint over for ETH yet.
Something out there will pop out using the ERC20 service. It might the next big deal that could also make ETH valuable again.
As of Qtum they have already proven it. The usage will grow in time.
Also ETH cheap tx fee is so freaking good.
6614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: between terrorists, banks and crypto on: November 04, 2018, 07:49:01 AM
I do think what they say is true.
Terrorist wont use something without physical attributes. They all prefer cash, specially USD which is the most popular of all.
It is like every arms manufacturer or bomb creator will prefer it that way since it can easily be exchanged to their own currencies.

It wont be bitcoin. They might not even know about it.
6615  Economy / Economics / Re: Companies aren't responsible for innovation, consumers are on: November 03, 2018, 11:51:34 PM
Tech giants are usually praised as holding complete responsibility for innovation, but you can' t have supply without demand.

People are programmed to compulsively desire the latest and greatest thing, which is why they are willing to justify working so hard in jobs most of them hate, or trade bitcoin lol.

If this scenario weren't happening, tech companies wouldn't have the budgets to create the incredible technology that we now have.

Where do you think this seemingly endless cycle will lead? Will the technology ever solve so many problems and carry so much value that it would destroy the cycle?

Why blame the consumers?
If you have the right features for a project then I am sure people will go for it. There is now social media who can help a lot if you want a project to be funded by the community.
Big investors will be next to it when it is seen as being hyped by most people.

I have seen a lot who does like that. They dont pay for ads but yet they have buyers.
Have fairh with people, they are getting wise now.
6616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why a lot of bounty hunters dislike KYC ? on: November 03, 2018, 11:08:28 PM
If it is just the bounty hunters here doing signature campaign, facebook and twitter then there is a reason.

They dont want to be caught of the greedy things that they are doing.
5 to 10 accounts in one campaign? How could you have different kind of identification in KYC for all of that to be paid?
That is all the reason behind it.
6617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could bitcoin save the music industry? on: November 03, 2018, 08:52:01 PM
No, bitcoin don't have all of this power !

If we want to save music industry, we mustn't download music from internet  Grin

This answer. Grin

It is the new age where everything can be downloaded by now. Or should be for easy convenient keeping.
No more CD's that will get scratched and afterwards would not work anymore.

Anyway I do believe there is another way for bitcoin to save the music industry. It is not thru blockchain which you are proposing. It is the means to buy it. Bitcoin as internet money, music in internet. I do think that it connects already.
Faster, no credit cards and not too much information of the buyer to leak. Besides we are just buying music. Why the need to know who I am.
6618  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How is a day of a crypto trader? on: November 03, 2018, 07:10:22 PM
It is not an everyday Christmas. Mostly it is loss that happens because of this unpredictable prices. You may have to think again of going full time. (Yeah I know you are having that thought)

It is boring to just monitoring every prices of crypto that you hold. Stay at day job and just do part time trading. It works like a charm.
6619  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: November 03, 2018, 05:41:47 PM
It is really getting to the point where we will see the real standings. I mean so far there has been the early days of NBA and we haven't seen the teams playing with all their systems intact and fully built but right now all the good teams who started bad started to win lately and all the bad teams who won started to lose again.

Magic Johnson apparently berated Luke Walton, the first thought was it was because of the bad start and everyone said the team has Lebron but all others are not enough to make the team win many games however apparently the point was that Magic Johnson wants Luke Walton to build that warriors system (Luke Walton was assistant coach for Steve Kerr) into Lakers and have a "system" they play in, right now everything just happens and there is no system but if Lakers build a system and improve with new FA next season they can be really good.

My first thought when they created that line up. It may be next year that this team will do good. But there is also a problem. Other players contracts will be done and they will add more which might wreck their chemistry again.
The veterans specially might be traded again. I dont think the Lakers management will be absorbing them again even if they do good this season.
They better win that crown if they want to really let the team be intact the next season.

If it just for experience for the young ones then it is working too.
6620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC Prices Predicting Software on: November 02, 2018, 01:43:14 PM
Think about it clearly. How can a software algorithm predict prices? How could they take into consideration human emotion aspect? I think what you're looking for is a fortune teller.

Lol. No jokes but this is the real answer.
I have been telling this here all over the forum.
We aint that powerful to foresee what the future will be. We just go with the flow of the present time.

You trade, you risk. You get lucky if it goes to where you want to be and made a heck of a profit.
That profit will circulate again to create more profit making you look like a better trader. But think about it. Even them could lose it in an instant.
