You cannot call most of gamblers cannot easily quit its because my gambling habbits cannot really hit me harder even when i lose or even won because i can actually manage my self on when to stop since im afraid to lose bigger for playing more longer on any of those site. For your rank its very difficult to find an signature campaign who will accept you but if you really want to earn by your own efforst you can try seek some new announce ICO on altcoin announcement section and translate their ANN via your native language and post it on your local boards and so by that job you can actually earn decent amount for this job, and also try to create some twitter account which have crypto related followers so you may also join and get some bounty rewards from twitter campaigns.

No we can't call them fool its because their are existing gambling casino investment maybe they define for themselves to invest rather than playing and also i think people definates gambling as milking cow since many people really trying their luck to gamble their little money just hoping to earn big from it,  and i've seen some addicted or enthusiast asking some strat for sane gamblers and hoping to win if they will used it but in reality it will never works when the game is on.

Depends on how you decide for it and how you treat it its because gambling can make you earn nor lose depend on the decision you made, and anyonr of us provably have defination of it but i think we share one goal for that and that is to win and to have fun when gambling, but on the other hand gambling can be worse if you decide to gamble all your wealth in their so better give a chance to think nicely so we cannot define it worstly if we lost something big by our fault.
