about 80 coins on top 100 look good to buy. they may look good to buy but volatility is still volatility. i like top 10 coins alot but still risky to invest no? i may invest in those coins just looking at it everyday.

There are news came out that they have monitored few new wallets generated by 2018. And these wallets are consistently adding more bitcoins during the bear market. I guess these whales are just preparing to unleash these coins when the bull comes.

Every single altcoin is more profitable only on BULLISH market.
There's a truth on this but I don't think by this coming bull run, every single of them will also get into this ride. Some will do but there will be unknown coins bound to dry out. BTC has higher capitalisation, so it is easier to pump another low cap coin. That's how I see it!

I reckon this opinion. I have read people who's into a mining group who started selling their mining rigs to buy ETH and bitcoin. Difficulty and low profit made them realize to do this at least they are hoping for something better. |

Excuse my skepticism but I don't trust any of this rally. The whales who bought at $80 will start dumping again once ETH goes near $200. This is still a bear market unless we see price anywhere near $1000 and above which I don't believe will happen anytme soon.
No one ever said that the bears gone, we are just seeing a slight recovery. If this will continue up to $500 then we can comprehend that the bears starting to dry out. As of these rallies, we can't remove that fact today that after a few pumps, we're about to expect a followed dump. Let's all see on how the market reacts before and after this upcoming fork. |

But the real thing that made the market into a small pump last week was due to the dominance of bitcoin has decreased. And all of the attributes that made Ethereum pump was due to bitcoin.
we can see the ethereum as the leader of the cryptocurrency market, when Bitcoin will no longer fully influence everything. This will happen not only when there is a distribution of investments and an increase in the capitalization of the ethereum, but also when users can fully verify the promise of ethereum, and not Bitcoin. Do you think that day will come that bitcoin can no longer fully influence everything? I can't see that day would come, I can see that most alts will be evicted to the market and can no longer pursue themselves. Last know update for ethereum hard fork is that the Constantinople fork is going to come on block 7080000 on the 16th of January 2019.
And expect more dip before the fork, it is giving a good entry for everyone. I don't think that's gonna happen, the trend is different, it's the opposite that is happening. ETH needs to be upgraded and together with the upgrade is the price increase, having my own opinion to this, I'd rather be excited that look for negative things. Everyone wants to buy cheap and at this current price, I don't think they will not grab it, we do not need downward movement anymore. Well as I can see that's happening right now. I've been away for few days and I thought before the fork there will be a pull out to the prices which will give an entry to many investors and holders who wants to add more before the event.
