hi dev do you want to contact major torrent sites for a partnership?
Not sure what would the major torrent sites would gain from smaller scale crowdsourced torrent streaming site that they could afford to host themselves, they obviously already got the funding so how would they be included? Should we give them shares or something? They already have the ad money and they have tried streaming. And before you say bounties, there's bitcoin. |

Ok, i am all for this but we have now under 40 movies, that's hardly the pace i thought they would show up. I am getting lots of rejections and don't know what i am doing wrong. Maybe a small tutorial would help the flow of movies? Btw only files i've got in mp4 without converting are porn... lot's of it.

Finally. All day I was patiently waiting and checking then waiting some more then checking some more. Just hoping that someone would dump down into me close to the ico price and my friends, im happy to inform you all that my patience just paid off. I dont really know or understand why people invest only to dump for minimal profit but I cant thank them enough on the good investments I've made and I'll tell you why. I never go all in on a ico and by all in I dont mean all in sell the car and the house. I mean to say, If I find a project I like and want to invest in, I tell myself, "Sour, you're going to invest 5 btc" into wtv coin. If its an ico I only invest half of my set aside investment because if the investment turns sour I will have saved myself half of my initial allotment and if its good I can use my other btc to support it by buying in on the market and hopefully catching some of the dumpers coins as well. Now with vidz it started with such a small marketcap that I knew the dumping would be minimal but im truly surprised to see it was even less then that. Anyway. I got my new vidz im pretty sure the devs will deliver a kick ass site and we'll all make money. tldr. Patience pays off.  Good one! Someone should get that movie up on purevidz. Not sure how long the queue is if someone has already done that.  |

I thought yobit would bring more action and traders but it looks like its quite the opposite. I see more action on cryptopia forming now that yobit added vidz. Is it possible we will continue to have that as our major exchange even though yobit gets more volume?
It's possible. Cryptopia has had some nice recent pumps like on gpu coin as an example. After trading on both exchanges I can safely say, cryptopia is my go to exchange from now on and I have some change in the buy side supporting it. Yobit is really just a bunch of brainless cretins screaming, trump trump, putin putin. That is all I see and can't stress enough how annoying it is. That is not aimed at all yobit users, I too do trade there and the exchange itself is not to bad. You're right there, cryptopia is one of the best exchanges from the smaller ones. I wouldn't go as far as call people who trade at yobit cretins lol but do understand the frustration of the troll box so just ignore it haha There is a nice sell at 136 I'm thinking about taking out so we can rise I don't know what can be done to satisfy people before the project was listed on Yobit almost everyone was clamouring for it to be listed on Yobit, now listed on Yobit you are still complaining about the price, the price is still doing fairly well, whales will wait for the price to buy and pump after accumulating enough. Almost everyone, well I couldn't care less so lets not count me. Have I complained? Thanks for the info but please don't try teach me how crypto markets work lol Well, at least there is an exchance to devs do buybacks from. |

Devs, may i suggest that when you do launch this site, do not put in the front page that we are making money or anything about investing possibility. Just to avoid unwanted attention on it.

I really wish there would be support for .avi and .mkv
I was thinking the same thing. I have a huge collection of mkv. But I will say they are mostly high quality 1080p with flac audio, which would amount to 10gb and up for streams. Probably not a good idea for a beta site. There's also the problem of not being able to use subtitles on foreign films, which limits what movies can be added. But I'm sure in time they will fix these little problems. I am guessing that they didn't code the webtorrent but are merely using the code. So maybe i should ask around in github for a fix. |

Seems China and Russia are forever having holidays, imagine being half Russian and half Chinese but married to an American chick. Constant reasons to get wrecked. What? i think by friday vidz be trading at yobit. don't stress just smoke some sess and wait.
But what makes you think that? They said on Monday that they started the process and its only supposed to take 2-3 business days and that's come and gone by now. Vidz only got the block explorer today so i assume it will take 2 days from today. but its just a guess maybe they add it in a few minutes. no one really knows but them whatever. it should have been added already. devs paid the fee so add it right away. why wait.? You should ask yobit about that. |
