I'm an Italian living in London.
When I moved to London I close all my € account and exchange everything in £.
Now whit the Brexit disaster I am once more investigating my possibilities for the future, and bitcoin (or other digital currencies) caught my attention.
I live in a shared flat, so I can't create a farm, but I would like to start having a safe in bitcoin in case the pound falls down too much, and if it hasn't been always goo have some extra cash.
I have 2000£ pound to invest in this project.
Can someone please help me with some advice.
I'm starting absolutely from zero, I don't even have a wallet so far.

Despite Brexit the GBP/Bitcoin Price remained quite stable in the last weeks. With the halving of Bitcoins this months the Price is already high so I would not recommend you to Transfer all your funds at once. I would recommend buying 200-400GBP per week in Bitcoins of the next two months. First of all you Need a Bitcoin wallet. Maybe try an online wallet like XAPO or Blockchain to get a first Feeling. Once you have 2000GBP in Bitcoins i would definitely go for an Desktop wallet as it is more secure. |

I am curious..how did you get 50m?  I know how hard is it to earn even 100k.. I bought ingame Money and saved a lot from heist. You earn more than 100k from a heist. You already started with 1m for preordering the game. |

I honestly don't think it'll happen, certainly not in 15 years... In 100 years maybe?
I do not think that Bitcoin it going to replace the Dollar ever because It just does not make sense to me and the Bitcoin would not be able to do that. There are to many people that use the Dollar as a currency so it would not be possible for the Bitcoin to take that all over. dollar is worlds currency more people are depending upon dollar and i think no one completely depends upon bitcoin, if dollar collapses the alternate can be bitcoin. The bitcoin will also be the world currency in a few decades. It might replace the dollar in a few decades. Why would any government give up there Monopoly of the Money supply? As soon as Bitcoin would be the legal tender für USA, they couldn't just printing more Money. The government would Need to start to pay back the debt not issue more. I don't see any reason why politicians would cut off their own leg. |

If you are clever you know that gold will always be the number one paying method in the world. But there will be always some times for bitcoins
bitcoins is more for investments you know it is not really a payment method it can be used as but it is not good.
Are you kidding me.. the bitcoin is way better than gold, the bitcoin can be used for long and short terms and is a investment and also a currency. Gold is also a currency but its not very easy payable so I think its not so good for that plus its only good on long terms mostly. The OP was asking on a 10year time frame. Which makes Gold a pretty good Long term investment. Also it's much easier to get physical gold than Bitcoins in size. I am not arguing against Bitcoins but for a Long term Investor you should definitely hold both, Gold and Bitcoins. Diversification. |

As with any Investments diversification is the key. I would recommend Splitting your funds 50/50 between Bitcoins and Gold.
Gold is pretty good hedge against another crash and always increased in value in the past. I believe any Portfolio should hold some commodities like Gold or Silver.
Just note the Gold Price is quite high again...better try to buy over time not all at once if you want to keep it for 10 years.

Can you incorporate the online account with xbox in any way? have always been curious about that and my son wants to be able to play online too, but also on his xbox. He needs a second account so maybe this could work for him...
Unfortunately not, this is the PC Version. Just link the TV to the PC and Play with a Controller =) |

As of now I can still Access my Xapo wallet and Transfer funds or pay with them.
Somehow I still can't fully understand what the actual Problem was. It's seems to be related accessing capo via proxies. So its more a security measure to lock the account?
At the Moment i have less then 10$ there. No Need to Transfer I guess.
