Neo Bee never happened.
It is a slanderous myth--started by teh jackbooted government thugs and perpetuated by their mainstream press puppets.
Neo Bee never happened.

@Havelock:  Any plans of distributing the remaining 100 BTC among MS shareholders?
6683  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 08, 2014, 11:45:57 AM
JimmyJazz, Ken has been dishonest since the beginning, giving vague info/answers or not answering at all to shareholder's concerns. He has not provided proper financials and we don't know how much he really paid eAsic or if he indeed had coins on Gox. We do not know where the majority of coins raised went. We have proof of actual preorder money or how many miners he sold. Absolutely no proof of any of those things. He is not here defending himself against scam accusations, although he logs in every day and most likely reads the thread.

What else do you need to accept that there is no company anymore? It is now us against him and his only concern is to protect his assets from us.

I don't know, I just still believe.

It'll be OK, JimmyJazz, it'll be OK.

6684  Economy / Economics / Re: You work your butt off, and a rich dude does nothing and gets rich - how? on: June 07, 2014, 10:19:46 PM
...
capitalism doesn't suck money out of anybody, capitalism is about trading things with one another.
every free trade is beneficial to both parties of the trade, otherwise it wouldn't have happened.
rich people are simply people who produced so much goods and services that people want that they were able to trade them for alot of money.

Sure.
When I stick a gun in your face and tell you to hand over your money, the proposed exchange is beneficial to both parties--I get your money and you get your life.  Win/win.

Re. ur definition of "rich people": Rich people are simply people with more money than poor people, no need to complicate things.  They are rich regardless of how said money was acquired--through production, manipulation, or theft.
If you were rich at the time I stuck my gun in your face, you are now poor [after, presumably, producing "so much goods and services"], and I am rich.

i said that every free trade is beneficial to both parties.
if you rob someone by force then obviously the trade isn't free, that isn't capitalism.
...

You'e free to turn me down.  You might get shot, but you're free to choose [between your money and your life].
Just like you're free not to work in my factory--you might starve, but the choice is yours.
Just like you're free to leave my country if you don't like my laws--other countries might not be much different/won't take you, but you're always free to try your luck elsewhere.

@ujka; spartan82:  Like a junky who realizes that dealing dope doesn't quite cover his habit, PETA takes out a loan.
"With this loan, I'll get cheaper product and cut it harder, guaranteed profit!"

You obviously never dealt with drugs before and youre using it as an example, but unfortunately ur pointing at the street level junkies, so ill break it down for you buddy.. Higher bankroll, bigger outlay means bigger discount when bulk buying.

Lol, you obviously have dealt with drugs before, buying into this financial crack.  Sorry it turned out to be sheetrock Undecided

Don't hate on everyone because you bought late and sold too early.. Ull survive. Hope you didn't lose more than you could afford. You'll get back up there lamb chop, just be wiser with your Bitcoin next time round. Your fuck ups don't count as reasonable grounding to be giving everyone on here financial advice. Start a new thread offering tips and investment advice as a stock broker and quit trolling this thread champion. Hope it works out for you

It seems to me that this way of getting new hardware (loan from CryptX, buying a big chunk of new hardware at once, then paying back the loan) is better than buying few miners every week. Will CryptX be able, and willing to do that again in 6 weeks when this loan is paid back?

6690  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Confession of a Degenerate on: June 07, 2014, 12:37:13 PM

You're a maggot. There is no need for exposing KLYE as he just conveniently did that himself. Apart from that: its poorly written so I'd consider a career in something else than gutter press. How is this little scoop of yours going to resolve this situation? Its not. Its going to net you 500 clicks at the expense of KLYE's creditors.

Four rather useful things were accomplished:
1.  Kyle was shamed. <==punitive, because justice
2.  You were made to feel like an idiot for "investing" in bullshit. <==educational, much social value
3.  500 clicks were had <==4 greater profit
4.  Much lel was had at ur and Kyle's expense <==because hahahaha owow Cheesy
6691  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] SCRYPT 3 GH/s hosted scrypt mining project by CRYPTX on: June 07, 2014, 02:19:07 AM
^Don't think of this as having lost 30% of your money, think of it as still having 70% of your money to lose!
Fun fact:  You can keep losing money at your current rate (30% every three weeks), and in a thousand years still have money left!

They are valuing themselves at $14M and are only expecting $10M in sales in the first year, their valuation seems really high to me...

Would you believe six million?

TBH the biggest problem is I have about 10-20 messages in my box asking me how to properly structure a bitcoin business. It always skeeves me out to talk about legal stuff on a public forum due to lawsuits. Additionally, the other side of the coin is that i've been offered money to consult on the structure method as well, so if i Wanted to go that  route instead of just not talking, it still would bode well for me not to post on a public site Smiley

Partners will hopefully get a email within a few days/weeks about the things we're moving to.

Sorry about your inbox, didn't realize you're the go-to guy for properly structuring a Bitcoin business.
And an offered consultancy?
Are you considering, or does Full Power Asia Investment LTD, DBA Midwest Real Estate Investment Company, take up all of your free time?
6698  Economy / Securities / Re: [Havelock] RentalStarter - A Midwest Real Estate Investment Company on: June 06, 2014, 03:02:57 PM
... I just can't mention it till it's done and we have all the paperwork completed.

Why's that?
